Abstract

Fisheries management is all activities related to the utilisation of fish resources and the environment ranging from pre-production, production, processing to marketing processes carried out in a fisheries business system. One form of diversification of fishery products that is widely practised in Puger Wetan and Kulon villages in Puger District, Jember Regency is terasi product. The average profit of terasi agro-industry in Puger Kulon and Wetan villages in Puger District, Jember Regency has received a profit of Rp 45,121,274.91. The average break-even unit (BEP) of the shrimp paste fishing industry in Puger Kulon and Wetan villages in Puger District, Jember Regency is 219 Kg. The average break-even point (BEP) and the average break-even point (BEP) of acceptance of the shrimp paste fishing industry in Puger Kulon and Wetan villages in Puger District, Jember Regency is Rp 67,000,000.00 per production. The break-even point unit and acceptance (BEP) are above the break-even point and it can be concluded that the fishing industry in Puger Kulon and Wetan villages in Puger District, Jember Regency is profitable. In the agro-industry business of shrimp paste in the village of Puger Kulon and Wetan Puger District, Jember Regency has reached efficient. Based on the results of the R / C ratio analysis which shows that the average efficiency value, the production of agro-industry shrimp paste in the village of Puger Kulon and Wetan Puger sub-district is 3.16.

Abstract

Jalan Ikan Mas Raya, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang adalah daerah yang ditempati oleh banyak penduduk dan setiap tahun semakin bertambah. Daerah tersebut dilengkapi dengan sistem drainase, namun jika jumlah penduduk bertambah dan banyaknya perubahan tata guna lahan maka penting untuk dilakukan perencanaan ulang di system drainase tersebut yang berwawasan lingkungan. Data yang dibutuhkan yaitu hasil survey lapangan, peta lokasi, data curah hujan di Stasiun Singosari, Petungsewu, Dan Ciliwung, peta topografi dan Harga Satuan Pekerja (HSPK) Kota Malang tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Distribusi Gumbel untuk menghitung curah hujan rancangan, intensitas hujan dengan metode Mononobe, debit banjir rancangan dengan metode rasional. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh curah hujan rancangan 84,323 mm/hari; debit banjir rancangan 0,253 m3/detik; biopori dengan diameter 0,1 meter dan tinggi 1 meter; dimensi terbesar lebar 0,65 meter dan tinggi 1,1 meter; biaya pelaksanaan konstruksi Rp 2.942.387.058.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of payment and top-up service features on DANA user satisfaction in Bogor Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal associative research type. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire consisting of 100 active DANA users using purposive sampling techniques, then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The results of the study show that: (1) Payment service features have a positive and significant effect on DANA user satisfaction; (2) Top-up has a positive and significant effect on DANA user satisfaction; (3) Payment service features and top-up simultaneously have a significant effect on DANA user satisfaction. This study concludes that the completeness of payment service features, the ease of the top-up process, the diversity of top-up methods, and the availability of promotional programs are key factors in increasing DANA user satisfaction. The practical implications of this study are the need to optimize payment service features, improve promotional programs and cashback on top-up services, and strengthen security systems to maintain and increase user satisfaction in the face of increasingly competitive digital wallet industry competition.
