Abstract

Due to their extensive volume and range of features, seismic data is regarded as highly complex data. Earthquakes that typically composed of foreshocks, mainshocks, and aftershocks, exhibit a unique sensitivity to temporal dimension, a characteristic that differs them from other natural hazards. Foreshocks and aftershocks that emanate from a similar epicenter, often display temporal patterns that contribute significantly to determining a sequence. This study introduces a density cube-based approach to cluster spatiotemporal seismic data. It addresses spatial irregularities observed in earthquake clusters and incorporates temporal aspects, acknowledging that seismic events originating from a similar epicenter could occur in separate time frames. We achieved the highest Silhouette score of 0.935 in daily-based clustering and 0.782 in weekly-based clustering. Notably, our analysis reveals a trend where weekly clustering lambda λ tend to be lower (λ=0.01) than in daily clustering (λ=0.1, λ=0.5), thus emphasizing the significance of temporal granularity where daily clustering requires higher λ to capture rapid fluctuations, while weekly clustering benefits from lower λ to cover broader trends. These findings enhance the understanding of the nuanced interplay of temporal dynamics in seismic sequence analysis.

Abstract

Abstract An organization's data is an intangible asset that helps with decision-making and policy recommendations. Implementing government data management according to the one Indonesian data principle can help achieve governance by ensuring that government administration is conducted using data. The public is more confident in government performance when open data services are implemented. The service is also utilized by policymakers and stakeholders. The State Civil Apparatus's independent data update seeks to enhance the quality of ASN data in order to produce data-driven recommendations for long-term government policy. The methodology used in this study is heterogeneous, integrating quantitative and qualitative techniques. Purposive sampling, snowball approaches, and triangulation analytic techniques were used to acquire the data. This study employs the Total Data Quality Management (TDQM) technique, which measures the quality of ASN data at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights' SIMPEG in the KlA I Detention Centre in Central Jakarta. Definition, measurement, analysis, and enhancement of data quality—which includes four measurement dimensions: completeness, accuracy, validity, and uniqueness—are the four phases in this approach. According to research findings, there are two incomplete entities in the completeness dimension—the postal code and the employee card serial number—one invalid entity in the validity dimension—the document number—five inaccurate entities in the accuracy dimension—the document number, address, postal code, mobile phone number, and employee card serial number—and the uniqueness dimension satisfies the requirements for data uniqueness.

Abstract

Ministry of Health (DepKes) of the Republic of Indonesia, the main problem which is an obstacle for fishermen in a small business in the field of fisheries as a matter of capital. Capital problems that can be reported according to: difficulty in accessing, capital requirements for convoluted capital, to the public ignorance of the relevant institutions. Diverting, taking a few people who then use independent capital, or make loans through informal financial institutions. The problems encountered by the fishermen make them confused and difficult to find when they need the micro business. However, this certainly can be overcome, considering how technology has developed rapidly now. In terms of technological developments, we have now switched to the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, while information and information technology has been highly developed. Seeing the facts that exist in society, technology can be used to facilitate humans in carrying out daily activities. Therefore, in view of the facts above, the writer wants to make a fisheries investment application for investors to invest the capital they need for micro-fisheries businesses and vice versa. The purpose of this research is to create a mobile and web-based Fisheries Investment application (using bootstrap) which the writer will name "Fish" taken from a fisheries investment developed using stages appropriate to the Agile Scrum method based on knowledge within in the field of Software Engineering and is equipped with basic planning models for formation systems, such as: Business Model Canvas (BMC), Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, and Mock-Ups. The results of this study can be used to help organize the distribution of prototype development scenarios to completion with a time schedule.
