Abstract

Is a material fatigue due to repeated loading. damage caused by repeated loads (Fatigue Failures), The test is carried out as much as 5 x using a fatigue tester, With the Rotary Bending type the load variations are given as follows: 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, and 30kg. fatigue is very dangerous compared to static failure because the failure occurred without warning, or suddenly and in a rush, Experiment 1: Cycle with 22741 with a time of 12.06 minutes given a load of 10 Kg with the results of calculation = 34.226 Mpa, Experiment 2: Cycle with 20786 with a time of 11.59 minutes given a load of 15 Kg with the results of calculations = 51,339 Mpa, Experiment 3: Cycle with 17033 with time 11,39 minutes given load 20 Kg with result of calculation = 68,45 Mpa, Experiment 4: Cycle with 8640 with time 06,39 Minutes given load 25 Kg with result of calculation = 83,333 Mpa, Experiment 5: The cycle with 4541 with a time of 03.27 minutes was given a load of 30 Kg with the result of calculation = 102.667 Mpa. With conclusions as follows, Bronze Tired Resistance decreases as the voltage increases.

Abstract

Blower is a device used to increase or increase the pressure of air or gas that will be flowed in a particular room as well as suctioning certain air or gas where the Blower produces a relatively high pressure ratio with a greater volume of gas flow. At present the role of the Blower has begun to be widely used, especially in the engineering field, where the Blower role was created to facilitate the process of air exhaust. The blower itself is a producer of air movement which is generally used for ventilation. Blowers consist of several types, namely Axial Blowers and Centrifugal Blowers. Blowers have one component, namely Impeller. To determine the right diameter of the impeller, a performance test on centrifugal blowers with different variations in the size of the impeller diameter is needed, such as an anemometer, wattmeter and tachometer, and the impeller diameters are 180 mm, 190 mm and 200 mm with a rotational speed of 1500 rpm. The results obtained from testing on the diameter of the 200 mm impeller obtained the highest efficiency with a value of 0.0086%. The maximum air velocity is found in the diameter of the impeller with a size of 200 mm which is equal to 19.82 km / h. Then, the maximum pressure drop (∆p) is found at the diameter of the impeller with a size of 200 mm and 190 mm with the same result which is 136,206954 Pa. Then followed by the largest capacity value (Q) found in the variation of the diameter of the impeller with a size of 200 mm that is equal to 118.92 m3 / h. And the largest motor power is found in variations in the diameter of the impeller with a size of 200 mm that is equal to 62.85 W.

Abstract

Computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines have long been known and used in various industrial sectors such as the aircraft, shipping, automotive, molding and others industries. Various types of existing CNC machines such as CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC shaping, CNC drilling, CNC laser cutting and others have been commonly used in various manufacturing industries. CNC machines for production units and training unit CNC machines can be used according to milling machining parameters, machine capacity, product quality targets and workpiece material types. In milling machining using a 3-A training unit CNC machine, the first step is to design a workpiece, design G and M codes, simulate it using software such as CAD / CAM and can also be done by simulating it with a pen plotter. After evaluating and the simulation results are in accordance with the workpiece design, it can be executed for product machining. Different designs of CNC machining products have different toolpaths. In general, there are three types of techniques for path generation tools, namely iso-parametric, iso-planner, and iso-scallop height. Tool path generation on "UMSU" CNC milling machining using the CNC TU-3A has been developed a toolpath generation suitable for the "UMSU" machining. The type of tool path generation technique to be used can be considered from several factors including the complexity of the product design, the type of milling tool used, product quality, machining time and other factors.
