Abstract

Abstract: The word "Islam" is derived from the word aslama means surrender, not only does Islam mean peace, salvation, submission to Allah but also means do the virtues of those who recognize the religion of Islam is called muslim. The birth of the Islamic religion brought by the Prophet SAW in the 7th century AD, creates an extraordinary driving force that has ever been experienced by mankind. One of them is Syekh Walid Thaib Saleh Indargiri who spread the Islamic religion in Indragiri especially in Gaung Anak Serka precisely in the village of Teluk Sungka. The purpose of this research is (1) To know the history of Syekh Walid Thaib Saleh Indragiri (2) To know the role of Syekh Walid Thaib Saleh Indragiri in spreading Islam in Indragiri Hilir district (3) To know what barriers felt by Sheikh Walid Thaib Saleh Indragiri Hilir developing Islam in Indragiri Hilir Regency. In this study using qualitative research methods. Qualitative is a method that does not use numbers in data collection and in providing interpretation of the results. The result of this study is Sheikh Walid Thaib Saleh Indragiri is a scholar, in mengehbarkan Islam religion in the village of Teluk Sungka in 1940 M. the role of Sheikh Walid Thaib Saleh Indragiri teachings for the people of Teluk Sungka village can be seen from the efforts made in the field of education and da'wah, has brought great changes to the Indragiri community, especially in the village of Teluk Sungka.Keywords: Position, Spread of Islam

Abstract

Abstrackt: Islam is a religion of nature that Allah SWT revealed to Rasullulah to be submitted to his people. The birth of the Islamic religion brought by the messenger of Allah SWT in the 7 th century Ad resulted in an extraordinary power that has been experienced by mankid. One of them is Sheikh H. Abdul Wahid Al-Fattah who spread the Islamic agma in district of Kubu especially in Rantau Panjang Kiri sub-districk, precisely in Rantau Panjang Kiri bay Village. The purpose of his research is 1) To know the history of Syeikh H. Abdul Wahid Al-Fattah 2) To know the role of Syeikh H. Abdul Wahid Al-Fattah in spreading Islam in district Kubu regency 3) To know what barriers felt by Syeikh H. Abdul Wahid Al-Fattah develop Islam in district Kubu regency. As for the benefis of research 1) As an input forvthe writing of local history and national history generally 2) to deepen science especially for the writer humself in the field of reseach 3) knowing the struggle of Syeikh H. Abstract

Abstract : Interreligious harmony can be regarded as a social condition in which all religious groups can co-exist together without prejudice to their respective basic right to carry out their religious obligations. The interreligious harmony that is meant is to strive for the creation of a state where there is no internal conflict within each religious people, among different religious groups, among the followers of one religion and the followers of other religions, between religious people with the government. To maintain and improve the attitude of harmony, many of which provide solutions ranging from socialization by the government and educational tanyangan that exist in telivisi, but it takes real evidence that sangup be an example of the word harmony. In one area in Indonesia stands a place known as the Taman Wisata Iman (TWI) located in Sitinjo, North Sumatra. The park has an interesting concept of religious harmony, where in a garden is provided a place of worship for 5 different religions, namely Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism and Buddhism. The existence of this park is able to maintain and also improve the attitude of harmony among religious communities in this area. The existence of this park is worth to serve as an example of real evidence to keep the harmony of religious communities in the area around us.Keywords : Religious Harmony, Taman Wisata Iman ,Community Sitinjo

Abstract

Abstract: The Golden Sheen Museum of Kandil is a museum in the form of traditional house of Koto Kampar that is Lontiok House which has 3 symbols of life that is upper part as area for creator, middle part as human area, and for lower part as natural area of evil. This is the reason why Kampar people choose to use the under-sections or under their houses as a place to store everyday supplies, and also keep the heirlooms at the top of their custom homes. This Gold Sheen Museum was built by the late Haji Hamid in about 1900. It was inaugurated on May 22, 1988 at Belimbing Island Kuok. Privileges of the museum Golden Glowing Candle is in addition to the bengunannya Traditional House also stored antiques that have historical value.Keywords: History, Museum, Golden Gazette Museum, Community.

Abstract

Abstract: Biography is a way to know the life story of a person through writing. While the role is an activity that has been done by someone in accordance with the status or duty given as well as from this own encouragement. Wan Sulung is a figure that is quite influential in the welfare of society in Selatpanjangin the period of independence and post-independence Indonesia. As a wealthy merchant who is generous no wonder Wan Sulung known enough society. The purpose of this study is (a) to know he short profile Wan Sulung (b) To find out about Wan Sulung efforts as freedom fighters (c) Wan Sulung activities after war of independence in Selatpanjang. This research method is wualitative writing method where the qualitative approach will be able to give a more detailed explanation not obtained from statistical procedure. The result of this research is the eldest Wan Sulung is a rich merchant who has a high social soul. Other than that Badan Penggerak Kemerdekaan Indonesia this Selatpanjang. Abstract

Bridge Project is a very complex work with high technology. In the project’s execution there are to many problem, such as delays of implementation, overpayment and other failures. It is necessary to develop of critical success factor (CSF) to support the performance of committing officer (PPK) in the execution of it’s duties and responsibilities in the implementation of the bridge project. The purpose of this study to identify the factors that are relevant to get an idea of the perception of CSF. The method used to solve complex problems in this study using analytical hierarchy process (AHP).The results of this study, the factors that affected the successful implementation of the bridge project, is the ability of the PPK in making self-estimated price (HPS) with the value (0,038), the ability of consultants to assist and provide guidance to the contractor in the licensing value ratio consistency (0,002) and the ability contractor in making the first project handover (PHO) value consistency ratio (0.001). The conclusion is that three factors are veryaffected to support the performance of committing officer (PPK) in the execution of bridge project.

Abstract

Abstract: The history of the development of Islam in Indonesia has brought influence to the minds of the people. One of them is the culture of the regions in Indonesia and the Malay Tribe is one of them. The majority of the people are Malay with one of them in Indonesia in the Riau Islands region. Where the development of Islam in this area can be seen from the greatness of the Melayunya Sultanate, the Riau-Lingga Sultanate which stands influenced by the style of culture and Islamic wisdom in this Malay land. One of them can be seen from its historic building, the Great Mosque of Sultan Riau. The research objectives are 1) For the history of the Great Mosque of Sultan Riau on Penyengat Island in Tanjung Pinang City, 2) To find out the function of the Great Mosque of Sultan Riau on Penyengat Island in Tanjung Pinang City, 3) To find out the symbolic meanings of several building parts in Great Mosque of Sultan Riau, 4) To find out tourists' interest in historical tourism in the Great Mosque of Sultan Riau. The research uses qualitative methods with a historical approach with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, documentation and decision-making. The results of this study were the Great Mosque of Sultan Riau began to be built around 1803 by Sultan Mahmud Syah III, which was then presented with Penyengat Island to Engku Putri Raja Hamidah Binti Raja Haji Fisabilillah as a Bride. The Great Mosque of Sultan Riau also has a function of a mosque that is different from other mosques because this mosque is one of the mosques which participated in the interests of the Riau-Lingga Sultanate. The Great Mosque of Sultan Riau has a unique and symbolic building form that is rarely owned by other mosques and the attractiveness of this mosque which is able to increase the interest of tourists on Penyengat Island.Key Words: The Great Mosque Of Sultan Riau, Penyengat Island

Abstract

Abstract: Megalithic culture in Huta Siallagan District Simanindo Samosir Regency is one of the historical attractions that has its own uniqueness. The megalithic culture in Huta Siallagan is a cultural heritage of Batak people regarding community activities in the past. This is evidence of the historical legacy of the culture of the Batak people in the form of the megalithic tradition. The purpose of this study is 1) to know the function of megalithic culture in Huta Siallagan in the past, 2) the use of megalithic culture in Huta Siallagan in the present, 3) the role of the government in maintaining megalithic culture in Huta Siallagan, 4) tourist perceptions of megalithic culture at Huta Siallagan. The method used is a combination method, which is a research method that combines or combines quantitative methods with qualitative methods, and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature, observation, documentation. The result of this study are that the megalithic culture in th Huta Siallagan are stone chair and table which functions as a meeting place or decides everything, whether on social matters, customary law, or to decide criminal cases. Megalithic culture in Huta Siallagan in the present has now been used as one of the tourist attractions on Samosir Island which is visited by many tourists. To maintain and develop this tourism, yhe government carries out several policies, namely by channeling sufficient accessibility, and the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure.Key Words: Culture, Megalithic, Huta Siallagan, Samosir.

Abstract

Abstract: The struggle of the Bengkalis citizen to maintain independence and raise the merah putih flag to got difficulty from Japan, which at that time was still in power. However, when Japan lost in the Pacific war some of its leaders still in Bengkalis chose to leave Bengkalis at that time. Then the Chinese come from Malaka who came claiming to be representatives of the Allies. In the Bengkalis, the news of the proclamation was definitely received just before the middle of October 1945. Due to the limitations of the mass media at that time made the public late knowing that Indonesia was already independent. The first purpose of the study is to find out the childhood of Muhammad Nurdin Yusuf's, the second is to find out the educational history of Muhammad Nurdin Yusuf, the third is to find out struggle of Muhammad Nurdin Yusuf before and after independence Indonesian, the forth is to find out the end of the struggle of Muhammad Nurdin Yusuf. The method that used was the historical method, qualitative descriptive method, and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, literature and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that Muhammad Nurdin Yusuf was a young man born on a Bukit Batu on 11 November 1920. He studied at the Public School in 1927 or is now it’s equivalent to a promary school then continued to study at HIS Muhammadiyah and Islamic Boarding Schools. After completing his education, Muhammad Nurdin Yusuf at the time of dutch in Bengkel Buyu actively traded in importing goods from Singapore to Bengkalis. Muhammad Nurdin Yusuf has several roles before and after Independence.Key Words: Biography, Figures, Fighters, Bengkalis.

Abstract

Abstract: The reading of the text of the proclamation read by Ir. Soekarno on August 17, 1945 was the first step to declare the Indonesian nation as an honorable nation. But the period after the proclamation of Indonesian independence turned out to be still a pretty hard time for the people of Indonesia. Indonesia is demanded to be able to maintain the independence it has gained. The period in which the Indonesian people must struggle to maintain independence is known as the 1945-1950 Revolutionary period. Popular resistance during the Revolution took place in many places, one of which was Labuhanbatu. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out the background of the struggle of the people of Labuhanbatu, 2) to find out the Arjuna Battalion, 3) to find out the process of the struggle of the people of Labuhanbatu, 4) to find out the end of the struggle of the people of Labuhanbatu. As for this study using qualitative methods and data obtained from interviews plus data obtained from books and archives. The result of this study is that the struggle to maintain independence in Labuhanbatu is a collaboration between the TNI guerrilla forces and the people of Labuhanbatu. Where the people loyal to help the movement of guerrilla fighters by providing assistance. Like being willing to feed, providing information about enemy forces, even willing to die to keep quiet about the whereabouts of fighters, and dismantling the points and disconnecting telephone lines. All that in order to hamper enemy movement approaching guerrilla troops. With a burning enthusiasm guerrilla forces ready to storm the enemy forces, until there were various battles in the Labuhanbatu areas.Key Words: Struggle, Independence, Labuhanbatu
