Abstract

Gizi adalah suatu proses organisme menggunakan makanan yang dikonsumsi secara normal melalui proses pencernaan, penyerapan, transportasi, penyimpanan, metabolisme dan pengeluaran zat-zat yang tidak digunakan untuk mempertahankan kehidupan, pertumbuhan dan fungsi normal dari organ-organ serta menghasilkan energi. Kekurangan gizi berdampak pada beberapa perubahan penting dalam sistem metabolisme tubuh, diantaranya penurunan tingkat filtrasi yang terjadi pada ginjal, gangguan pada pertahanan usus di lambung dan saluran cerna secara umum. fakta-fakta untuk diagnosis kebutuhan gizi pada balita penulis dapat dari Puskesmas Rawang Panca Arga dengan menggunakan Seperti metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode forward chaining disebut juga penalaran dari bawah ke atas karena penalaran dari fakta pada tingkat bawah menuju konklusi pada tingkat atas didasarkan pada fakta. Keterbatasan waktu dari dokter dan bidan menyebabkan orang tidak bisa setiap saat dan waktu untuk berkonsultasi dengan dokter dan bidan diagnosis kebutuhan gizi pada balita. Maka dari itu dalam skripsi ini penulis merancang aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis kebutuhan gizi pada balita. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode forward chaining yang menelusuri fakta-fakta terkait kebutuhan gizi pada balita hingga nantinya menghasilkan diagnosis dan solusi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the intrinsic motivational factors of parents choosing an integrated Islamic school, describe the extrinsic motivational factors of parents choosing an integrated Islamic school, and describe the expectations of parents after their child graduates from the integrated Islamic school Banten Islamic School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological design. Collecting data by interview, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation. Data analysis with reduction, display, and conclusion. The results of the study revealed that the factors motivating parents to choose Banten Islamic School Integrated Islamic Elementary School consisted of extrinsic and intrinsic factors. extrinsic motivational factors motivated parents include school location and environment, physical facilities, vision and mission, portion of religious education, educator profiles, learning curriculum, alternative activities, school order and cleanliness, costs, scholastic skills, alumni achievements and success. While the intrinsic motivation factors, including the desire for children to be pious and pious, mastering general and religious knowledge, children to be independent, brave and responsible, achievers. While the hope of parents after their children graduate is to become pious and pious children and to be responsible for themselves and others

Abstract

The role of information technology has provided changes without exception for the Village Government. The implementation of information technology-based services is an obligation in building an Information System based on Law Number 6 of 2014. The Serang Regency area as an autonomous region is also expected to be able to implement a Village Information System. This study aims to map the implementation of village information system policies in Serang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data sourced from secondary data and primary data analysis using an interactive model. The results showed that the implementation of Information Systems in Serang Regency had not run optimally due to weaknesses in coordination, aspects of resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure; the impact of information System Implementation in Serang Regency had not been enjoyed by all villages in Serang Regency; and there are supporting factors in Information System Implementation including the availability of budget allocations, clear division of tasks for each stakeholder, and complete Village Information System content. Abstract

Development evaluation is an assessment of targets and analysis of problems and success factors in a process (lesson learned) of improving regional development policies at the next stage. The aim of the research is to assess long-term development achievements with the main targets that have been determined, identify the driving and inhibiting factors that can influence the achievement of regional long-term development, and prepare recommendations for the preparation of the Regional Long-Term Program Plan for Banten Province for the period 2025-2045. The research method is literature study with secondary data in the form of research results such as articles, books, journals and several other relevant sources. Analysis techniques use gap analysis, content analysis and statistical analysis. The results of research evaluating macro indicators for 2005-2025 show progressive performance in the indicators of increasing the Human Development Index, decreasing Open Unemployment Rate, increasing per Capita Expenditure, decreasing Gini index and increasing GDP per capita. Indicators of the poor population have increased significantly and the rate of economic growth has decreased in the 2020-2021 period due to the impact of the pandemic. In 2022, the poor population will decrease and the rate of economic growth will increase in line with the post-pandemic economic recovery process. The conclusion is that it is necessary to align the vision and mission as well as the direction of policy formulation and provincial long-term development indicators with national long-term development performance indicators and indicators of sustainable development goals with the design of activity programs such as providing new jobs in the economic sector and providing various conveniences for small and medium businesses. by coordinating, collaborating and synergizing between all regional officials and various parties such as academics and practitioners as an effort to increase the achievements of macroeconomic indicators, social welfare and obtain innovation in long-term regional development plans.

Abstract

In a company, the existence of quality Supervisory Management is vital to overseeing company operations. This management is a reference for assessing the quality of a company, especially when the majority of ownership is the State. Therefore, good corporate governance is the key to ensuring the company's positive contribution, involving employee morale, planning and ability to respond. This research method uses a qualitative approach and evaluates previous research that is relevant to the topic of discussion. This article reviews "Planning and implementation of supervisory management is influenced by employee commitment, planning and ability." This article aims to formulate a hypothesis regarding the relationship of these variables in the context of human resource management. The results of the literature study show that employee commitment, planning and ability each have a positive impact on supervisory management
