Abstract

Abstrak : Tesis ini berisi hasil penelitian tentang pendekatan kolaboratif dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas III SD Negeri 21 Kuala Mandor B. Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah rancangan , pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan perilaku belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu dengan pendekatan kolaboratif di kelas III SD Negeri 21 Kuala Mandor B?. tujuannya untuk mendeskripsikan rancangan,  pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan perilaku belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik dengan pendekatan kolaboratif di kelas III SD Negeri 21 Kuala Mandor B. Hasil penelitiannya adalah : (1) RPP tematik dengan pendekatan kolaboratif yang dibuat oleh guru secara umum telah memenuhi syarat dalam pembuatan RPP tematik; (2) Pembelajaran tematik dengan pendekatan kolaboratif dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan dan secara simultan menggunakan metode serta strategi pembelajaran yang bervariasi; (3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan tidak bersifat monoton, dan menggunakan beberapa instrument penilaian (4) Perilaku belajar peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang diberikan oleh guru dapat terlihat melalui penerapan pembelajaran tematik dengan pendekatan kolaboratif. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran tematik, pendekatan kolaboratif   Abstract: This is a research about collaborative approach in integrated thematic learning on the third grade students of elementary school number 21 Kuala Mandor B. The research problems was how the design, implementation, evaluation and behavior of the students in the integrated thematic learning using collaborative approach on the third grade students of elementary school number 2 Kuala Mandor B. The purpose was to describe the design, implementation, evaluation and behavior of the students in the integrated thematic learning using collaborative approach on the third grade students of elementary school number 2 Kuala Mandor B. The results were (1) thematic lesson plan using collaborative approach done by the teacher was fulfil the thematic lesson plan acquirement in general; (2) thematic learning using collaborative was done according to the design and using varied method and strategy of learning; (3) the evaluation was not monotonous, and was used multiple assessment instrument; (4) students’ learning behavior in solving the various problem could be seen through the application of thematic learning using collaborative approach. Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang proses manajemen humas yang dilakukan oleh humas PT.Pindad (Persero) dalam rangka memelihara citra perusahaan memalui program penerimaan kunjungan industri. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme, metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pemeliharaan citra melalui kunjungan industri secara mendalam dan menyeluruh. Konsep yang digunakan adalah konsep four steps public relations dari Cutlip, Center and Broom, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi partisipatori pasif, dan wawancara mendalam. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data dan penyajian data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen yang dilakukan oleh Humas PT.Pindad (Persero) dalam mengelola program kunjungan industri memiliki pengaruh terhadap pemeliharaan citra yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dan sesuai dengan konsep four steps public relations dari Cutlip, Center and Broom yakni proses perencanaan dengan menetapkan tujuan, melakukan operasionalisasi persuratan, menyiapkan tempat, membuat schedule dan rundown acara dan melakukan briefieng. Proses implementasi dengan melakukan pemaparan materi dan plant tour. Proses evaluasi beserta pencarian data dan fakta dengan mewawancarai pengunjung dan evaluasi tahunan perusahaan. This paper describes the public relations management process carried out by public relations of PT. Pindad (Persero) in order to maintain the company's image through the industrial visit acceptance program. The research was conducted using the constructivism paradigm, qualitative methods and case study approaches that aim to find out the image maintenance process through in-depth and comprehensive industrial visits. The concept used is the concept of four steps public relations from Cutlip, Center and Broom, using passive participatory observation data collection techniques, and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique used is data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that the management carried out by Public Relations PT.Pindad (Persero) in managing industrial visit programs has an influence on image maintenance carried out by the company and in accordance with the concept of four steps public relations from Cutlip, Center and Broom namely the planning process by setting purpose, operationalize correspondence, prepare a place, make a schedule and rundown of the event and do a briefieng. The implementation process is by presenting material and plant tour. The evaluation process along with data and fact searches by interviewing visitors and annual evaluations of the company.

Abstract

Media Relations merupakan salah satu kegiatan seorang Humas dalam menciptakan dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan media. Kegiatan ini sangat diperlukan untuk mempermudah dalam mempublikasikan informasi kepada masyarakat luas. Upaya yang ditempuh PEMDA Purwakarta yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan informal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses media relations dilihat dari konsep proses media relations yang terdiri dari perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi (Iriantara:2011). Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivime, Pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan media relations dilakukan dengan beberpa cara yaitu memetakan program dinas, membentuk hubungan personal, mengelola relasi, memberikan pelayanan kepada media, memberikan fasilitas kepada media, melakukan proses koordinasi berita, mengadakan pelatihan jurnalistik, dan melakukan kegiatan media relations. Implementasi dilakukan menggunakan komunikasi persuasif, koordinasi dengan pihak terkait, pengelolaan konten dan mengacu pada peraturan yang telah disepakati. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara briefing internal, meminta klarifikasi terhadap kesalahan yang dilakukan media, bekerjasama membuat tim media monitoring, dan mengupdate database media. Proses media relations guna menunjang keberhasilan dalam pencapaian publikasi melalui pendekatan informal ini dirasa efektif karena hasil dari proses media relations sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan Pemda Purwakarta, namun kurang efisien karena memerlukan waktu yang tidak bisa ditentukan. Media Relations is one of the activities of a PR in creating and maintaining good relations with the media. This activity is very necessary to make it easier to publish information to the wider community. The efforts taken by the Purwakarta Regional Government are using an informal approach. This study aims to find out how the media relations process with the selection of the concept of media relations process consisting of planning, implementation and evaluation (Iriantara: 2011). This concept was chosen because it can construct reality in accordance with the interpretation of media relations activities carried out by the Purwakarta Regional Government. This study uses constructivism paradigm, qualitative approaches and case study methods. Data collection techniques used are passive participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that media relations planning was carried out through eight activities, namely, mapping service programs, forming personal relationships, managing relationships, providing services to the media, providing media facilities, conducting news coordination processes, conducting journalistic training, and conducting media relations activities such as personal contact or press calls, press releases, press conferences, press interviews, press gatherings, media facilitators, media visits, and entertainment media. Implementation is carried out using persuasive communication, coordination with related parties, content management and referring to agreed rules. Evaluation as the final stage of the media relations process was carried out based on four activities namely internal briefings, asking for clarification of errors made by the media, collaborating to make media teams monetize, and updating media databases. The media relations process to support success in achieving publications through this informal approach is felt to be effective because the results of the media relations process are in accordance with what the Purwakarta government hopes, but it is less efficient because it requires an indefinite amount of time.

Abstract

This study deals with the students’ ability in reading comprehension during tha pandemic of covid 19 at X class in SMA Negeri 1 Badar Academic Year 2021/2022. Its objective is to know student ability in reading comprehension during pandemic Covid 19. The research is done by collecting the data and scoring the result of the answer and quantitative method to find out the result. This research is enough to know the aim of this research is an analyzing of students’ in reading ability during the Pandemic of Covid 19 at X Class in SMA Negeri 1 Badar by focusing on Recount Text ability.The data was analyzed and researcher found The students who were taught The Pandemic Of Covid 19 got better achievement that those who were taught by using conventional technique that was Teacher. the highest score of the pre-test was 65 and the lowest was 45. While the highest score of post-test was 90 and the lowest was 70. The result of means of Pre-Test was 54.67 while the result of deviation standard was 6.18 And the result of means of Post-Test was 80.33. While the result of deviation standard was 5.91. From this research, it was found that the can cause a positive, which is proven from the result of the test, t_test>t_tableor ( 16.55> 2.04 ) there is significance Students Ability in Reading Chomprehension During Skill The Pandemic Of Covid 19
