Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain online customer shopping behavior, attitudinal loyalty, FoMO towards impulsive buying. The number of samples in this study was 160 respondents who were generation Z who had Shopee accounts in Central Java. The analysis technique used was Path Analysis using SmartPLS version 3. The results showed that online customer shopping behavior influenced attitudinal loyalty and impulsive buying and FoMO influenced impulsive buying. Meanwhile, attitudinal loyalty was not proven to influence impulsive buying and did not mediate the relationship between OSCE and impulsive buying. Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature related to OSCE, attitudinal loyalty, FoMO, and impulsive buying. For Managers, this study emphasizes shopping ethics when consumers buy online.

Abstract

The agricultural sector has experienced many setbacks that have an impact on the lives of farmers. Unstable income due to planting and waiting for the harvest season is a serious problem for farmers. One of the communities experiencing income constraints from the agricultural sector is the community of Kaliwungu District, Semarang Regency. To solve the income problem, farmers were given training in making handicrafts. The solution to making handicrafts was obtained from the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. The training participants consisted of farmers, female farm laborers, and housewives totaling 50 people. Based on the training carried out, the ability to make handicrafts can be mastered quickly. As a result, training participants were able to innovate in making brooches with special characteristics and in accordance with Muslim clothing without reducing aesthetics. The ability to make handicrafts is an alternative income in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarat ini adalah mengembangkan usaha tahu terdampak kenaikan harga kedelai dan pandemi Covid-19 selain itu adalah meningkatkan literasi keuangan pengusaha dan karyawan usaha tahu di Kecamatan Tembarak. Metode Pelaksanaan yang dipakai pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah survei awal, Focus Group Discussion dan Pelatihan, serta dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala. Setelah program pengabdian yaitu pelatihan berakhir, mitra dapat secara mandiri dapat melakukan pengelolaan usahanya tidak hanya dari aspek keuangan tapi juga mampu mencapai keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Low levels of financial literacy are a problem in managing business finances and utilizing cooperatives to promote economic independence in urban communities. This community service program aims to improve economic literacy and financial behavior in the Kalitan community, Surakarta City, through a structured, participatory training model involving local cooperatives as strategic partners. The program is divided into three main stages: case study-based economic literacy training, business financial management simulations, and technical guidance on using cooperative services. This program significantly improved participants' understanding of financial planning, economic decision-making, and the role of cooperatives in supporting micro-enterprises. Furthermore, this activity also encouraged changes in financial behavior toward more rationality and strengthened trust in community financial institutions. This program serves as an effective model for inclusive economic learning, particularly in urban areas with existing limitations. The program's results demonstrate the important role of cooperatives as agents of community-based economic education and empowerment. The program's novelty combines an experiential learning approach with institutional strengthening of cooperatives within a grassroots economic empowerment framework, a concept rarely explored in Indonesian community service literature

Abstract

Kabupaten Boyolali menyusun program kerja yang mendukung pengembangan desa wisata yang tersebar di berbagai kecamatan. Desa Wisata Wonosemar di Desa Pentur merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang didirikan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Boyolali. Beberapa kali kawasan Desa Wonosemar mengalami kegagalan dalam pengembangan wisata, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya untuk menghindari kegagalan dalam sektor wisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan strategi terbaik dalam mendukung pengembangan Desa Wisata Wonosemar. Pendekatan yang dilakukan melalui metode deskriptif analistik melalui analisis SWOT untuk menemukan strategi yang tepat dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Wonosemar. Data yang digunakan untuk menentukan IFAS dan EFAS berasal dari para informan penting dalam pengelolaan Desa Wisata Wonosemar. Tahapan berikutnya merupakan analisa SWOT yang memperoleh hasil menunjukkan bahwa kuadran I merupakan strategi agresif untuk digunakan dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Strategi yang agresif dapat menerapkan investasi yang tepat dalam pengembangan fasilitas di Desa Wisata Wonosemar. Fasilitas yang lengkap akan menunjang daya tarik wisata yang berdampak langsung kepada masyarakat, pemerintah dan investor.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFarmers have limited agricultural tools and machines (alsintan) to create an effective and efficient agricultural system. Procurement of agricultural equipment requires large capital so financing assistance is needed. Potential financing can be done from sharia banks which do not yet serve much in the agricultural sector. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence farmers' intentions to finance agricultural machinery through sharia banks. The respondents of this research were farmers spread across three districts including: Sragen and Sukoharjo. The method used is a mix method or a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews with 100 respondents. The data was analyzed using the SPSS application. Data analysis techniques use research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, model accuracy tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The test results show that the attitude, subjective norm and behavioral control variables included in the theory of planned behavior are not proven to influence farmers' intentions to finance machinery at sharia banks. The variables knowledge and religiosity have been proven to influence farmers' intentions to finance machinery at sharia banks.ABSTRAKPetani memiliki keterbatasan alat dan mesin pertanian (alsintan) untuk menciptakan sistem pertanian yang efektif dan efisien. Pengadaan alat-alat pertanian memerlukan modal yang besar sehingga diperlukan bantuan pembiayaan. Potensi pembiayaan dapat dilakukan dari bank syariah yang belum banyak melayani di sektor pertanian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat petani untuk membiayai mesin pertanian melalui bank syariah. Responden penelitian ini adalah para petani yang tersebar di tiga kabupaten antara lain: Sragen dan Sukoharjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran atau gabungan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, uji keakuratan model, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap, norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku yang termasuk dalam teori perilaku terencana tidak terbukti mempengaruhi niat petani untuk membiayai mesin di bank syariah. Variabel pengetahuan dan religiusitas terbukti mempengaruhi niat petani untuk membiayai mesin di bank syariah.

Abstract

Paylater merupakan salah satu transaksi yang saat ini banyak dilakukan oleh kalangan muda. Transaksi melalui paylater dianggap praktis dan bisa mewujudkan keinginan pembelian yang belum tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pembelian impulsif kalangan muda melalui transaksi paylater. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah independen pembelian impulsif, sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi shopping life style, emosi positif, diskon,persepsi risiko, dan e-servqual. Populasi yang digunakan merupakan generasi milenial dan generasi Z dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria merupakan kalangan muda tinggal di Solo Raya, berusia 18-30 tahun, dan pernah melakukan transaksi paylater di e-commerce. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa variabel shopping life style, diskon, dan persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsif melalui paylater. Adapun variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsif melalui paylater ialah emosi positif dan e-servqual. Generasi muda merupakan sasaran transaksi paylater karena memiliki tingkat konsumerisme tinggi. Sehingga kalangan muda perlu mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor sebelum melakukan pembelian impulsif melalui paylater.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and explain the role of Social Media Marketing and Brand Love on Brand Engagement in Self-Concept and brand loyalty. The number of samples in this study was 230 respondents who were generation Z users of Muslim fashion products in Central Java using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis using SmartPLS version 3. The research results show that Social Media Marketing and Brand Love influence Brand engagement in self-concept and Brand Loyalty. Brand engagement in self-concept is not proven to have an effect on brand loyalty. Therefore, it is important for companies to run effective social media campaigns so that Generation Z loyalty can increase and company revenues can increase.
