Abstract

Fishery products are one of the products that have very limited durability and perishable so that the community, especially fishermen, preserve the product so that its freshness can last longer. One of the preservatives used is formalin, although it is very dangerous to human health. Some food products that contain formalin include: fresh fish, salted fish, tofu, wet noodles. Counseling on food safety needs to be continued widely to the public in various forms. This activity aims to educate and train partner groups on: 1) the dangers of formaldehyde on health; 2) characteristics of formalin food ingredients; 3) how to detect formalin foods; 4) eliminate / reduce formaldehyde levels in food products; 5) safe preservatives. The activities was carried out on February 7, 2019, in Desa Untia, Kecamatan Biringkanaya, Kota Makassar. The target group is fishermen and fisheries processors, as many as 23 people. The method used in service is counseling and training methods through lectures, discussions, and practice/training. The extension activity was attended by Untia village chiefs, local fisheries instructors, administrators of the All-Indonesian Fishermen Association (HNSI) and the target group. The activities went on smoothly and the target group enthusiastically attended counseling and training, because the knowledge/skills were needed to protect their families from the dangers of disease that could be caused by inappropriate use of formalin.

Abstract

The up and down of Islamic court in Indonesia is related to the dynamic of social and politic. In colonialism era, this court is concerned only in marriage, divorce, and marriage reconciliation . Nowadays, according to UU no. 4 th. 2004, its function is divided into three parts executive, legislative, and judicial.

Abstract

Sistem transaksi online sekarang sedang marak, yaitu perdagangan e-commerce dengan menggunakan sistem pembayaran Cash on Delivery (COD). Dimana layanan COD merupakan metode pembayaran yang dilakukan secara langsung di tempat setelah pesanan oleh penjual dikirim melalui kurir dan diterima oleh pembeli. Dalam sistem e-commerce secara COD perjanjian dilakukan secara elektronik, namun pembayaran dilakukan seketika setelah barang diterima yang diantar oleh kurir. Jual beli secara online dalam praktiknya sering terjadi adanya tindakan tipu muslihat seperti adanya penyampaian data dan/atau informasi secara tidak lengkap dan tidak benar, adanya unsur kebohongan dan tipu daya muslihat di dalamnya, sehingga perbuatan tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai perbuatan penipuan. Dalam Penelitian ini memuat rumusan masalah yaitu: 1. Bagaimana pengaturan penipuan melalui jual beli online secara cash on delivery?; dan 2. Bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap korban penipuan jual beli online secara cash on delivery?. Penelitian merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptid analitis dengan beberapa sumber dan bahan hukum yaitu; bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier. Bahwa setiap pelaku usaha yang mengalami kerugian karena tindakan pembeli dijamin didalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen mengenai hak-hak pelaku usaha. Dan pelaku usaha yang mengalami kerugian akibat penipuan yang dilakukan konsumen juga telah dilindungi oleh pasal 378 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana.

Abstract

The application of the formal truth concept in civil courts, particularly religious courts, ought to have been abandoned. In several civil disputes, judges are guided by the pursuit of formal truth, resulting in unjust verdicts. This study examines the situation of the principle of formal truth in the investigation of civil matters in the Religious Courts and the view of the Makassar Religious High Court Judge regarding its application. This study is a legal-empirical investigation informed by legal philosophy. Techniques for data collecting consisting of in-depth interviews with key informants and research of court decisions and relevant literature. The findings of the study indicate that, first, the principle of formal truth that is applied to religious courts is still legitimate today, just as the HIR/RBg approach of proving civil cases in Indonesian civil courts is still valid. Second, the opinion of the judges of the Makassar Religious High Court regarding the application of the formal truth principle in the environmental courts of the religious courts demonstrates that, in general, the Makassar PTA judges believe that this principle must be applied as a trial process provision. In their opinion, the formal principle of truth serves as a guide for parties and judges when reviewing cases. Several other judges, however, believe that the formal truth principle should be substituted by the material truth.

Abstract

Perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia merupakan sektor cabang industri manufaktur dan sebagai sektor hulu yang memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian karena sektor ini merupakan penyedia bahan baku yang digunakan untuk input oleh sektor perekonomian lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh penerapan green accounting terhadap economic performance. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh environmental performance terhadap economic performance. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah 21 perusahaan dari 89 populasi perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2019-2022, sehingga data penelitian yang dianalisis berjumlah 84 data. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan yang terdaftar pada website perusahaan dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis berganda yang dilakukan dengan bantuan alat statistik berupa SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Green accounting berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap economic performance. 2) Environmental performance tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap economic performance.
