Abstract

Persaingan ketat di sektor Industri telah memaksa setiap perusahaan untuk berinovasi pada produknya. Sebagai salah satu hasil penelitian dan pengembangan di sektor industri, prototipe memainkan peran untuk mendukung terciptanya inovasi produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memodelkan dampak belanja, jumlah personil, skema jenis kerjasama litbang dan skala industri terhadap status penciptaan prototipe dalam lingkup industri. Analisis dilakukan pada data hasil Survei Litbang Industri Indonesia tahun 2021 melalui regresi logistik. Adapun regresi yang dilakukan menggunakan stepwise untuk menghasilkan model dengan variabel yang memiliki tingkat signifikansi terbaik. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa jumlah personil litbang, skala industri, kerjasama SDM dengan institusi asing dan kerjasama pendanaan dengan pemerintah pusat menjadi faktor yang signifikan dalam menghasilkan luaran prototipe. Industri skala menengah cenderung lebih banyak menghasilkan prototipe jika dibandingkan skala besar. Adapun kerjasama pendanaan dari Pemerintah Pusat merupakan aspek yang memiliki signifikansi paling tinggi dalam mempengaruhi luaran prototipe. Investasi SDM litbang yang kompeten bisa menjadi solusi untuk mengantisipasi kecilnya nilai odds ratio pada variabel jumlah SDM litbang. Selain itu, otoritas yang berwenang perlu terus meningkatkan ekosistem pendanaan riset industri yang lebih baik. [Logistic Regression Model of Prototype Creation as an Output of Industrial R&D Activities] Intense competition has forced every company to innovate its products. As one of the research and development outputs in the industrial sector, prototypes play a role to support the creation of product innovation. The purpose of this study is to model the impact of expenditure, number of personnel, type of R&D cooperation scheme and industry scale on the status of prototype creation in the industrial scope. The analysis was carried out on the data from the Indonesian Industrial R&D Survey 2021 through logistic regression. The regression was carried out using stepwise to produce the best model. The results stated that the number of R&D personnel, industry scale, HR cooperation with foreign institutions and funding cooperation with the central government were significant factors in producing prototype output. Medium-scale industries tend to produce more prototypes than large-scale ones. Funding cooperation from the central government is the aspect that has the highest significance in influencing prototype output. Investment in competent R&D human resources can be a solution to anticipate the small value of the odds ratio on the variable number of R&D human resources. In addition, the competent authority needs to continue to improve a better industrial research funding ecosystem.Keywords: industrial R&D; prototypes; R&D expenditure; R&D personnel; R&D cooperation; R&D resources

Abstract

This research explores the role and impact of the use of vlogs (video blogs) by government public figures in an effort to build trust and community engagement. In the digital era, communication between the government and citizens undergoes a significant transformation, with the use of digital platforms as an effective means of communication. Vlogs have become one of the popular forms of communication among public figures, allowing them to interact directly with citizens and share informative and personal content. Keywords: vlog, storytelling, public figure, digital media, audio visual. This study uses qualitative analysis methods by analyzing various vlogs uploaded by government public figures, such as government officials, legislators, and regional leaders, in various contexts. We also conducted interviews with a number of respondents who followed the vlog to understand their perceptions of trust and engagement built through the vlog. The results of this study show that the use of vlogs by government public figures has great potential in building public trust and involvement. Vlogs provide opportunities for public figures to communicate government information, convey aspirations, and establish emotional connections with citizens. Success in building trust and engagement through vlogs also depends on content factors, transparency, and active engagement with the online community. This research provides valuable insights into the role of vlogs in government communication in the digital age and their contribution to the formation of a positive image of public figures. The implications of this research can help government stakeholders in designing more effective communication strategies to build trust and community engagement in the digital age.

Abstract

Personalized information service is an information service delivered by digital libraries so that users can only get information according to their needs online. This article is a conceptual study that examines the role of mobile devices as technology to support personalized information services from the aspects of user data collection and service delivery. Data obtained through literature review of scientific articles that have relevance to the main concept. The results showed that mobile devices have a role in sending data and accessing library services efficiently. As a two-way communication medium, mobile devices can send various forms of feedback to the library which eventually become data for further analysis. As for service access, mobile devices can support mobile applications so that there are several traditional services that can be accessed online anywhere and anytime. Not only data in the form of text, technological developments have been able to analyze data in other types, one of which is in the form of voice. The development of technology in the 4.0 industrial revolution has also become an aspect that encourages efficiency because it can bring about automation in the aspects of data collection and access to library services.

Abstract

Reputasi organisasi merupakan daya tarik yang dihasilkan dari pengomunikasian identitas organisasi kepada stakeholder. Daya tarik tersebut mampu mendorong seseorang untuk merekomendasikan produk atau layanan organisasi ataupun membangun ikatan dengan organsiasi. Pengujian dampak reputasi organsiasi tersebut akan duji dalam konteks organisasi sektor publik yang bersaing dengan sektor swasta. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah kondisi organisasi sektor publik yang dihadapkan dengan masalah stereotip buruk yang mengurangi daya tarik organisasi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara reputasi organsiasi dengan intensi WOM dengan identifikasi organisasi sebagai variabel mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma positivistik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diperoleh melalui teknik sensus terhadap pegawai dan pelanggan Technology Business Incubation Center (TBIC) Puspiptek. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah PLS-SEM dengan total sampel yang akan diuji sebanyak 86 responden. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa identifikasi organisasi memberikan efek mediasi parsial terhadap pengaruh antara reputasi organisasi dengan intensi WOM. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa dorongan seseorang untuk melakukan WOM tidak hanya didasari oleh reputasi organisasi yang positif namun ada kontribusi dari ikatan antara dirinya dengan dirinya. Adapun penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa organisasi sektor publik harus mampu menunjukan identitasnya kepada stakeholder sehingga timbul rasa keterikatan di antaranya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the shift in the buzzer concept, look at the various relationships between actors involved in the political buzzer industry, illustrate the abuse of regulations by the authorities and examine the buzzer industry in the concepts of media politics and economic theory. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data was collected purposively and prioritized sourced from literature studies and documents examining the buzzer phenomenon in Indonesia. The results show that the buzzer term has shifted to a concept that generally resides in a political context and has negative stereotypes. There are various relations between actors who want to achieve their political goals by using a buzzer. The ruling party is considered to have misused the ITE Law as a tool to trap various sirens from the opposing parties. From the perspective of the political economy, the buzzer industry is often considered to ignore different ethics, one of which is by making one's personal life an industrial commodity. The emergence of political buzzer must be accompanied by public awareness to be vigilant and critical of messages on social media so that it is not provoked by the buzzer industry.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pergeseran konsep buzzer, melihat berbagai relasi antar aktor yang terlibat dalam industri buzzer politik, menggambarkan penyalahgunaan regulasi oleh pihak yang berkuasa dan mengkaji industri buzzer dalam konsep-konsep teori ekonomi politik media. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan secara purposive dan diutamakan bersumber dari studi literatur dan dokumen yang mengkaji fenomena buzzer di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa istilah buzzer mengalami pergeseran menjadi konsep yang secara umum berada di dalam konteks politik dan memiliki stereotip negatif. Terdapat berbagai relasi antar aktor yang ingin mencapai tujuan politiknya dengan menggunakan buzzer. Pihak yang berkuasa dinilai telah menyalahgunakan UU ITE sebagai suatu alat untuk menjerat berbagai buzzer dari pihak lawan. Dalam perspektif ekonomi politik, industri buzzer dinilai kerap mengabaikan berbagai etika, salah satunya dengan menjadikan kehidupan pribadi seseorang menjadi suatu komoditas industri. Munculnya buzzer politik harus dibarengi dengan kesadaran masyarakat untuk waspada dan mengkritisi pesan-pesan di media social, sehingga tidak terprovokasi oleh industri buzzer.
