Abstract

Conservation – Minded   Behavior  of   Field  Practice Participant On Automotive Engineering Education Program. This study was aimed at figuring out: 1) conservation – minded behavior, 2) knowledge conservation, 3) achievement motivation, and 4) the support of conservation knowledge and achievement motivation simultaneously or independently to the conservation – minded behaviour of the field practice participants on automotive engineering education program, Engineering Faculty. This study was conducted in Mechanical Engineering Department, Engineering Faculty, UNNES and industry in Semarang in the year of 2017. 33 students were involved as the samples of this study. The conservation – minded behavior data were gathered using observation sheet, conservation knowledge data by test and achievement motivation data were gathered using questionnaire. The data were then analysed using descriptive statistics,   multi regression    and    communality. The descriptive analysis showed that: conservation-minded behaviour of the field practice participants was mostly high, the conservation knowledge was mostly low and achievement motivation was mostly high. The multi regression analysis showed that the knowledge conservation and achievement motivation contributed 35.4% to the conservation – minded behavior. The communality analysis showed that conservation knowledge of the field practice participants contributed 15% to the conservation – minded behavior, and achievement motivation distributed 17.8% to the conservation – minded behaviour. The suggestion from this study was that the automotive engineering education should make an effort to improve the conservation – minded knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of inventory control methods of always better control (ABC), economic order quantity (EOQ), and reorder point (ROP) supported by a computer-based daily stock information system of drugs and consumable medical devices on the emptiness of drugsfrequency and vital types of medical devices use at the Bangil Hospital Pharmacy Installation. This type of quantitative research uses a preexperimental design with one group pre and post-test design. Data analysis using t-test and normality test with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. The sample data used were emptiness drugs and vital consumables, with observations of vacancy data from May 2016 to May 2017, nine months before the intervention and three months after the intervention, the effects were analyzed using the t-test.The results show that there is a significant influence on the use of inventory control methods to reduce the frequency of emptiness of drugs and vital types of consumables. If there are emptiness drugs, make other efforts in fulfilling drug procurement.

Abstract

One of the main indicators of quality of hospitals Bangil is the incidence of emptiness drugs and medical devices consumables in the pharmaceutical warehouse. In January to August 2016, the incidence rate is still high vacancy. The high incidence of these gaps affects the quality of hospital services. This study aims to determine the factors that cause a high incidence of emptiness drugs and medical devices consumables in the pharmaceutical warehouseRegional public hospital at bangil. Factors that cause the problems can be found using the fishbone analysis method. The research is qualitative research with the informant as follows: head of the pharmacy, head of the outpatient pharmacy, head of the inpatient pharmacy, pharmaceutical warehouse chief, commitment maker official, technical implementation official. The data obtained from depth interviews with the informant. Identification of alternative solutions was conducted using Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Factors that were discovered and became a priority issue is no calculation of the minimum stock and maximum stock at the pharmacy module hospital information system (SIMRS). Alternative solutions isto create a policy on the calculation of minimum stock and maximum stock of drugs and medical devices consumable in hospital pharmacy.
