Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah membawa perubahan mendasar dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk perdagangan. Salah satu bentuk transformasi paling signifikan yang muncul adalah e-commerce, yang secara drastis mempermudah interaksi antara konsumen dan penjual melalui platform daring. Seiring dengan adanya peluang perkembangan usaha melalui e-commerce, penting untuk memberikan edukasi kepada generasi milenial tentang peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam dunia e-commerce di era ekonomi digital, serta peran penting teknologi yang mendukung sektor ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan edukatif partisipatif, melibatkan interaksi aktif antara pemateri dan peserta yang terdiri dari siswa-siswi SMA Katolik Santu Petrus Pontianak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dari peserta, yang aktif terlibat dalam diskusi dan menyimak materi dengan baik. Hal ini mencerminkan kesuksesan program dalam membekali generasi milenial dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk memanfaatkan peluang dalam ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Online medical check-up registration system is an innovation that can be applied by Health services to facilitate patients in registering. With the increasing demand for efficient and accessible health services, it is necessary to develop application that are functional and provide a satisfying experience for users. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing user needs and designing a user interface (UI) on an online medical check-up registration system. The methodology used in designing the interface design of patient online registration system is the Design thinking methodology. Design thinking is a methodology that can help in understanding user needs and developing solutions to problems that arise in an innovative way. This research produces a system design that can help develop digital health services, with the hope of facilitating access to health services and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the patient registration system.

Abstract

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan yang pesat telah mendorong penerapannya dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatannya adalah membantu penyelesaian masalah dalam aktivitas pemrograman. Meski memberikan kemudahan, penggunaan kecerdasan buatan juga membawa potensi kesalahan dalam hasil serta menimbulkan isu etika yang perlu diperhatikan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk membekali siswa dan mahasiswa, khususnya yang sedang mempelajari pemrograman, dengan pemahaman yang tepat mengenai penggunaan kecerdasan buatan. Kegiatan edukasi ini dirancang untuk memperkenalkan manfaat, peran, serta dampak positif dan negatif dari penggunaan kecerdasan buatan dalam pemrograman. Menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan interaktif, kegiatan ini memungkinkan peserta terlibat aktif dalam penyampaian materi dan diskusi terkait persoalan etika serta tantangan teknis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap penggunaan kecerdasan buatan secara bertanggung jawab dan bijak. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan tindak lanjut berupa pelatihan yang menekankan penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam berbagai tahapan pengembangan perangkat lunak, mulai dari perencanaan, analisis, hingga perancangan dan pemeliharaan. Dengan pelatihan lanjutan yang aplikatif, peserta diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan secara etis dalam seluruh proses rekayasa perangkat lunak.

Abstract

Manajemen rantai pasokan merupakan hal krusial yang dibutuhkan dalam menjaga persediaan suatu produk supaya tetap tersedia selama masa tunggu. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan suatu bisnis sehingga penjualan produk tersebut tidak terganggu dengan permasalahan kurangnya persediaan. Namun, metode prediksi konvensional seperti ARMA-klasik dan ARMA-GARCH seringkali kurang akurat pada data riil yang bersifat sparse yang didominasi nilai nol dan fluktuatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggagas sebuah metode Auto Regressive Moving Average (ARMA) baru yang menggabungkan konsep demand response dengan analisis galat yang bernama Demand Response-ARMA (DR-ARMA). Metode ini dikembangkan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu penurunan matematis berbasis RMSE dan analisis tren, adaptasi model untuk data sparse, dan validasi menggunakan data primer penjualan sparepart filter oli dari CV di Kalimantan Barat selama 60 hari. DR-ARMA mengoptimasi prediksi ARMA berdasarkan pada tren penjualan serta mengontrol ketidakpastian prediksi dengan memanfaatkan analisis galat, supaya kesalahan prediksi dapat berkurang selama perhitungan safety stock. Simulasi numerik dilakukan pada data penjualan filter oli dari sebuah perusahaan yang ada di Kalimantan Barat. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa metode DR-ARMA dapat memprediksi penjualan filter oli dengan akurasi 80%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode prediksi lainnya seperti ARMA-Generalized Auto Regressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH) (74%) dan ARMA-klasik (57%). Metode DR-ARMA juga dapat digunakan untuk memprediksikan safety stock untuk 60 hari kedepan dengan tingkat kesalahan prediksi sekitar 17%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa metode DR-ARMA cocok digunakan untuk memprediksikan safety stock dari data yang bersifat sparse. Metode DR-ARMA dapat membantu pengguna dalam mengatur jumlah persediaan barang yang dibutuhkan tanpa perlu melakukan pengisian gudang secara berlebihan.

Abstract

By utilizing the use of website-based technology can provide convenience for schools in the registration process and class data processing. The author uses a descriptive method as a research  design. Data collection  techniques  by conducting  interviews,  observations  and literature study. In addition, the technique used in designing the system in this research is to use object-oriented techniques with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of  this  study  are  a  website-based   registration  information   system  at  Cahaya  Berseri Kindergarten which is used to facilitate the online registration process and make it easier for admins to manage classes and make it easier to print class reports. The conclusion is that the existence of this proposed system can facilitate the registration process, class arrangement and homeroom placement to be more effective and efficient. Suggestions from the authors of the proposed system are developing a system by creating features for registration payments, developing a system so that the website looks more attractive, developing a class arrangement system  and  homeroom  placement  for  large  numbers  of  students,  keeping  confidential information  on the website safe so that avoiding  fraud that can harm certain parties and maintaining the website so that there are no errors in the system

Abstract

This application is built consisting of two sides, namely, Android-based application users or book borrowers and a website-based server for librarians as admins. The android application will be used by borrowers in searching and borrowing books online, using students' personal smartphones, while the website application will be used by librarians to record books in the school library. The process of searching for books can be done on the android application, while the process of borrowing books can be done if the borrower is already a member of the library. In order to become a member of the library, borrowers must enter their personal data on the register page. The process of borrowing books can be done if the book you are looking for is available in the school library. In the android application students can borrow books, then they can take books to the school library section and the admin will confirm the status of borrowing books. The process of fines for borrowers of books can be carried out if the borrower exceeds the borrowing time limit set by the school library administrator and the process of paying the fine is carried out by visiting the school library directly, as well as returning the books being borrowed. The admin will confirm on the website server application the total fines and the fine payment process can be carried out. Abstract

Personality testing is an activity conducted by individuals to identify and obtain results about their personality traits. One method used for this purpose is the DISC method (Dominant, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance). Implementing this method in personality testing is expected to be beneficial in business, employment, and organizational. Moreover, companies may consider using this test when recruiting employees. The rapid advancement of technology and the widespread use of Android-based mobile devices, reaching 79.96% in 2022, alongside the previously manual administration of personality tests, are primary factors driving the development of a mobile personality test application using the DISC method. This application is designed as a questionnaire to be filled out by individuals, and upon completion, the results will be immediately displayed to them. To enhance the test results, the application will provide general information about the characteristics, common traits, and example jobs associated with each personality type based on the DISC theory. This information aims to help individuals expand their understanding, knowledge, and application of the DISC method across various domains, including education, employment, organizations, and personal development. Additionally, the application implements the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) as a randomization algorithm for the questionnaire, ensuring that each individual receives unique questions. Abstract

Small Medium Enterprise (SME) frequently still use manual recording to manage staff attendance and payroll, which leads to errors and inefficiencies. The goal of this research is to create a mobile web payroll system that is integrated with an Android application based on QR codes to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing for employees of small and medium-sized businesses. The attendance application was developed in Android Studio with the Java programming language, while the payroll system was developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A cloud-based database platform called Firebase is utilized. This research uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling method. The attendance application is able to record employee attendance automatically through QR code scanning. The payroll system provides full control for SME owners, allowing the process of controlling, monitoring, and printing accurate attendance and payroll reports. The use of this attendance application and payroll system will reduce manual errors, improve operational efficiency, and provide real-time control to SME owners. The integration of the attendance application and employee payroll system is very important to improve the competitiveness and adaptability of SMEs in the digital era. Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest producer of marine fish in the world based on data from the Food and Agriculture Organization 2022. Fish is a food that contains excellent protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals. According to data from the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, the national fish consumption rate continues to increase, reaching 57.27 kg/capita in 2022. Therefore, it is important to know which fish are fresh and suitable for consumption. In this research, fish freshness detection will be carried out using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. The detection process will be carried out using three classes, namely fresh, not fresh, and rotten. SVM is a linear classifier, but it is developed to work on nonlinear data with the concept of kernels in a high-dimensional workspace. The results of testing the SVM model show that the accuracy of the model with the Radial Basic Function (RBF) kernel produces 99 percent accuracy with parameters C = 10 and gamma = 0.5. Application testing using two smartphones with four tests resulted in 92 percent accuracy. Keywords: Support Vector Machine, Fish Freshness Detection, Web, Machine Learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dalam mendeteksi kebakaran secara otomatis di dalam ruangan. Penerapan sistem deteksi kebakaran berbasis IoT bertujuan untuk meningkatkan respons terhadap insiden kebakaran dengan memberikan peringatan dini. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor suhu, sensor asap, dan modul komunikasi untuk mendeteksi parameter yang menunjukkan potensi kebakaran. Data yang diperoleh dari sensor dikirimkan secara real-time melalui jaringan IoT ke platform monitoring dan notifikasi, yang memungkinkan pengguna mendapatkan informasi melalui perangkat seluler. Metode penelitian melibatkan perancangan perangkat keras, pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan pengujian sistem di lingkungan simulasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mendeteksi potensi kebakaran dengan cepat dan mengirimkan peringatan secara cepat. Implementasi teknologi ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mengurangi risiko kebakaran dan kerugian material, terutama di lingkungan yang memerlukan pengawasan ketat. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi IoT menawarkan solusi inovatif dan efisien untuk mendukung sistem deteksi kebakaran berbasis teknologi modern.
