Abstract

The research conducted aims to identify students' attitudes toward science subjects through two indicators, namely the pleasure of learning science and career interests in the field of science owned by students at Junior High School 17 Jambi City. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The subjects of this research were 128 students at Junior High School 17 Jambi city with a total of 128 students. Samples were taken using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that 72 people out of 128 respondents had sufficient attitudes in the pleasure of learning science and also had enough interest in a career in the field of science. The results of this study also showed that when a child likes to study science, the child also has a good interest in a career in the natural sciences.DOI: 10.24071/ijiet.2020.040108

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran berpidato, meningkatkan aktivitas dan keterampilan siswa dalam pembelajaran berpidato di kelas X 5 SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang tahun 2015 dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran modelling the way. Pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus yang terdiri dari dua pertemuan Siklus pertama dilaksanakan pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran model pembelajaran modeling the way. Siklus kedua dilaksanakan untuk memperbaiki pembelajaran yang kurang optimal dalam pelaksanaan siklus pertama yang diperoleh dari hasil refleksi setelah siklus pertama. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa melalui model pembelajaran modeling the waydapat menjadi alternatif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia khususnya keterampilan berpidato di kelas X5 SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang tahun2015/2016 sekaligus dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru dan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of implementing transfers and promotions and their role in improving performance. Obstacles are faced and efforts are made to overcome obstacles that arise within the UIN Imam Bonjol Padang environment. The research design is descriptive qualitative. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from research sources, consisting of employees who carried out job transfers and promotions. Secondary data is data related to research problems obtained from related agencies through activity reports, documentation studies, etc.  Presentation of data in the form of tables, pictures, graphs, and results of direct interviews with research sources. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative methods. The research results show that the transfer and promotion processes carried out are by following the institutional SOP. Transfers are carried out based on suitability between ASN employee competencies and position requirements, position classification, and career patterns, taking into account the principle of prohibiting conflicts of interest. Meanwhile, one of the job promotion processes begins with a Competency Assessment, aimed at mapping civil servants based on position competencies to create superior human resources. The transfer and promotion process plays a role in improving performance by achieving institutional work targets. There are still obstacles in the transfer and promotion process within UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that organizations continue to improve employee capabilities through skills training provided periodically. For this reason, it is necessary to allocate funds from institutions to develop quality human resources for the future progress of UIN Imam Bonjol. Keywords: transfer, promotion, performance, ASN.

Abstract

The abstract should end with a comment about the importance of the results or a brief conclusion. This study aims to find out about the impact of learning mathematics after the pandemic on students' learning motivation at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research. The samples in this study were 58 students in class VII E and VII F, consisting of 27 students in class VII E and 31 students from class VII F. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation, and questionnaires. . The results show that the learning motivation of SMPPN 1 Bukittinggi students is in the good category with an average percentage of 77%, consisting of five indicators namely persistence in learning that 58 respondents or 87%. Tenacious in facing difficulties as many as 58 respondents or 89%. Interest and sharpness of attention in learning as many as 58 respondents or 83%. Achievement in learning as many as 58 respondents or 83%. And independent in learning as many as 58 respondents or 72%. Keywords: Mathematics, Pandemic, Learning motivation
