Abstract

This study investigates halal food SMEs intention on use e-money. Prior to the existence of e-money, banking was a solution for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in doing business and making transactions. Entering the era of the rise of fintech, banks are also competing in issuing their respective electronic money.  The lack of interest in halal culinary SMEs in using electronic money, it is important for fintech companies to be able to know and understand perceptions to increase interest in re-transacting using electronic money. However, these are few studies discussed behavioral intention in this new area. Consequently, this study examined the factors that influence SMEs' intention to use e-money. A total of one hundred respondents are selected using quantitative method as sources of data collection. The questionnaires are distributed using purposive sampling method in Surakarta, Indonesia. The software used for analysis is the SPSS 20. This study concludes with conclusion and limitation.

Abstract

Sustainability of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is very important to be noted or observed. Because the majority of Indonesia’s population is Muslim and many of them are SMEs Actors. This study aim to provide empiric proves about the relation among financial technology (Fintech), financial inclusion, and sustainability muslims SMEs in Solo Raya area. This study uses quantitative approach. Analysis instrument used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). All data in the study are collected by handing out questionnaires to 96 SMEs owners who are Muslim chosen with accidental sampling technique. The result of this study shows that there is a positive relation between financial technology and financial inclusion. Financial technology also have positive relation toward the sustainability of SMEs. Besides that, financial inclusion also have positive relation with the sustainability of SMEs. With these results, it is expected that could give more viewpoint to the Government to give a convenient access and support the existence and sustainability of SMEs

Abstract

Family economic welfare is everyone's hope. Economic welfare can be successful if there are right decisions in managing finances that begin with financial planning and decisions. The role of housewives and women in economic welfare can be shown in financial management, so a good understanding is needed in managing finances. This community service program aims to improve understanding of financial planning and improvement through digital investment. The participants of the method used through Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) with housewives and women in the cultural heritage area of the Kartasura palace. The results of the training provided will encourage participants to have appropriate digital investment planning and decisions, so that in the future they can obtain welfare

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that influence e-wallet top up via mobile banking at Islamic banks for Muslim communities in Surakarta using the UTAUT 2 approach. This study uses a quantitative approach to test and validate the formulated hypotheses. The population of this study were mobile banking users of Islamic banks in the Surakarta area. The sample determination was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, while the respondent criteria were Muslim communities in Surakarta City who had utilized mobile banking services at Islamic banks to top up e-wallets Data collection using questionnaires distributed to 150 Islamic bank customers. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method which was carried out using SmartPLS software. The results showed that performance expectancy had an effect on behavioral intention, while other variables adopted from UTAUT 2 had no effect on behavioral intention. The contribution of the research findings indicates a shift in consumer preferences and behavior in using digital-based services.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain online customer shopping behavior, attitudinal loyalty, FoMO towards impulsive buying. The number of samples in this study was 160 respondents who were generation Z who had Shopee accounts in Central Java. The analysis technique used was Path Analysis using SmartPLS version 3. The results showed that online customer shopping behavior influenced attitudinal loyalty and impulsive buying and FoMO influenced impulsive buying. Meanwhile, attitudinal loyalty was not proven to influence impulsive buying and did not mediate the relationship between OSCE and impulsive buying. Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature related to OSCE, attitudinal loyalty, FoMO, and impulsive buying. For Managers, this study emphasizes shopping ethics when consumers buy online.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that affect customers switching intention after three state-owned Indonesian banks merge. The risk of losing customers in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is very high because during the integration phase, management often focuses on internal issues, leaving aside important customer-related tasks. Therefore, a deeper understanding of the concept of M&A in the disciplines of marketing and consumer behavior is clearly needed for the benefit of academic knowledge and marketing practice. A total of one hundred and fifty respondents are selected using the quantitative method as sources of data collection. The questionnaires are distributed using a purposive sampling method in Surakarta, Indonesia. The software used for analysis is SEM-PLS. The results of this study state that inconvenience and religious motivation influence customer switching intentions. However, attitude and availability of suitable banks as a moderating variable did not influence customer switching intentions.

Abstract

Abstract : The local game development industry in Indonesia holds significant potential to contribute to the national creative economy. However, despite substantial increases in labor absorption and market size, the sector’s contribution to national GDP and export value remains relatively low compared to other creative sub-sectors, such as fashion. Furthermore, the discrepancy between labor force growth and declining GDP performance raises concerns about productivity and industrial efficiency. This study aims to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats (SWOT), that influence the strategic positioning of local game developers. Drawing on qualitative data gathered from key industry informants and validated through a SWOT matrix analysis (IFAS and EFAS), this research formulates strategic recommendations to enhance competitiveness and promote sustainable growth in both domestic and international markets. The findings offer practical insights for stakeholders—including policymakers, industry players, and investors—on how to develop adaptive and proactive strategies to advance Indonesia’s game development sector as a key driver of the creative economy.Abstrak : Industri pengembangan game lokal di Indonesia memiliki potensi yang signifikan untuk berkontribusi pada ekonomi kreatif nasional. Namun peningkatan substansial dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan ukuran pasar, kontribusi sektor ini terhadap PDB nasional dan nilai ekspor masih relatif rendah dibandingkan dengan subsektor kreatif lainnya seperti fashion. Selain itu, perbedaan antara pertumbuhan tenaga kerja dan penurunan kinerja PDB menimbulkan kekhawatiran mengenai produktivitas dan efisiensi industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan dan kelemahan internal, serta peluang dan ancaman eksternal (SWOT), yang memengaruhi posisi strategis pengembang game lokal. Dengan menggunakan data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari informan industri utama dan divalidasi melalui analisis matriks SWOT (IFAS dan EFAS), penelitian ini merumuskan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan di pasar domestik dan internasional. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi para pemangku kepentingan pembuat kebijakan, pelaku industri, dan investor dalam merumuskan strategi adaptif dan proaktif untuk mendorong pengembangan sektor pengembangan game Indonesia sebagai penggerak ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

The agricultural sector has experienced many setbacks that have an impact on the lives of farmers. Unstable income due to planting and waiting for the harvest season is a serious problem for farmers. One of the communities experiencing income constraints from the agricultural sector is the community of Kaliwungu District, Semarang Regency. To solve the income problem, farmers were given training in making handicrafts. The solution to making handicrafts was obtained from the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. The training participants consisted of farmers, female farm laborers, and housewives totaling 50 people. Based on the training carried out, the ability to make handicrafts can be mastered quickly. As a result, training participants were able to innovate in making brooches with special characteristics and in accordance with Muslim clothing without reducing aesthetics. The ability to make handicrafts is an alternative income in the future.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing Gojek drivers in Surakarta to use sharia life insurance. Despite adhering to Islamic principles and offering financial protection, participation among informal workers remains low. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, with data from 135 active drivers using purposive sampling. Variables analyzed include financial literacy, trust, income, premium rates, and service quality. SPSS was used for validity, reliability, classical assumption, and multiple regression tests. The results show that all five variables significantly influence decisions simultaneously. Partially, only financial literacy, premium rates, and service quality have a significant impact, while trust and income do not. The adjusted R² value of 0.560 indicates that the model explains 56% of decision variance. The study highlights the importance of financial literacy, affordable premiums, and quality service.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarat ini adalah mengembangkan usaha tahu terdampak kenaikan harga kedelai dan pandemi Covid-19 selain itu adalah meningkatkan literasi keuangan pengusaha dan karyawan usaha tahu di Kecamatan Tembarak. Metode Pelaksanaan yang dipakai pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah survei awal, Focus Group Discussion dan Pelatihan, serta dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala. Setelah program pengabdian yaitu pelatihan berakhir, mitra dapat secara mandiri dapat melakukan pengelolaan usahanya tidak hanya dari aspek keuangan tapi juga mampu mencapai keberlanjutan usaha.
