Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kompetensi sosial guru mata pelajaran sosiologi dalam berkomunikasi dengan peserta didik. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan guru dalam bersikap inklusif, yaitu bersikap terbuka dengan menggunakan bahasa yang jelas dan mudah dipahami serta bersikap rendah hati dengan menunjukkan sikap sabar. Guru dapat membangun komunikasi dialogis terhadap peserta didik dengan membuka jalan untuk selalu bertanya dan menanggapi saran atau pendapat, (2) kemampuan guru dalam bertindak objektif, yaitu bersikap bijaksana dan adil, menghargai setiap saran ataupun pendapat serta selalu menerapkan nilai-nilai moral saat pembelajaran, (3) kemampuan guru untuk bersikap tidak diskriminatif, yaitu guru menyayangi dan mengasihi dan memposisikan diri layaknya orangtua dan anak. Guru memperlakukan semua peserta didik sama rata tanpa memandang latar belakang.   Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Sosial, Komunikasi, Peserta Didik   Abstract: This research aims to understand the implementation of competence social subject teachers sociology in communicate with school tuition. The form of research used is research qualitative with the methods descriptive. Technique data collection used that is observation, interview, and study documentation. The research results show that (1) the capability of teachers in be inclusive, namely be open with use of language clear and easy to understand and be humble with demonstrate the attitude of patient.Teachers can establish communication dialogis for participants students with paved the way for the always ask and respond to advice or opinion, (2) the capability of teachers in acting objective, namely be wise and fair, appreciating advice or opinion and always apply moral values when learning, (3) the capability of teachers to be not discriminating, consisting of the love and love and position self like a parent and a child.Teachers treats all school tuition levelled without looking at background.   Keywords: Social Competence, Communication, Students

Abstract

This study examined the existence of Antar Ajong tradition in Kalimantan Village of Paloh Subdistrict, Sambas Regency. This study used qualitative method which phenomenological approach. Sources of data in this study are traditional leaders and community leaders. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses data analysis according to Miles and Huberman by digging data continuously until the data is saturated. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses observation and triangulation, namely source triangulation, namely comparing and checking information through different sources. The results showed that (1) the existence of the Antar Ajong tradition in the village of Kalimantan showed that the stages of implementing the Antar Ajong tradition were still the same as the ancestral tradition but the implementation process underwent a slight change. (2) the values in the Antar Ajong tradition in the Kalimantan village contain religious, mutual cooperation, tolerance, responsibility and social care. (3) community participation in the Antar Ajong tradition in Kalimantan village in the form of physical and material involvement.
