Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan metode pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) pada mata pelajaran rencana anggaran biaya konstruksi kuda-kuda kayu, respon siswa dan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan metode TAI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pre-eksperimental design bentuk one-shoutcase study dengan menggunakan satu kelas yang dilakukan secara terbagi beberapa kelompok  terdiri dari 4-5. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui lembar validasi kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI,  respon siswa dan tes hasil belajar (post-test) pada pertemuan pertama, kedua, dan ketiga kelas XI TGB di SMK Negeri Jrengik dengan menggunakan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat peningkatan penilaian kelayakan perangkat sebesar 82,25%, respon siswa sebesar 81,41% dan hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan perhitungan uji t didapatkan nilai sebesar thitung > ttabel (13,10 > 1,74). Artinya, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar sesudah menerapkan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dengan kelas yang menerapkan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Abstract This study aims to determine the applicatione of the  feasibility of learning tools using the method of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) teamed on the subject of budget plan horse wood horse construction costs, student  responses and student learning outcomes using the TAI. This the type of research used is pre-experimental study design form one-shoutcase study by using a class that is done divided into several groups consisting of 4-5. Date collection in this research was obtained through validation sheet of the feasibility of learning model cooperative learning model of type TAI , student response and test result of learning (post-test) at first meeting, second and third grade of TGB XI at SMKN Jrengik by using t test. The results showed that there was an increase in feasibility assessment of  the device of 82,25%, the student response was 81,41%, and the students learning outcomes based on the value of arithmetic tcount  > ttable(13,10 > 1,74). That is, there are significant differences in learning outcomes after applying TAI type cooperative learning methods with classes that apply conventional learning methods. Thus, cooperative learning model type TAI effect on student learning  on the subjects Budget Plan. Cost (RAB). Abstract

The researcher has noticed about the Arabic Language education process at Nurul Hikam Islamic Senior High School in Situbondo it is known that students' enthusiasm for interest in learning vocabulary is still weak. The researcher believed that the teaching of the Arabic language in the Islamic Secondary School in Situbondo city needs an innovative educational method, especially in teaching Arabic language vocabulary, because teaching vocabulary is the basis of language education. The researcher will use the Smart App Creator program in the manufacture of educational aids (language games). The researcher presented three questions: 1) to develop language games to teach vocabulary based on Android 2) to know the feasibility of developing language games for teaching vocabulary based on Android 3) to know effective is the use of language games to teach vocabulary based on Android. The researcher uses ADDIE research. The data was collected through observation, interview and questionnaire. The data sources are from the head of the school and the teacherThe research uses pre-test and pos-test with analysis of this research is quantitative analysis using SPSS 22.0.

Abstract

Modern organizational dynamics demand a profound understanding of organizational behavior (OB) as a primary key to enhancing employee performance. In the context of public services, especially in the vital healthcare sector, optimal employee performance is essential to ensure service quality and the achievement of strategic targets. This study analyzes the role of organizational behavior in fostering optimal employee performance at the Cirebon Regency Health Office. It aims to identify the extent to which interactions and work culture within the office environment influence employee effectiveness and productivity, as well as to pinpoint the OB variables that contribute most to performance. The research employed a quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional design, collecting data simultaneously from 45 respondents, representing a 25% sample of the total population of 180 employees at the Cirebon Regency Health Office. A questionnaire was used for primary data collection, complemented by secondary data, and subsequently analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a 95% significance level (α=0.05). Data collection was conducted from January 2-10, 2025, at the Cirebon Regency Health Office. The findings reveal a p-value of 0.005 (α<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between organizational behavior and employee performance at the Cirebon Regency Health Office. This result underscores the importance of positive organizational behavior in creating a supportive work environment conducive to achieving the best possible performance. This research contributes by providing strategic recommendations for the Cirebon Regency Health Office, particularly concerning the implementation of technology systems to support real-time performance reporting and the strengthening of leadership roles as drivers of employee performance. These insights are expected to serve as practical guidelines for optimizing human resource management in the public healthcare sector.
