Abstract

Anemia or a lack of blood cells during pregnancy and childbirth is very dangerous. It may cause pregnant women to be at risk for bleeding during childbirth and hinder infant growth and development. This study aims to determine the knowledge of pregnant women with anemia about nutrition during pregnancy. The research design used in this study was quantitative descriptive, with 137 pregnant women with anemia as the population and a total sample of 58 respondents taken with random sampling technique. The variable in this study is the knowledge of pregnant women with anemia about nutritional intake. This study shows that the majority of the pregnant women had poor knowledge (84.48%) of nutritional intake, and only a small number had good knowledge (15.52%). With almost all pregnant women with anemia in the study having a lack of knowledge about nutritional intake, there is a concern that the baby will be negatively affected. The implication of the results highlights the important role of health workers to provide information about good nutrition during pregnancy, particularly the impact of tea-drinking habit.

Abstract

The modern era of pluralism demands Islamic religious education to face complex challenges in building tolerant attitudes toward diversity. This research aims to analyze the revitalization of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) materials to foster students' tolerant attitudes toward religious, cultural, and social plurality. The research method employs a qualitative approach with case studies in three senior high schools with multicultural students. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with IRE teachers and students, and curriculum document analysis. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman model with source triangulation. The research results show that revitalization of IRE materials through integration of Islamic pluralism values, interfaith dialogue, and contextual approaches can improve students' understanding of religious tolerance by 78%. The revitalized materials include the concepts of rahmatan lil alamiin, ukhuwah insaniyah, and local wisdom from an Islamic perspective. Implementation of learning based on dialogical discussions and diversity case studies proved effective in developing empathy and respect for differences. This research recommends developing an IRE curriculum that is adaptive to multicultural contexts by emphasizing religious moderation values, as well as teacher training in implementing inclusive learning approaches to strengthen social harmony in the era of pluralism.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of animated video learning media to enhance students' understanding of ablution procedures. Utilizing the ADDIE development model, the research was conducted at Public Middle School Palopo with 25 seventh-grade students. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, expert validation, student questionnaires, and performance tests. The development process involved designing and validating the animated video, with a focus on its content, language, and media quality. Validation results indicated high validity scores: 96% for content, 88% for language, and 72% for media design. After revisions, the media was tested for effectiveness, revealing a significant improvement in students' comprehension, with an average performance score of 91.43%. The animated video successfully demonstrated detailed, systematic, and engaging representations of ablution practices, aligning with students' cognitive developmental stages and addressing the limitations of traditional teaching methods. This research emphasizes the possible use of multimedia learning tools to support religious education, particularly for practical topics that require visual demonstrations. Future studies are encouraged to explore broader applications and assess long-term retention of knowledge facilitated by such media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam pembelajaran daring di SMA Negeri 3 Palopo serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI telah mengimplementasikan kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional dengan cukup baik. Guru mampu merancang pembelajaran sesuai kondisi siswa, menunjukkan sikap sabar dan bertanggung jawab, menjaga komunikasi aktif, serta memanfaatkan media sederhana secara kreatif. Faktor pendukung pembelajaran daring meliputi pelatihan guru, penyediaan fasilitas, dukungan orang tua, dan kreativitas guru. Adapun hambatan utamanya adalah keterbatasan perangkat, akses internet, dan literasi digital guru, serta kejenuhan siswa. Temuan ini menguatkan pentingnya kompetensi guru dan kolaborasi antara pihak sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam menyukseskan pembelajaran jarak jauh.

Abstract

Masjid Istiqlal TV (MITV), the official YouTube channel of the Istiqlal Mosque, aims to promote Islamic teachings through digital media. However, its content remains conventional and monotonous, failing to engage modern audiences. This study investigates the limited reach of MITV’s content and explores strategies to optimize its digital communication. Employing a qualitative approach with a critical paradigm, data were collected through content observation, YouTube Analytics analysis, and in-depth interviews with the Director of Istiqlal’s Media Development Institute. The findings reveal that 63% of MITV videos document routine religious activities with static production styles and minimal adaptation to audience preferences. Creative limitations are shaped by bureaucratic structures, institutional norms, and a lack of professional digital expertise. Academically, this study contributes to the discourse on digital religion and media logic by highlighting the structural tension between institutional authority and participatory digital culture within state religious institutions. Practically, it recommends transforming content formats, enhancing audience research, and fostering creative collaborations within institutional boundaries to make MITV more dynamic, engaging, and competitive in the contemporary digital da’wah landscape.Keywords: Istiqlal Mosque TV, digital da’wah, media logic, audience, religious institution, content transformation
