Abstract

Infark Miokard Akut (IMA) dapat menyebabkan gangguan elektrofisiologis yang akan menimbulkan aritmia. Aritmia yang sering terjadi pada pasien IMA dapat berupa aritmia ventrikular maligna dalam bentuk Ventrikular Takikardia (VT) ataupun Ventrikular Fibrilasi (VF). Hal tersebut biasanya disebabkan oleh penanganan yang tidak adekuat. Angka kejadian VT maupun VF dapat dilihat dari lokasi terjadinya IMA. IMA menyebabkan terjadinya kondisi hipoksia sel dan asidosis, yang jika dibiarkan akan menyebabkan gangguan elektrofisiologi karena terjadi perubahan potensial istirahat menjadi -60mV dan juga penurunan kecepatan konduksi. Perubahan elektrofisiologi tersebut akan menyebabkan proses re-entry pada daerah iskemi. Ada beberapa prediktor yang dapat memprediksi terjadinya aritmia ventrikel pada IMA. Prediktor-prediktor tersebut dapat membuat kita sebagai dokter untuk mempersiapkan diri dan memberikan tatalaksana yang tepat dan adekuat pada pasien sedini mungkin.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of the Model Group Investigation model and the Number Head Together model on learning outcomes. Quasi-experimental method used in this research, the instrument used is multiple choice questions that produce research data. Research data were analyzed using t-test. The results showed that the Group Investigation model and the Number Head Together model could improve learning outcomes. In the result, the class that used the Group Investigation model had a higher score than the class that used the Number Head Together model. For further research, it is necessary to apply a model integrated with interactive multimedia, so that, it will be more interesting and can motivate students in learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Madang Suku I. So, the researchers examined the influence of Cooperative Learning Model Point-Counter-Point Type (PCP) on students’ learning outcomes in learning materials Vibration and Waves. With the aim to determine the effect of Point-Counter-Point Cooperative Learning model (PCP) on students’ learning outcomes. The sampling technique in this study was done by random sampling. The experimental class used PCP learning model while the control class used Lecture method. Data collection techniques using written tests and hypothesis testing using the T test. Based on the test results, obtained an average score of the experimental class is 70.22 and the average score of the control class is 63.28, so it can be seen that there is a significant influence on students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

Prosesfinishing adalah salah satu prosesyang menentukan hasil akhir dari suatu proses permesinan di mesin bubut. Dalam penelitian ini akan memberikan 3 pahat finishing HSS dengan geometri yang berbeda dan memberikan 3 variasi putaran dan feeding yang berbeda pula. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah baja S45C dengan alat pengukur kekasaran tipe “TR 100 Surface Roughness”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui optimalisasi geometri pahat finishing HSS antara pahat finishing standart (SOP) dengan pahat modifikasi dengan radius pahat 10 mm dengan pemberian alur geram. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimental (experiment research), dengan pemberian putaran mesin 90 rpm dan 112 rpm dengan variasi feeding 0,10 mm/put, 0,125 mm/put dan 0,14 mm/put pada setiap pahat uji coba. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa denga pemberian radius yang lebih besar dan alur geram didapatkan hasil ukuran kekasaran permukaan rata-rata 1,2 μm dan hasil hitung rata-rata 0,8 μm serta mempunyai efesiensi waktu 2-3% lebih cepat dari geometri pahat finishing standart.

Abstract

Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan operasional kinerja mesin induk di kapal MT. MEDELIN EXPO, mesin induk sering mengalami over heating dan terjadinya shut down yang disebabkan oleh pendingin yang kurang optimal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis apa yang menyebabkan temperatur pendingin air tawar tinggi pada mesin induk dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya. Manfaat dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan pada pendingin mesin induk agar mesin induk tetap optimal. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian yang meliputi studi kasus, problem solving, dan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah perawatan sistem pendingin untuk mengoptimalkan operasional kapal MT.MEDELIN EXPO. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah metode analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya penyumbatan pada lubang-lubang pendingin fresh water cooler sehingga pendingin air laut yang digunakan untuk menyerap panas dari air tawar menjadi kurang maksimal. Cara mengatasinya membersihkan pendingin fresh water cooler dengan cara menyogok kerak-kerak atau lumpur keluar dari lubang pendingin fresh water cooler.

Abstract

To control the speed rotation of DC motor in single quadran as expected can be done by controlling SCRtrigger angle that connected with the armartur, the trigger angle can be generated by using LM324 as opampand comparator. The changes of current (I) on armartur winding to be reference for DC Motor speedrotation. The value of armature current for further used as feedback that connected with resistor (R)which has a very low resistance so that it can generate voltage (IxR) which represents the motor speedrotation. If the motor speed rotation different from speed reference then system will makes adjustments bychanging the trigger angle of SCR so that the motor speed rotation constant.

Abstract

Multilevel Inverter (MLI) single phase seven level in this research is constructed by using cascaded H-Bridge modification which consists of three independent DC sources in form of 9 Volt batteries which arranged in series where each source separated by MOSFET that used as switch and uses three diodes and furthermore connected with H-Bridge circuits which serves to reverse the direction of the electric current to producing alternating voltage on the resistif load. MOSFET switching circuits was designed by using SPWM Method that has modified from previous Researchers, by using the operational amplifier component that used as comparator between the reference wave in form of sinusoidal wave which having maximum amplitude 9 volts with carrier voltage that has been modified from DC sources as many as three (1.5 Volt, 4.5 Volt and 7.5 Volt) and use analog and digital electronic components which function to activate the gate of each MOSFET in the power circuits. THD that generated in this study by 11.6% while the research [3] produces THD 18.07%, and 18.40% for methods PD (Phase Disposition) PWM, APOD (Altenative Phase Opposition Disposition) PWM, thus this system is able to produce better THD than previous research

Abstract

This SCR trigger circuit was constructed by using Op-Amp LM324N, diodes, IC Regulator, and some others electronics equipment, this circuit used to activate SCR according to triggering angle desired by turning potentio on the duty cycle circuit, the changes of voltage value from potensio furthermore will be compared with the wave that produced by the sawtooth generator circuit with using an Op-Amp, it can producing an adjustable pulse waveform, futhermore connected to an isolation circuit in the form of a transformer which has a separate coil on the secondary side. This triggering circuit is designed to drive a single phase half wave controlled rectifier or full wave controlled rectifier that use a resistive load, as for the output waveform at the load is observed visually by using osciloscop, so that the level of accuracy produced will vary for testing at the same triggering angle by several different people.

Abstract

The fifteen level single phase Multilevel Inverter (MLI) in this research is constructed by using three independent DC sources in form of 12, 24, and 48 Volts batteries which arranged in series where each source separated by MOSFET that used as switch and uses three diodes and furthermore connected with H-Bridge circuits which serves to reverse the direction of the electric current to producing alternating current on the resistif load. MOSFET switching circuit is designed by using Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) methode which using AC PLN current as control reference system, by using the operational amplifier component that used as comparator between the reference wave with carrier voltage from DC sources as many as sevens where use analog and digital electronic components which function to activate the gate of each MOSFET in the power circuits. By using combination of voltage arrangement battery this MLI can produce an output wave not much different from previous research that is equal to 15 levels, THD of 5.6%, and frequency of 50 Hz but the number of switches, diodes and carrier voltages used is less than previous researches.

Abstract

Design and simulation Multilevel  inverter three-phase  fifteen-level in this research using modulation technics of sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) in which input voltage sources that used was arranged as symetrical and separate for each phase by using free DC source in form of battery 12 Volt, 24 Volt, and 48 Volt as well as uses seven MOSFETs for switching in each phase. To produce fifteen levels, it can be done by using a combination method of battery arrangement by activating the MOSFET switching circuit according to the results of the comparison between the reference wave in the form of a three-phase sinusoidal wave and the carrier wave in the form of a free DC source by using SPWM modulation circuits. SPWM modulation circuits15level in this research was constructed by using an Op-Amp as a comparator, AND, NOT and OR gates as well as several other electronic components.The H-Bridge circuits is used to reverse the direction of the electric current so that it can to produce alternating current on the load side which is resistive and arranged in a star connection (Y), by using the PSIM simulation program, the THD value that produced  for each phase was relatively the same at 5.6%.
