Abstract

AbstractThe title of this research is "social adaptation of male students of class 10 of Madrasa Aliyah at the islamic boarding school Khulafar Rasyidin Sungai Raya". The problem in this research is the students' social adaptation. The purpose of this research is to find out social adaptation of the islamic  students of class 10 in overcoming environmental challenges and the process of adaptation to norms. Form of this research is a descriptive qualitative research. Techniques of data collection are direct observation, interview and documentary study. The research finding shows the success of the students of class 10 in adaptation towards the school environmental, particularly male students; (1) the students could overcome the challenges of the school both positively and negatively. (2) the male students of class 10 could adapt to norms of religion, politeness, morality embraced in the boarding school, although written school rules, certain group of students they remain to break.Keywords: Adaptation, Islamic Boarding School, Male Students

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is entitled Analysis of Bank Indonesia Assistance in the West Kalimantan Indonesian New Generation Entrepreneurship Program. A common problem in this study is How Bank Indonesia Assists the West Kalimantan Indonesian New Generation Entrepreneurship Program (GenBI). This study aims to determine the form of Bank Indonesia's assistance to the Indonesian New Generation (GenBI) entrepreneurship program in West Kalimantan. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative research approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Data processing and analysis techniques through three stages, namely; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that; (1) Bank Indonesia Assistance to the West Kalimantan Indonesian New Generation Entrepreneurship Program (GenBI), hydroponic plants and catfish farming. Abstract

Peradaban bangsa saat ini sedang mengalami ujian berat karena memudarnya nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, kearifan sosial, kecerdasan sosial dan kompetensi sosial. Pemudaran itu mengakibatkan terjadinya berbagai krisis dan ketidakmampuan mengatasinya sehingga setiap krisis selalu berkepanjangan dan berkesinambungan. Memudarnya peradaban bangsa itu perlu segera direstorasi agar tidak menyebabkan kondisi bangsa semakin terpuruk. Pendidikan perdamaian diyakini mampu meningkatkan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan menciptakan kearifan sosial, kecerdasan sosial dan kompetensi sosial sehingga diharapkan mampu merestorasi peradaban bangsa. Abstract

UU RI Nomor 14 tahun 2005 tentang guru dan dosen mengamanatkan perlunya setiap guru dan dosen memiliki kompetensi sosial selain kompetensi pedagogik, personal dan profesional. Harapannya, jika guru dan dosen memiliki kompetensi ini, diharapkan mereka akan dapat menularkannya kepada para mahasiswa atau siswanya dan juga kepada masyarakat luas, sehingga pada gilirannya akan mampu mengatasi berbagai persoalan sosial yang terjadi dalam masyarakat, salah satunya mengenai menurunnya kecerdasan sosial tersebut. Hal yang sangat mendesak berkaitan dengan pelatihan, pembelajaran, dan sertifikasi guru dan dosen (khususnya yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi sosial) adalah pengembangan pemahaman kompetensi ini secara komprehensif, yang dapat diterima oleh banyak pihak. Abstract

                         AbstractThis research tittle is an analysis of social conflict control among the malay and Chinese students in SMP N 2 Sui raya kep. The problem in this research is how does the social control by the school in controling the conflict among the malay and Chinese students in SMP N 2 SUI KEP. How does the social control result that has been done by the school in controlling the social conflict among the malay and Chinese students in SMP N 2 SUI KEP?.  The form of this research is qualitative study which using descriptive methodology. the technique in collecting the data is observation guide, interview guide, and documentation. The result of this research shows that the moral values cultivated by the school are good. Trough the politeness cultivating, respecting each ethnics, tolerance each religion, honestly and always carrying each other, also carrying of the environment.                Keywords: Chinese, Malay, Social, Conflict, Control.

Abstract

AbstractThe title of this thesis is the analysis of the factors causing dropouts in the whole village of tebas in the district of Sambas, Sambas, The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that cause dropouts in the whole village of the tebas sub-district of Sambas district. This research was conducted with descriptive research methods using qualitative forms. The research technique used was direct communication techniques and documentary study techniques with the results of the research as follows: 1) internal factors causing school dropouts. Based on the results of research on internal factors that cause school dropouts in this study because there is no willingness in the child himself to continue his education as children prefer to work. 2) external factors causing school dropouts. Based on the results of the research, the external factors that cause child dropouts are where the economic parents of children cannot finance because income from parents is only sufficient for their daily needs and lack of encouragement or motivation for children to continue their education.   Keywords: Causes of School Dropouts,External Factors, Internal  Factors

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk resolusi konflik yang meliputi kompromi, mediasi dan konsiliasi anak pemulung di Rumah Kasih Serambi Salomo Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Alat pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan pedoman observasi, dan wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) bentuk kompromi anak pemulung, ditandai dengan anak-anak saling menghargai ketika makan bersama saat membaca doa berdasarkan kenyakinannya masing-masing, dan masih mau duduk bersama ketika kegiatan walaupun berdasarkan arahan dari pengurus. (2) bentuk mediasi anak pemulung, dilihat bahwa pengurus yang berperan sebagai mediator, memberikan bermacam nasihat, dan berusaha berperilaku adil. (3) bentuk konsiliasi anak pemulung, di tandai dengan pemanggilan kedua kelompok yang bertikai ke Rumah Singgah untuk di cari akar permasalahnnya dan jalan damai sehingga terjadi sebuah kesepakatan.  Kata kunci: Resolusi Konflik, Anak Pemulung  Abstract: This study aims at determining the form of conflict resolution that includes compromising, mediating and conciliating at Rumah Kasih Serambi Salomo Pontianak. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The data collection tool is the use of the guidelines for observation, interview and documentation. The results of this reserach were (1) that the west pickers make compromises indicated from the way they respect each other when eating together, and they sit together and follow the instruction of the boards, (2) the form of mediation of the west pickers can be seen through how the boards have been trying to be a mediator in resolving conflicts, giving advice, and trying to behave fairly towards (3) the conciliation of the waste pickers done by calling the two warring sides to Rumah Singgah to solve the problems in peaceful way so that there will be an agreement.  Keywords: Conflict Resolution, West Pickers

Abstract

AbstractThe title of this research is "The Influence of Parent Income on Motivation of Junior High School Children of Pulau Limbung Village to Continue Education". This study aims to determine the general problems in this study, namely "How to Influence Parents' Income on the Motivation of Children to Continue Education". With sub-problems: (1) How big is the influence of parental income on the motivation of Limbung Island junior high school children (2) How is the motivation of children to continue education. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research with descriptive research methods and forms of correlation studies with the number of respondents 83 people. Data collection techniques used indirect techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation techniques in the form of archives or records relating to parental income and motivation of children to continue their education. While data management techniques and data analysis using Simple Linear Regression analysis with the help of SPSS 18. the results of the study prove that 1. the influence of parents' income on the motivation of children in SMP Limbung Middle School to continue their education is 25 categorized as low. 2. the motivation of children to continue their education is very high at 93%. Adjusted R Square determinant value = 0.25 which means the influence of motivational parent income for SMP Limbung Island children is categorized as low at25%.Keywords: Income, Motivation, Education.

Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui asimilasi budaya pada keluarga kawin campur antara etnis Dayak dengan Tionghoa di Kecamatan Sekadau Hilir. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan informan sebanyak 6 orang yang terdiri dari 3 pasangan kawin campur antara etnis Dayak dengan Tionghoa tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi asimilasi budaya yang berkaitan dengan budaya pekerjaan, sistem kekerabatan, dan budaya bahasa pada masing-masing pasangan kawin campur, dan terdapat nilai pendidikan informal dalam asimilasi tersebut. Beberapa informan telah terasimilasi secara pekerjaannya. Dari sistem kekerabatan masing-masing anak pasangan mengikuti etnis dari orang tua laki-laki (ayah), adat pernikahan tergantung kesepakatan dari pasangan kawin campur tersebut. Dari segi bahasa pasangan kawin campur tidak lagi menggunakan bahasa etnis Dayak dan Tionghoa. Mereka juga menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan informal bahasa dan pekerjaan kepada anak mereka. Kata Kunci : Asimilasi Budaya, Etnis Dayak, Etnis Tionghoa Abstract: This research aims to determine cultural assimilation in family interbreeding between Dayak and Chinese ethnic in the Sekadau Hilir District. The approach used is qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data accumulation techniques used are, interview, observation, and documentation. Analysis in this research served in descriptive qualitative by using 6 people consisting of 3 pairs intermarriage between Dayak with the Chinese ethnic. The results showed that there has been a cultural assimilation related to the work culture, kinship systems, and culture of language of each pair intermarrying, and there is value in the assimilation of the informal education. Some informants have been assimilated in his work. From the kinship system each child the couple followed the ethnicity of the his father, marriage customs depending on the agreement of the mixed marriage couples . In terms of the language of each pair are many mixed marriages are no longer using Dayak ethnic languages ​​or Chinese ethnic. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kompetensi sosial guru mata pelajaran sosiologi dalam berkomunikasi dengan peserta didik. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan guru dalam bersikap inklusif, yaitu bersikap terbuka dengan menggunakan bahasa yang jelas dan mudah dipahami serta bersikap rendah hati dengan menunjukkan sikap sabar. Guru dapat membangun komunikasi dialogis terhadap peserta didik dengan membuka jalan untuk selalu bertanya dan menanggapi saran atau pendapat, (2) kemampuan guru dalam bertindak objektif, yaitu bersikap bijaksana dan adil, menghargai setiap saran ataupun pendapat serta selalu menerapkan nilai-nilai moral saat pembelajaran, (3) kemampuan guru untuk bersikap tidak diskriminatif, yaitu guru menyayangi dan mengasihi dan memposisikan diri layaknya orangtua dan anak. Guru memperlakukan semua peserta didik sama rata tanpa memandang latar belakang.   Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Sosial, Komunikasi, Peserta Didik   Abstract: This research aims to understand the implementation of competence social subject teachers sociology in communicate with school tuition. The form of research used is research qualitative with the methods descriptive. Technique data collection used that is observation, interview, and study documentation. The research results show that (1) the capability of teachers in be inclusive, namely be open with use of language clear and easy to understand and be humble with demonstrate the attitude of patient.Teachers can establish communication dialogis for participants students with paved the way for the always ask and respond to advice or opinion, (2) the capability of teachers in acting objective, namely be wise and fair, appreciating advice or opinion and always apply moral values when learning, (3) the capability of teachers to be not discriminating, consisting of the love and love and position self like a parent and a child.Teachers treats all school tuition levelled without looking at background.   Keywords: Social Competence, Communication, Students
