Abstract

Lokasi usaha menjadi salah satu factor bauran pemasaran, dimana produk yang dihasilkan produsen tentunya untuk sampai ke konsumen secaara efektif perlu lokasi usaha yang strategis. Perlu memberikan pengetahuan dan pengenalan kepada usaha yang dijalankan para pemula yang baru menjalankan usaha dengan mengajak berkunjung ke salah satu usaha yang berlokasi strategis. Salah satunya adalah usaha took oleh-oleh Absy. Pengenalan dilakukan dengan mengajak berkunjung langsung ke lokasi usaha, kemudian mendengarkan penjelasan dari pemilik usaha akan dampak lokasi usaha terhadap omset usahanya. Hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa adanya perubahan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh anggota setelah berkunjung, dengan mengetahui ramainya pelanggan, ditambah dengan variasinya permintaan pelanggan yang menambah kreatifitas dari produsen dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, serta menambah semangat dari anggota untuk meniru dan mencari tempat usaha yang strategis dalam rangka meningkatkan omset penjualan tersebut.

Abstract

Jajanan pasar adalah makanan atau camilan tradisional yang biasanya dijual di pasar atau warung dalam budaya Indonesia. Mereka sering kali memiliki rasa yang unik dan beragam, serta menjadi favorit di antara masyarakat setempat. Ibu rumah tangga memiliki banyak pilihan pekerjaan sampingan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menghasilkan pendapatan tambahan. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada KUB Graha Permai dimana didalamnya bergabung ibu rumah tangga sebagai tulang punggung keluarga dalam rangka meningkatkan penghasilan tambahan keluarga. Persoalan kurangnya kreasi produk menjadi fokus pengabdian ini. Melalui pendekatan demonstrasi dan dianalisis dengan pre tes dan pos tes maka diperoleh hasil pengabdian, dimana peserta mengalami perubahan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam membuat produk kreatif.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study factors that affecting performance of employee of PT. Millenium Penata Futures branch Pekanbaru. Variables that have been used are including variable Y that is employee performance, and variable X that is capability and motivation. Population and sample in this study is every employees of PT. Millenium Penata Futures branch Pekanbaru with total 45 person. Retrieval of data analysis in this research using descriptive and quantitative methods. Analysis of the data that have been used are validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study in the regression equation is Y = -0.664 + 0.031X1 + 0.934X2. T test between variable ability (X1) on employee performance (Y) has no significant effect on employee performance. It can be seen from the result that t(calculation) 0.394 < t(table) 2.018, with significant value 0.695> 0.05, while the motivation variable (X2) on employee performance (Y) have significant influence on employee performance. It can be seen from the result that t(calculation) 11.374> t(table) 2.018, with significant value 0.000> 0.05. From the results of test calculations show that f(calculation) 65.324 > f(table) 4.07. With significant value 0.000 <0.005. The coefficient of determination (R2) that was obtained is 0.745 or 74.5%, which means the capability and motivation have major influence on the performance of employees of PT. Millenium Penata Futures Cabang Pekanbaru Branch Pekanbaru. Thus, the initial hypothesis which is capability and motivation give significant influence to the employee performance of PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Daya Mitra Serasi Pekanbaru Branch located at Jalan Soekarno-Hatta No. 46 Sidomulyo Barat, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Daya Mitra Serasi Pekanbaru Branch. The research method used was descriptive with a quantitative approach. With a population of 32 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, namely the entire population represents the sample. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression with a t-test hypothesis test. Based on the results of the t-test, the calculated t result was 7.006 > 2.042 with a significance of 5% (α = 0.05) or <0.005 so that the hypothesis Ha was accepted, namely work discipline had an effect on employee performance at PT. Daya Mitra Serasi Pekanbaru Branch. From the results of the simple linear regression test, there is a constant value (a) of 12.907, meaning that the work discipline variable (X) has a value of 0.702, then the dependent variable, namely performance (Y), has a value of 12.907, meaning that if the work discipline variable is increased by 1 unit, the performance variable (Y) will experience an increase of 0.702 units. From the results of the determination coefficient test, the R Square (R²) value is 0.621 if expressed as a percentage, namely 62.1%, meaning that work discipline (X) has a 62.1% effect on the performance (Y) of employees of PT. Daya Mitra Serasi Pekanbaru Branch, and 37.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face increasingly fierce competition, particularly in terms of product marketing and customer interaction through social media. This community service activity aims to improve the ability of KUB Graha Permai members to utilize social media as a promotional tool and respond appropriately to customer comments to strengthen the image and appeal of the product. The target of the activity was 6 members of the Joint Business Group (KUB) Graha Permai who operate on a household scale. The activity was carried out on January 18, 2026, using training methods, demonstrations of promotional content creation practices, and simulations of responding to customer comments. The material provided included strategies for creating engaging content, tips for responding to positive and negative comments, and techniques for increasing interaction with potential customers. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in utilizing social media effectively, including the ability to respond to customer comments professionally and communicatively. In addition, this activity encouraged digital entrepreneurship awareness and KUB members' interest in developing more creative promotional strategies. This community service activity contributed to expanding the product's market reach, increasing product value and image, and opening up opportunities for increasing MSME income sustainably through the use of social media.
