Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan system pendukung keputusan dalam memberikan rekomendasi kepada seseorang untuk menentukan pilihan hewan yang akan dipelihara. Dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sebanyak 5 (lima) alternatif hewan peliharaan yaitu Burung Beo Nias, Anjing Buldog, Kucing Persia, Kelinci Rex dan Iguana Hijau. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membuat quisioner kepada mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan nilai bobot dari setiap alternatif berdasarkan 5 (lima) kriteria, yaitu Kesetiaan, Ketenaran, Penampilan, Harga dan Kandang. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting. Hasil analisis akan memberikan sebuah prioritas pilihan diantara alternatif yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil analisis alternatif yang ada dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting, maka didapatkan rekomendasi atau prioritas pilhan pertama adalah Anjing Bulldog dan pilihan kedua adalah Burung Beo Nias.

Abstract

PT Harapan Tani Permai adalah perusahaan pada bidang penjualan produk kebutuhan pertanian berupa pupuk, peptisida, peralatan pertanian dan perkebunan serta produk lainnya. Dalam operasional bisnisnya, PT Harapan Tani Permai menggunakan metode konvensional yang mengakibatkan keterbatasan informasi, keterlambatan tanggapan, dan promosi yang kurang efektif. Penelitian akan berfokus mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen penjualan dengan situs web sendiri untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut dan mendukung penjualan secara daring. Penelitian menerapkan metode deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan objek penelitian. Pengumpulan data diterapkan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi serta kajian kepustakaan. Pengembangan sistem menerapkan metode waterfall dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan analisis berorientasi objek melalui pemodelan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Pengembangan situs web mengaplikasikan bahasa pemrograman HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, dan PHP beserta basis data MySQL memanfaatkan aplikasi Visual Studio Code dan XAMPP. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa suatu sistem informasi manajemen penjualan berbasis web yang memudahkan transaksi daring, memudahkan akses informasi bagi konsumen, membantu pengelolaan pesanan, dan meningkatkan efektifitas promosi produk. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi manajemen penjualan berbasis web ini berperan mendukung PT Harapan Tani Permai dalam mengatasi permasalahan pada sistem konvensional sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas transaksi penjualan.

Abstract

By utilizing the use of website-based technology can provide convenience for schools in the registration process and class data processing. The author uses a descriptive method as a research  design. Data collection  techniques  by conducting  interviews,  observations  and literature study. In addition, the technique used in designing the system in this research is to use object-oriented techniques with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of  this  study  are  a  website-based   registration  information   system  at  Cahaya  Berseri Kindergarten which is used to facilitate the online registration process and make it easier for admins to manage classes and make it easier to print class reports. The conclusion is that the existence of this proposed system can facilitate the registration process, class arrangement and homeroom placement to be more effective and efficient. Suggestions from the authors of the proposed system are developing a system by creating features for registration payments, developing a system so that the website looks more attractive, developing a class arrangement system  and  homeroom  placement  for  large  numbers  of  students,  keeping  confidential information  on the website safe so that avoiding  fraud that can harm certain parties and maintaining the website so that there are no errors in the system

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of web-based motor vehicle sales information systems in supporting the development of the automotive industry in the digital era. With population growth, and economic development driving demand for motor vehicles, the automotive industry faces complex challenges in meeting the needs of modern consumers. This resarch discusses the development and implementation of a web-based application information system designed for motor vehicle sales. The purpose of this system is to create an efficient and user-friendly platform that connects sellers and buyers, streamlining the buying and selling process of motor vehicles. The application includes various features such as user validations, detailed vehicle listings, advanced search and filter capabilities, secure transaction processing, and real-time chat support. Additionally, the system integrates a robust database management system to store and manage vehicle and user data securely.This study integrates understanding of information technology, business, and legal aspects to explore how such information systems can add value to consumers and stakeholders in the automotive supply chain. In this paper, we highlight changes in consumer behavior, transformations in the automotive industry, and data security as key factors influencing the relevance and need for such information systems. The findings of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for the automotive industry and related stakeholders in developing responsive and effective information systems. Abstract

Penelitian ini menawarkan pendekatan integratif metode TAM untuk menganalisis bagaimana penggunaan OVO sebagai aplikasi fintech dapat meningkatkan inklusi keuangan di kalangan mahasiswa Prodi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Teknologi Informasi, Universitas Widya Dharma Pontianak. Sehingga tujuan yang hendak dicapai adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan OVO oleh mahasiswa, serta menganalisis kontribusi fintech dalam memperluas akses keuangan digital di lingkungan kampus. Penggunaan OVO yang dipersepsikan mudah dan bermanfaat secara signifikan meningkatkan sikap dan niat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan teknologi fintech yang berujung pada peningkatan inklusi keuangan. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan edukasi inklusi keuangan dan peningkatan kualitas layanan fintech sangat penting untuk mendorong inklusi keuangan di kalangan mahasiswa. Integrasi variabel-variabel pada metode TAM dengan inklusi keuangan sebagai faktor pendukung untuk analisis kuantitatif memperoleh hasil yaitu variabel perceived ease of use (PEOU) dan perceived usefulness (PU) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap mahasiswa dalam menggunakan OVO. Sikap positif mahasiswa terhadap OVO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat mereka untuk menggunakan teknologi tersebut. Niat perilaku penggunaan OVO yang tinggi berkontribusi positif terhadap tingkat inklusi keuangan mahasiswa. Sehingga faktor-faktor tersebut menjadi prediktor kuat dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan karena dapat menjelaskan 68% variasi inklusi keuangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

University websites play an important role as a means of disseminating information, providing administrative services, and facilitating interaction between the academic community and the public. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the XXX University website through a combination of WebQual 4.0 to assess user perceptions and performance testing to measure technical performance. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and experimental design. Perception data was collected through a WebQual questionnaire involving 170 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis was performed using the Respondent Achievement Rate (TCR) formula, while performance testing was carried out using GTmetrix to measure performance score and speed index parameters. The results showed that the quality of the website service based on user perception was in the very high category with an average RAC of 93.6%, especially in the dimensions of usability (94.1%) and service interaction (93.9%). However, the dimension of information quality received a relatively lower score (92.8%), particularly in the indicators of relevance and depth of information. On the other hand, the performance testing results showed suboptimal technical performance with an average performance score of only 15% and a speed index of over 11 seconds, far from the ideal standard of <3 seconds. The website performed better in the morning than at night, indicating server capacity limitations and the impact of traffic load. The results of this study conclude that the XXX University website is considered superior in terms of service quality based on user perception, but is still weak in terms of technical aspects. Therefore, comprehensive improvements and continuous monitoring are required. The combined approach of WebQual and performance testing has proven to be effective in providing a comprehensive overview of the strengths and weaknesses of the website as a basis for further development strategies.
