Abstract

This study aims to devise a regulatory framework for IoT devices in Indonesia via taxonomic analysis. Taxonomic analysis is the methodological approach to discern pivotal dimensions imperative for comprehensive IoT regulations. The outcomes underscore the imperative for regulatory inclusivity across boundaries to address the intricate nexus of technology, security, and device heterogeneity. The investigation underscores the importance of accessibility, anonymity, and interactivity in safeguarding user access and data within IoT networks. Furthermore, it accentuates the urgency for swift responses to security vulnerabilities. This research posits that Indonesia’s IoT regulations must adeptly navigate the intricacies and dynamism inherent in the IoT landscape while addressing the evolving security challenges within this technological milieu.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to ascertain whether Local Regulation No. 19/2019 has sufficiently addressed the economic, social and environmental impacts that have the potential to give rise to regulatory inconsistency. The objective of this research is to analyse the economic, social and environmental impacts of land use change policies in Karanganyar Regency in accordance with Local Regulation No. 19/2019. the research methodology employed is descriptive legal geography. The findings are presented in the following section. The land conversion policy set out in Local Regulation No. 19/2019 in Karanganyar Regency has been designed with the intention of considering the full range of economic, social and environmental impacts. However, this policy may give rise to conflicts with other policies if the regulations on community participation and alternative site design are not addressed in a more holistic manner. In practice, this results in the exclusion of environmental impact analysis from the decision-making process, thereby enabling the conversion of agricultural land into tourist sites without sufficient consideration of the potential consequences. This approach creates an imbalance and may ultimately result in unsustainability. The findings of this research can be used to enhance land use change policies in Karanganyar, facilitate local development, and provide a foundation for further research. This research is notable for its use of a legal geography approach and its focus on the Karanganyar Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan upaya pelestarian budaya pernikahan masyarakat Aceh khususnya ragam hias ukiran pengantin wanita Aceh (dara baroe), dengan menggali lebih dalam tentang ragam hias ukiran inai yang ada saat ini. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pergeseran nilai budaya pada ukiran inai pengantin wanita Aceh juga perlu diketahui yang kemudian menjadikannya sebagai sumber ide untuk mengembangkan desain ragam hias ukiran inai pada pengantin wanita di Kota Banda Aceh yang sarat dengan budaya Aceh dan tetap mengikuti trend. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang bersifat naturalistik, dengan subjek penelitian lima orang responden. Ragam hias ukiran inai yang sering digunakan pada pengantin wanita Aceh adalah motif India dan Arab serta perpaduan berbagai macam bentuk seperti bentuk bunga, daun, tangkai, segitiga, garis-garis, titik dan berbagai macam bentuk lainnya. Banyaknya bermunculan motif dari luar daerah Aceh dan kurangnya minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan motif Aceh pada inai pengantin wanita Aceh menjadikan ukiran inai dengan ragam hias motif Aceh kurang dikenal dikalangan masyarakat, sehingga ukiran inai pengantin wanita Aceh sudah mulai bergeser dari motif asli daerah Aceh.Kata Kunci:Ragam hias, ukiran inai pengantin
