<![CDATA[Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita Tahun 2023/2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan statistik inferensial. Populasi adalah seluruh guru yang ada di SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita yang berjumlah 66 orang dan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket tertutup positif sebanyak 35 item. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita, Hal ini ditemukan dari analisa data berikut ini: Pertama. Uji persyaratan analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rxy = 0,577 > rtabel(=0,05,n=66) = 0,244 dengan demikian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. Kedua. Uji signifikan diperoleh nilai thitung= 5,647 > ttabel(=0,05,dk=n-2=64) = 2,000 dengan demikian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. Ketiga. Uji pengaruh dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi, diperoleh persamaan regresi . Keempat. Uji koefisien determinasi regresi (r2) = 33,3%. Terakhir. Uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji F diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 31,884 > 4,00. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.. Kata Kunci: Ketersediaan Sarana dan Prasarana, Kinerja Guru Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the availability of school facilities and infrastructure on teacher performance at the SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita school in 2023/2024. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with inferential statistics. The population is all teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita, totaling 66 people and this research is a population study. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 35 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence in the availability of educational facilities and infrastructure on the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Siatas Barita. This was found from the following data analysis: First. The analysis requirements test shows that the value of rxy = 0.577 > rtable((=0.05,n=66) = 0.244, thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable X and variable Y. Second. The significant test obtained a value of tcount= 5.647 > ttable((=0.05, dk=n-2=64)= 2.000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Third. Testing the effect using the regression equation, the regression equation Y ̂="15.490"+0.674 is obtained. Fourth. Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 33.3%. Final. Testing the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 31.884 > 4.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
