Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of firm size and price book value on the stock returns companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019 period. Number of sample 134 companies with five years of observations using purposive sampling techniques, the sample selected as 670 observations. This study uses secondary data form of financial statements along with stock prices obtained from the homepage of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is the Panel Data Regression Analysis. The results of this study are the size of the company (firm size) has a significant negative effect and the price book value has a significant positive effect on the stock returns in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2019 period.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui saham-saham Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) yang termasuk dalam portofolio optimal, ukuran komposisi saham dalam portofolio optimal; serta pengembalian yang diharapkan dan risiko portofolio yang optimal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa harga saham periode 2016-2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis saham dengan model indeks tunggal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lima saham dari 30 sampel saham termasuk dalam portofolio optimal. Berikut saham-saham yang membentuk portofolio optimal dan komposisinya: INCO (29,91%), ADRO (29,60%), UNTR (16,25%), INDF (12,26%), dan ICBP (11,98%). Portofolio yang terbentuk akan menghasilkan return portofolio yang diharapkan sebesar 1,53% dan tingkat risiko portofolio sebesar 1,23%. Kata kunci: Optimal Portfolio Composition; Single Index Model; Expected Return; Risk Abstract: This study aims to determine the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) stocks which are included in the optimal portfolio, the size of the composition of the shares in the optimal portfolio; as well as the optimal expected return and portfolio risk. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data in the form of stock prices for the period 2016-2020. The data analysis method used is stock analysis with a single index model. The results showed that five stocks from 30 stock samples is included in the optimal portfolio. Following are the stocks that make up the optimal portfolio and their composition: INCO (29.91%), ADRO (29.60%), UNTR (16.25%), INDF (12.26%), and ICBP (11.98%). The formed portfolio will produce an expected portfolio return of 1.53% and a portfolio risk level of 1.23%. Keywords: Optimal Portfolio Composition; Single Index Model; Expected Return; Risk

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) work conflict on employee job satisfaction Pariaman City BPKPD, (2) job stress on employee job satisfaction Pariaman City BPKPD, (3) work overload on employee job satisfaction Pariaman City BPKPD, (4) work conflict, job stress and work overload simultantly on employee satisfactionPariaman City BPKPD. The population in this study are 60 employees at BPKPD Pariaman City. The sampling technique uses a total sampling technique (whole sample), total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. The results of this study indicate that (1) work conflict has a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction at BPKPD Pariaman City, (2) job stress has a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction at BPKPD Pariaman City, (3) work overload gives a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction at BPKPD Pariaman City, and (4) work conflict, job stress and work overload together have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at BPKPD Pariaman City.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Knowing the effect of role conflict on the performance of BKPSDM employees in Pariaman City. (2) Knowing the effect of workload on the performance of BKPSDM employees in Pariaman City. (3) Knowing the effect of work stress on the performance of BKPSDM employees in Pariaman City. (4) Knowing the effect of role conflict, workload and work stress together on the performance of Pariaman City BKPSDM employees. The population and sample in this study were all BKPSDM employees of Pariaman City as many as 32 people. The technique of determining the number of samples using total sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple regression by fulfilling the requirements of the classical assumption test of normality, and multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity. ResultsThis study shows that (1) Role conflict has a significant negative effect on the performance of BKPSDM employees in Pariaman City. (2) Workload has a significant negative effect on the performance of BKPSDM employees in Pariaman City. (3) Job stress has a significant negative effect on the performance of BKPSDM employees in Pariaman City. (4) Role conflict, workload and work stress together have a significant negative effect on the performance of Pariaman City BKPSDM employees.

(2) Organizational climate to Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service Employee Performance. (3) Organizational culture towards the Performance of Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service Employees. (4) The organization's commitment, organizational climate and organizational culture are mutually impactedon the performance of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service employees. The population in this study was 31 employees of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service. And the technique of determining the sample taken as a respondent with this sampling technique using the total sampling technique (overall sample) total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the population (Sugiyono, 2017). The reason for taking the total sampling is because according to (Sugiyono, 2017) the total population that is less than 100 the entire population is used as a research sample all The results of this study show that (1) The organization's commitment has a positive influence on the work of employees in the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service. Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) Incentives on the performance of employees of the Air Hangat Barat district Office, Kerinci Regency (2) Work motivation on the performance of employees of the Air Hangat Barat District Office, Kerinci Regency (3) Job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Air Hangat Barat District Office ,Kerinci Regency (4) Incentives, work motivation and job satisfaction together affect the performance of employees of the Air Hangat Barat District Office. The sampling method used for this study was total sampling with a sample of 30 people. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results of this study show that (1) Incentives have a significant positive influence on the performance of employees of the Air Hangat Barat District Office, Kerinci Regency (2) Work motivation has a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Air Hangat Barat District Office, Kerinci Regency (3) Job satisfaction have a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Air Hangat Barat District Office of Kerinci Regency (4) Incentives, work motivation and job satisfaction together have a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Air Hangat Barat District Office of Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that have been made very well, should be put to good use as well. This can be realized if the existing SOPs are always socialized and personnel have sufficient knowledge and skills to implement and apply SOPs optimally. Thus, the implementation of SOPs will run consistently and continuously, can be monitored and evaluated to improve service quality. This study aims to 1) Know the improvement of Human Resources (HR) of the Solok City Civil Service Police Unit, 2) Know the implementation of the Presedur Operational Standard (SOP) for peace and public order in the Solok City Civil Service Police Unit. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with observations, interviews, personal and official documents, photographs, recordings, drawings and informal conversations. The informant of this research is estimated to really know and be able to provide information about the implementation of the SOP of the Solok City Civil Service Police Unit using the Snowball technique. Steps in data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. From this study, it was found that 1) the improvement of Human Resources (HR) of the Solok City Civil Service Police Unit was slow, this happened to the level of education and knowledge of Solok City Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja officers. 2) There is an implementation of the Presedur Operational Standard (SOP) for peace and public order in the Civil Service Police Unit of Solok City but it has not been optimal.

Abstract

This study reveals key findings related to the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Justice on Work Discipline at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kerinci Regency. The results of path analysis show that Organizational Culture has a significant direct influence on Organizational Justice (54.7%) and Work Discipline (53.4%). Organizational Justice also affects Work Discipline directly with a contribution of 15%. In addition, there is a significant indirect effect of Organizational Culture on Work Discipline through Organizational Justice, with a contribution of 61.6%. These results highlight the importance of Organizational Justice as a mediator in understanding how Organizational Culture shapes employee Work Discipline. The main conclusion is that efforts to improve Work Discipline can be enhanced through improving Organizational Culture and Organizational Justice. A better understanding of these relationships can assist management in developing more effective strategies to create a disciplined and equitable work environment. The practical implications of this study can assist organizations in designing more targeted policies and training programs to improve employee performance and positive attitudes.
