Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan masalah sepanjang masa, karena kemiskinan dapat diwariskan dari satu generasi ke generasi berikutnya. Proses pewarisan kemiskinan dari generasi ke generasi akan terus berlangsung jika tidak ada terobosan untuk mengentaskan seseorang dari masalah kemiskinan. Kajian pustaka ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), penguatan usaha petani dan inovasi pertanian dalam pengentasan kemiskinan di perdesaan. Walaupun kemiskinan di Indonesia telah mengalami penurunan, tetapi data menunjukkan bahwa penduduk miskin masih terkonsentrasi di wilayah perdesaan. Sebagian besar penduduk miskin di perdesaan berpendidikan rendah, dan menguasai lahan yang sempit. Maka pengembangan SDM dan penguatan kelembagaan usaha petani merupakan upaya strategis jangka menengah dan jangka panjang untuk pengentasan kemiskinan di perdesaan. Analisis SWOT menjadi dasar untuk menjawab permasalahan pengentasan kemiskinan di Kabupaten Pringsewu.

Abstract

Digitalization by enterprises can improve production efficiency, processing, logistics, and adoption of new technologies so that technology integration enables the utilization of local and global economies and enterprise-level business models to be more productive and sustainable. The application of digital entrepreneurship principles is also carried out in determining tourism destinations in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to look at a piece of writing about how to identify tourist villages through digital entrepreneurship. The source of the data was a compilation of publications that were published in reputable international scientific journals. This study's foundation is a series of inquiries, What topic is being discussed the most when it comes to tourist villages and digital entrepreneurship? The results showed that technology adoption, entrepreneurial attitude and the uniqueness of an object are factors that influence the formation of tourist villages. Technology adoption is the use of digital technology to inform the uniqueness of an object so as to encourage people to visit.

Abstract

The development of information technology, telecommunications and the internet has led to the emergence of various internet-based business applications. One of the banks that utilizes internet technology in serving its customers is Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) with BRILink Mobile. The problem of this research is whether the variables of satisfaction and usability have an influence on loyalty and have an impact on positive word of mouth for brilink users. This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction and usability on loyalty and its impact on positive word of mouth of brilink users. The sample of this study amounted to 150 and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study note that the role of the satisfaction variable as a usability mediating variable to form loyalty and has a relatively large positive impact on word of mouth. So that all hypotheses in this study can be accepted. The suggestion put forward is that BRI needs to improve the Brilink service connection so that failures when consumers transact can be avoided by working with telecommunications providers so that they get guaranteed reliable internet connections. As well as increasing the operator's ability can be done with training so that the speed and accuracy of the service can be increased. Keywords: satisfaction, usability, loyalty and positive word of mouth
