Abstract

Perubahan landscape ekonomi yang dipacu oleh Revolusi Industri 4.0 mendorong peran pendidikan sebagai ujung tombak persiapan peserta didik untuk berkontribusi dalam ekonomi kreatif yang berkembang pesat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan di SMPN 2 Maja, Lebak, Banten, dilakukan dengan tujuan memperkuat peran pendidikan, khususnya para guru, sebagai fasilitator kreativitas dan inovasi. Metode pelaksanaan PKM mengadopsi pendekatan partisipatif aktif dengan fokus pada identifikasi permasalahan dan solusi melalui pendampingan dan penguatan. Evaluasi kegiatan mengungkap hasil yang positif, dengan tingkat keterpahaman mitra sebesar 80%, kemampuan penyampaian materi tim PKM sebesar 79%, dan kontribusi positif sebesar 75%. Sehingga dapat disampaikan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mengatasi tantangan pendidikan di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. dan rekomendasi mencakup perluasan integrasi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan ekonomi kreatif lokal dan peningkatan dukungan pemerintah serta sektor swasta.

Abstract

the independent curriculum currently being implemented is a curriculum in which there are several updates in teaching systems and methods, such as in the preparation of lesson plans and the formulation of student achievement indicators. This research aims to determine the description of the skills of guidance and counseling teachers at MGBK SMK Kab. Bogor in implementing the Project Based Learning method in the Independent Curriculum. This research uses a quantitative survey method with a questionnaire instrument as a research data collection tool. The research sample was 30 vocational guidance and counseling teachers at MGBK, Bogor Regency. The results of this research provide an illustration that the skills of BK teachers in implementing the PjBL method in the Independent Curriculum at MGBK Vocational Schools in Bogor Regency are in the quite good category with a percentage of 62%. Thus, this research can provide appropriate recommendations and strategies for schools and guidance and counseling teachers to improve skills and competencies in implementing the PjBL method in the Independent Curriculum at MGBK Vocational Schools in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Permasalahan bullying menjadi ancaman bagi perkembangan anak dan lingkungan sosial, sehingga membutuhkan perhatian serius dari berbagai pihak termasuk komunitas lokal seperti Dasawisma yang memiliki potensi besar dalam membentuk lingkungan aman dan suportif. Penelitian ini mengkaji kesadaran anti-bullying di lingkungan Dasawisma RT 01/RW 06 Ciganjur, Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan. Dengan menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel 30 anggota Dasawisma, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku terkait bullying. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur kesadaran anti-bullying. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan visualisasi data melalui boxplot dan scatterplot. Analisis data melalui IBM SPSS 26 mengungkapkan variasi dalam kesadaran berdasarkan pengalaman dipanggil ke sekolah, penggunaan media sosial, dan status pernikahan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 43,3% peserta memiliki kesadaran anti-bullying yang sangat tinggi, mengindikasikan pemahaman mendalam tentang dampak bullying dan pentingnya peran mereka dalam pencegahan. Temuan ini menyoroti peran penting sebagai anggota Dasawisma dalam membentuk nilai-nilai anti-bullying dan berkolaborasi dengan sekolah, masyarakat serta lembaga lain. Kesadaran tinggi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi komunitas lain untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan penghargaan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dengan keterlibatan karyawan sebagai variabel perantara pada My Kopi O! Bekasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari 50 responden, serta data sekunder dari sumber tepercaya. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Squares (PLS) atau SmartPLS 3.0 untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan baik terhadap loyalitas maupun keterlibatan karyawan. Sebaliknya, penghargaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, namun tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Selanjutnya, keterlibatan karyawan terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, yang menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun loyalitas karyawan. Temuan utama dari penelitian ini menawarkan saran strategis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan melalui penguatan budaya organisasi, penghargaan yang efektif, serta peningkatan keterlibatan karyawan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online game addiction among students has caused various negative impacts, such as a decline in academic achievement, lack of social interaction, and decreased responsibility in daily life. This condition indicates the need for structured counseling interventions. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a pre-test and post-test control group design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling involving 40 students of SMA Muhammadiyah Cipanas, divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received three informational services and seven sessions of group counseling using the self-control technique, while the control group only received three informational services. The research instruments included a Likert-scale questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed using an Independent Sample T-Test with the assistance of SPSS. The results showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (t = 2.152; p < 0.05), indicating that group counseling with the self-control technique was effective in reducing online game addiction. This finding was supported by observations and interviews, which revealed students’ improved ability to manage gaming time and academic responsibilities. Thus, self-control-based group counseling proved to be relevant and can serve as a practical counseling strategy in schools.

Abstract

The high workload of teachers causes stress and has an impact on their work effectiveness, and it is hoped that through stress management, teachers can increase their work effectiveness. This study aims to explore the influence of stress management on the work effectiveness of civil servant teachers in State Elementary Schools. The method used was quantitative, using SEM-PLS and SITOREM analysis. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 163 teachers who were randomly selected from 47 schools. The results of the study showed that the influence of stress management on teachers' work effectiveness was very small. This influence is not very significant in the model. with a track coefficient value of 0.058, T-statistic 1.308, and P-value 0.191. SITOREM analysis shows that the main indicators of teachers' work effectiveness are teaching motivation and teaching readiness, while in stress management, time management, and a healthy lifestyle are the top priorities. This study shows that although stress management has a theoretical contribution in supporting teachers' work, this factor is not the main determinant of teachers' work effectiveness. Educational organizations must focus more on improving professional competence, teaching motivation, and creating a conducive work environment, while still paying attention to the importance of stress management as an element that supports teachers' work effectiveness. Further research is suggested to explore the relationship between psychological, professional, and environmental factors in more depth, as well as involve qualitative methods to gain more comprehensive insights related to teachers' work dynamics.
