Abstract

This study investigates the application of the Scrum methodology in developing systems for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), specifically focusing on laundry service operations. The case study centers on D'Laundry, a laundry service provider, which has traditionally operated with conventional transaction methods. The objective of this research is to develop an MSME system employing the Scrum framework. The system analysis was executed using an Object-Oriented approach, utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) for modeling. The development phase employed PHP for application creation, while MySQL was used for the system database. The implementation phase was conducted within a local network, with functional system testing carried out via Black Box testing techniques. Furthermore, the software quality was assessed through a User Acceptance Test, complemented by a questionnaire-based approach. The findings offer insights into the adoption of agile methodologies by MSMEs, emphasizing digital transformation strategies.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi di bidang Kesehatan mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan, Salah satu manfaat yang didapat adalah menyediakan layanan infomasi terhadap Kesehatan. Oleh karena itu infrastruktur yang baik dan sistem aplikasi yang saling terintegrasi menghasilkan kemudahan dalam berbagi informasi baik antara pasien dengan rumah sakit. Sistem yang di bangun pada penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi pendaftaran yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi mobile yang digunakan untuk mempermudah pasien melakukan pendaftaran secara online. Metode Rapid Application Development merupakan gabungan dari berbagai Teknik terstruktur dengan Prototyping dan Teknik pengembangan Joint Apllication untuk mempercepat pengembangan aplikasi. Pengembangan Aplikasi dari metode RAD ini, dilakukan dalam waktu yang relative lebih cepat dan cocok digunakan untuk Sistem Bridging. Proses implementasi menggunakan jaringan lokal. Tahapan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode user acceptance test untuk melakukan validasi terhadap sistem yang dikembangkan berdasakan skenario. Dari hasil analisa data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pengguna bahwa sistem bridging yang dikembangkan dapat diterima dengan presentasi skor 76% (baik).

Abstract

Herpes is a viral infection that causes a skin disease that is widespread throughout the world. Herpes virus is a DNA virus transmitted via infected skin, saliva, and other body fluids. Herpes is characterized by chickenpox-like nodules in one area of the skin, swollen tissue surrounding the nodule, and blister formation on the nodule. Digital image processing that can detect herpes disease is anticipated to reduce physical contact between physicians and patients during skin disease diagnosis. This study's methodology includes collecting data on herpes disease, developing machine-learning models using the CNN algorithm, and deploying the model as an Android application. This study makes use of actual data collected via smartphones, Pocket Cameras, and internet-sourced photographs. The data include 12,645 images of skin affected by herpes and normal skin. Using 100 epochs and the Adadelta optimizer, the accuracy of this study is 85 percent.

Abstract

Industri sayur-mayur memegang peran sentral dalam sektor pangan di Indonesia, di mana permintaannya terus mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Dalam konteks perubahan dinamis yang disebabkan oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi, pedagang sayuran perlu beradaptasi dengan cara-cara baru dalam menjalankan bisnis mereka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan suatu inovasi dalam bentuk sistem informasi yang dikenal sebagai E-Sayur Mayur. Sistem ini akan memanfaatkan Location Based Services (LBS) dalam platform aplikasi mobile, yang memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam menemukan pedagang sayuran terdekat. E-Sayur Mayur juga memberikan peluang bagi pedagang sayuran untuk meningkatkan bisnis mereka dengan lebih efisien. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model waterfall, yang menekankan tahap demi tahap dalam proses pengembangan. Selain itu, pengujian black box digunakan untuk memastikan kualitas dan fungsionalitas sistem. Penelitian ini mencakup analisis mendalam dan perancangan yang teliti, termasuk pemilihan teknologi yang tepat, perancangan antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif, integrasi LBS yang cermat, serta pengamanan data yang kuat. Dengan demikian, diharapkan sistem E-Sayur Mayur ini akan memberikan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi dan aksesibilitas bisnis pedagang sayuran, serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap industri sayur-mayur di Indonesia

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, penggunaan platform e-commerce menjadi keharusan bagi berbagai jenis bisnis yang ingin memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan sistem e-commerce untuk toko kelontong, dengan tujuan membantu bisnis tradisional tersebut agar dapat menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen serta memaksimalkan keuntungan. Melalui penerapan sistem ini, toko kelontong diharapkan mampu mengatasi keterbatasan geografis dan memiliki peluang bersaing lebih setara dengan toko-toko besar dan retail modern. Langkah pertama dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah analisis kebutuhan pengguna, di mana pola perilaku konsumen online, preferensi dalam berbelanja, serta ekspektasi mengenai keamanan dan kenyamanan transaksi digital menjadi fokus utama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dirancang antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif dan ramah pengguna, memungkinkan konsumen menelusuri produk, memilih, hingga menyelesaikan pembelian dengan mudah dan efisien. Sistem ini juga mengintegrasikan berbagai opsi pembayaran yang aman, mulai dari transfer bank hingga dompet digital, guna memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yang beragam dalam melakukan transaksi online. Dengan adanya sistem e-commerce ini, toko kelontong dapat menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas, mengatasi keterbatasan pasar lokal, dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran mereka. Tidak hanya itu, penerapan e-commerce ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pendapatan dan mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis toko kelontong di masa depan. Dalam era persaingan digital yang semakin ketat, toko kelontong yang mengadopsi e-commerce memiliki kesempatan untuk tetap relevan, berkembang, dan bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas dan dinamis.

Abstract

The inaugural Indonesian Independence Day celebration in the new capital, Nusantara, marked a historic milestone. This study analyzes public sentiment toward this event using the IndoBERT model. Data was collected from Twitter during the celebration period and classified into positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. Three main approaches were employed: IndoBERT as a baseline, IndoBERT fine-tuned with IndoNLU data, and IndoBERT applied to TextBlob-labeled data. Results indicate that the TextBlob-IndoBERT model outperforms the others, effectively processing informal Indonesian text with high accuracy. These findings provide strategic insights for the government in understanding public perception regarding the development of Nusantara and demonstrate the potential of Transformer-based sentiment analysis for the Indonesian language. The study recommends further exploration of factors influencing sentiment and analysis on other social media platforms.

Abstract

Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) plays a vital role in improving community health by providing essential health services and recording health data. However, observations have shown that the process of recording and processing health data is still done manually, leading to delays in decision-making and inefficiencies in time management. This study aims to develop a web-based information system to monitor Posyandu activities, streamlining the processes of data recording, processing, and reporting, which are essential for health-related decision-making. The research employs the Prototype method and PIECES analysis framework to design and develop the system. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The implementation is carried out on a local network, with functional testing performed using Blackbox testing and software quality assessed using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through a questionnaire method. The results show that the proposed system improves data processing efficiency, enhances the accuracy of health reports, and supports Posyandu cadres in delivering information quickly and making timely decisions. The system reduces dependency on manual data management, improving overall service delivery. The findings suggest that further research is needed in related areas to enhance system performance and service quality. Additionally, the system should be developed further with the latest technology to ensure effective and efficient health services.

Abstract

Corporate bankruptcy can hurt the company and affect the state of the economy. Therefore, many interested parties want to know the business situation related to the company. These parties include creditors, auditors, shareholders, and management itself who have an interest in knowing the state of the company in the context of bankruptcy. The past financial statements of a company can be used to predict future financial conditions using report analysis techniques. In the risk assessment process, expert knowledge is still seen as an important task, because expert predictions are subjective. This study aims to predict the bankruptcy of the company using influencing factors such as the level of research and development costs, the growth rate of total assets, and the current asset turnover rate. The method used in this research is the prediction method using the Linear Regression Algorithm. Based on the test results show that the variables or attributes used in this study have a significant effect, as evidenced by using a linear regression algorithm to be able to produce a Root Mean Squared Error value: 0.162 +/- 0.000.
