The objectives of this research are (1) to figure out some companies which use english in their announcement for job seeker in Kompas newspaper (2) to find out whether their using English announcement is suitable for Indonesian job seeker (3) to find out whether the list of identity and academic qualification of Indonesian job seekers are suitable for the qualification that companies have mentioned. The researcher uses qualitative research, by using content analysis to measure the significant of particular ideas or meanings in the text of announcement for job seekers in certain company, then collecting and interpreting the data according to the issues of socilingitics that is speech community. The results of the research are: (1) the companies need not make English announcement for job seekers since both companies and job seekers are .in indonesia (2) Their using English term in their announcement are not suitable since most of the readers and job seeker hardly understand those lists (3) the list of identity and the terms academic qualifications can not be found in Indonesia since academic qualification is still used in Indonesian not in English. Since its establishment in 2018, Christian education management has begun to develop continuously in the educational context of Indonesia. However, it still requires studying more. Accordingly, this research aims to investigate how the department of Christian education management may be developed at the Christian higher education. The qualitative research, in particular, a case study was conducted to investigate the topic. Seven participants were involved and a manual book of Christian educational management department was used as the source of data. Based on the result of the study, it was found four themes that need to pay attention seriously in order to develop further the department of Christian educational management in Christian higher education, namely vision, mission, purpose, curriculum, collaboration, and alumnus. On the other side, for improving the knowledge on the management of Christian education organizations, contributions of this study for further research, practitioners and policy-makers are providedÂ

This research aims to examine and analyze Paul's call about only one true Gospel in Galatians 1:6-10 by identifying the problematic conditions that occurred in the Galatians by interpreting Galatians which then focuses on the main problem of the text which is limited by the author. In this writing the author uses an exegetical method with a syntactic and semantic approach to text analysis by focusing on the text itself, but does not rule out other texts from the Bible as well as various library sources, books, journals which also discuss related topics. So, through this method, the author has found and can know what the Apostle Paul called for, namely that only one Gospel is true (Galatians 1:6-10). The results of this research reveal that Paul firmly called on the Galatians that only one true Gospel is the news of God's word about God's gift of salvation, namely the content of the message is that salvation is sufficient because the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is the absolute cause of eternal salvation for everyone. Not because there is an addition to carrying out all the Mosaic Torah and the Jewish tradition of circumcision or mixing human efforts, even other doctrines that claim to be from angels or otherwise subtracting from the Gospel of Christ which God prepared for salvation. Paul emphasized that it was God who planned human salvation based on God's initiative, driven by Himself and human conversion was God's work, where God was the one who carried out that salvation, starting from planning, preparing and preaching to giving it to humans so they could be saved for free. unconditionally, namely wanting to believe in the preaching of the Gospel of Christ and accepting the good news that only the Lord Jesus is the savior of mankind. Through studying the exegetical analysis of Galatians 1:6-10, the author realizes that the conditions and cases in the Galatian congregation are very relevant for believers today and it is hoped that this writing can be a reflection for believers to be careful and firm about whether the content of the Gospel message is in accordance with the true Gospel. The Bible preaches both salvation sermons, fellowship, similar teachings that are widely circulated which claim to be the true Gospel.

The aim of this research is to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing a tarabunga tourist attraction based on local community participation. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques through observations and interviews with nine informants. The results of this research describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to develop tourist attractions based on local community participation. Supporting factors include the provision of opportunities to the community, the will of the community, the ability of the community, cooperation and support from the government. The supporting factors for developing this tourist attraction are very good to be implemented and applied at the location of the Tarabunga tourist attraction and this is done well by some of the community. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include different work backgrounds, causing individuals to be busy, lack of knowledge and insight regarding the development of the tarabunga tourist attraction, making it difficult for them to participate in the development of the tarabunga tourist attraction, lack of funds or limited funds making it difficult to implement tourism development programs and infrastructure is hampered. Efforts are being made to develop the Tarabunga tourist attraction based on community participation. We must pay attention to what are indicators of community participation-based tourist attraction development, namely the formation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES), deliberation and outreach, economic empowerment for local communities, and the importance of maintaining the culture and environment of tourist attractions. Community participation in efforts to develop the Tarabunga tourist attraction can be done through various forms of contribution, such as providing ideas, energy, expertise, money and goods.

This study aimstodetermine the participation of pokdarwis in the development of the Meat Tourism Village and which parties are involved with the pokdarwis in the development of the Meat Tourism Village. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive methods and data collection techniques through observation and interviews with 10 informants. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of public facilities on tourist interest in visiting the Guruh Gemurai Waterfall tourist attraction in Kasang Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The method used in this research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population is all tourists who visit the Guruh Gemurai Waterfall tourist attraction and the total average number of tourists in January-June 2023 is 100 tourists and the sample is set at 30 people. Data was collected using positive closed items totaling 22 items, namely 12 items for variable Riau Province: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.461 > rtable(α=0.05,n=30) = 0.361, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 2.746 > ttable(α=0.05,dk=n-2=28)= 2.048, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. c) Test the regression coefficient of determination ( r2) = 21.2%. 2) Influence test: Regression equation test, obtained regression equation. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Sunday school learning which initially used the lecture method, now there are various churches that use various teaching methods, one of which is audio-visual media. The problem, according to the author's observations, especially at the Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP) Parhorboan Resort Tapanuli Utara II, is that school teachers are still lacking in using teaching methods that can create interaction between teachers and children, thus having an impact on children's interest in participating in Sunday school worship. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The research implementation uses procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people whose behavior is observed through interviews or observations using a qualitative approach. This research aims to find out how to increase the interest of Sunday school children aged 9-12 years in attending Sunday services at the Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP) Parhorboan Resort Tapanuli Utara II through the use of audio-visual media. The results of this research show that Sunday school children receiving teaching delivered by Sunday school teachers using audio-visual media can increase Sunday school children's interest in attending worship.

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of using audio-visual media on student learning motivation, the influence of PAK teachers' professional competence on students' learning motivation, and the influence of using audio-visual media and PAK teachers' professional competence together on students' learning motivation. Research with a quantitative descriptive inferential approach. The population of all class X students at SMA Negeri 1 West Sorkam for the 2023/2024 academic year is 300 people. The sample was determined using a random sampling technique of 15%, namely 45 people. The research was analyzed in the following steps: 1) testing the analysis requirements for the relationship between X1 and Y, obtained rcount=0.634>rtabel=0.294, the relationship between 2) Hypothesis testing shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of audio-visual media on the learning motivation of class There is a positive and significant influence between the professional competence of Religious Education teachers on the learning motivation of class.

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of PAK and Budi Pekerti Learning Outcomes of SMP Negeri 4 Balige Toba Regency Students Through Video-Based Learning Media. The method used in this research is quantitative method, by looking at the results of pre-test and post-test learning. The population in this study were all VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Balige, totaling 208 people and a sample of 28 people was determined using Purposive Sampling technique. Data collected for variable Y is as many as 15 pre-test and post-test. The results showed that there was an increase in Christian Religious Education and Ethics Learning Outcomes, as evidenced by the post-test results which were much better than the previous pre-test.
