<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis implementasi fungsi badan permusyawaratan desa dalam penyelesaian pemerintah desa di Kabupaten Maros Penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan yuridis-empiris atau pendekatan tipe normatif dan empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam penyelesaian pemerintah desa di Kabupaten Maros kurang terimplementasi sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, termasuk: kegiatan membahas dan menyepakati rancangan peraturan Desa bersama kepala Desa, kegiatan menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat Desa, dan kegiatan pengawasan kinerja Kepala Desa yang harus dapat terimplementasi dengan baik dan benar agar terwujud penyelesaian pemerintah desa yang baik. Selanjutnya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam penyelesaian pemerintah desa di Kabupaten Maros, antara lain: faktor hukum, budaya hukum, sarana dan prasarana, dan faktor masyarakat. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of the function of village consultative bodies in resolving village government in Maros Regency. This research is descriptive with a juridical-empirical or normative and empirical approach. The results of the study show that the implementation of the function of the Village Consultative Body in resolving village government in Maros Regency is not implemented by applicable laws and regulations, including activities to discuss and agree on draft Village regulations with the Village head, activities to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the Village community, and monitoring activities The performance of the Village Head must be implemented properly and correctly to realize a good village government solution. Furthermore, the factors that influence the implementation of the functions of the Village Consultative Body in resolving village government in Maros Regency include legal factors, legal culture, facilities and infrastructure, and community factors.]]>
