Augmented reality is a device in combining objects between 2D and 3D virtual worlds, there is information that has not been implemented directly to the user, then by providing a respons..Develops using projectors and laptops as information technology, besides the development of mobile (cellular) or android-based information technology that can make it easier for learning, especially the introduction of the solar system, the beginning of the solar system introduced various celestial bodies, both planets and surrounding celestial bodies, in class VI who received the material as a basis before going to the next level, but the teaching and learning process there are several factors that influence i if it is examined that there are elderly teachers who have difficulty keeping up with technological developments, from learning media support tools such as projectors and teaching aids are still very limited, and not all teachers use information technology as a learning medium, the purpose of which is to make an introduction to AR learning media applications android-based solar system for class VI, based on these 3 problems as a solution an educational application is needed that supports learning activities using android augmented reality for the introduction of the solar system with the marker based tracking method, the marker becomes a marker of 3D objects to bring up objects from the virtual world to the real which contains information on each of these objects, in other words visualizing the results of the marker directly into the real world, the final result is the creation of an AR application for learning the introduction of the solar system.

Abstract

Basically, the use of internet activities in companies is very dense, causing various problems, among the problems encountered related to internet connection is bandwidth usage that has not been optimally regulated, so that no matter how much bandwidth capacity is available, it will not meet the needs of internet bandwidth usage if it is not managed properly. . In order for internet user bandwidth allocation to be distributed evenly, bandwidth management is needed to overcome the existing bandwidth limitations. Bandwidth management aims to find a solution so that all user computer devices get internet bandwidth allocation and can find out how to manage good bandwidth so that user devices get a fair or even distribution of bandwidth. The methodology for implementing bandwidth management with the queue tree method is to observe a running network system, identify problems, collect data, then design a configuration system. After going through the design process then carrying out the configuration stage, and if the configuration is successfully applied then proceed to the testing phase using several user computers assisted by using the wireshark application to find out incoming or received data packets, the next stage is monitoring using monitoring applications such as Torch Winbox, speedtest or wireshark and the final stage is evaluation or management such as configuration backups and so on. This research and testing also takes into account Quality of Services (QoS) parameters such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss to find out in more detail the calculation of packet traffic that has been captured by the wireshark application. So that with good design, proper configuration, careful monitoring, an even, optimal bandwidth usage and quality internet connection is produced, so that the implementation of the queue tree method of bandwidth management provides an effective solution in managing bandwidth allocation.

Abstract

The retention of SMEs customers is of utmost importance for mobile payment service providers, particularly those who utilize mobile payments. Indonesia experienced a significant increase in the usage of mobile payment methods during the COVID-19 outbreak. Among the commonly utilized theoretical models in the Indonesian context of M-Payment payments, the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model stands out. This proposed model is an expanded version of the UTAUT model, incorporating additional limited factors. It encompasses six variables that consider the diverse risks and costs perceived by users. The objective of this research is to analyze consumer behavior towards mobile payment systems using the UTAUT model and identify the determinants that consistently yield significant results. Data was successfully collected from 276 SMEs customers across various regions who utilize mobile payments through ShopeePay. The proposed model applies a minor segment structure using a regression seller model approach (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitation conditions, perceived risk, and perceived costs are the most influential predictors of users' intention to use the mobile payment system. Furthermore, behavioral intentions significantly influence actual usage behavior. The conclusion drawn from this research is that it enhances our understanding of the factors that determine the adoption of the mobile payment system, particularly in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has a significant impact on users, particularly in the context of education in schools. Reading books in the library is one way to open the window to the world, enhance knowledge, and strengthen rational thinking. However, currently, SMP Santo Bellarminus utilizes an e-library as a reference source for reading books, and there are several issues that need to be addressed. One issue is the monotonous appearance of the e-library. Additionally, the features provided in the e-library are still relatively simple, necessitating the addition of category shortcuts in the search menu for easier use. Furthermore, the monitoring of the number of students using the e-library is unstable. To address these issues, research will be conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences as comparison tools. This research aims to obtain students' feedback on the use of the e-library application provided by the school. The research results are categorized as good, with an average score using TAM of 94.13%, while for SPSS, the Cronbach’s alpha value is above 0.7. These results will serve as a benchmark for the short-term and long-term development of the e-library at SMP Santo Bellarminus. With the improvements made, it is expected that the user experience in utilizing the e-library will improve. This will support an increase in students' reading interest and broaden their horizons and knowledge. ABSTRAKPenggunaan teknologi yang terus berkembang pesat memiliki dampak yang signifikan bagi pengguna, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan di sekolah. Membaca buku di perpustakaan merupakan salah satu cara untuk membuka jendela dunia, meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan memperkuat pemikiran rasional. Namun, saat ini SMP Santo Bellarminus menggunakan e-perpustakaan sebagai sumber rujukan untuk membaca buku, dan terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang perlu diatasi. Salah satu permasalahan adalah tampilan e-perpustakaan yang masih terkesan monoton. Selain itu, fitur yang disediakan dalam e-perpustakaan masih tergolong sederhana, sehingga perlu ditambahkan shortcut kategori dalam menu pencarian agar lebih mudah digunakan. Selain itu, pemantauan jumlah siswa yang menggunakan e-perpustakaan tidak stabil. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian akan dilakukan menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model dan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences sebagai alat pembanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan aplikasi e-perpustakaan yang telah disediakan oleh sekolah. Hasil penelitian dikategorikan baik dengan rata rata nilai dengan menggunakan TAM sebesar 94,13% sedangkan untuk SPSS nilai cronbach’s alpha diatas 0,7. Hasil ini akan menjadi tolok ukur dalam pengembangan e-perpustakaan baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang di SMP Santo Bellarminus. Dengan adanya perbaikan yang dilakukan, diharapkan pengalaman pengguna dalam menggunakan e-perpustakaan akan meningkat. Hal ini akan mendukung peningkatan minat baca siswa serta memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan mereka.

Abstract

The research objectives to analyze the impact of Information Technology/Information Systems (IT/IS) strategic planning on the adoption of Information Technology (IT) within the context of organizational performance in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). In the continually evolving digital era, the ability of SMEs to integrate and effectively leverage IT is crucial for their sustainability and growth. The research methodology involves surveying and analyzing data from a range of SMEs that have implemented IT/IS strategic planning. The findings indicate a positive correlation between IT/IS strategic planning and the level of IT adoption in SMEs operations. SMEs with mature IT/IS strategic planning are more likely to efficiently implement and utilize information technology, thereby enhancing organizational performance. Factors such as budget allocation, technological literacy, and understanding the benefits of IT play a significant role in this relationship. This research contributes significantly to understanding how IT/IS strategic planning can act as a catalyst for successful IT adoption among SMEs. Practical implications of the research include recommendations for policy formulation, human resource training, and the development of technology empowerment strategies for SMEs. Thus, this research holds substantial relevance in supporting the growth and competitiveness of SMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

Work scheduling is an important aspect in the operational management of an organization or company. This is closely related to resource allocation, production efficiency, cost control, and quality of work results. Failure to carry out efficient work scheduling can result in various problems, such as increased production costs, lost time, or decreased productivity. There are problems in this research, including that scheduling is still prepared manually and there is no application of data mining to classify air conditioner (AC) maintenance work scheduling at PT XYZ. The aim is to reduce scheduling errors in distributing the Air Conditioner (AC) Maintenance workload and to apply the Decision Tree algorithm (C4.5). The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and literature study. The Decision Tree algorithm was used by researchers in this research. The results of the research by applying data mining can reduce scheduling errors in dividing the Air Conditioner (AC) maintenance workload and the Decision Tree algorithm (C4.5) can be applied to classify the scheduling of Air Conditioner (AC) maintenance work at PT XYZ by obtaining average results -average accuracy of 94.90%, average precision of 89.06%, and average recall of 93.17%.ABSTRAKPenjadwalan kerja adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam manajemen operasional suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Hal ini berkaitan erat dengan alokasi sumber daya, efisiensi produksi, pengendalian biaya, dan kualitas hasil kerja. Kegagalan dalam melakukan penjadwalan kerja yang efisien dapat mengakibatkan berbagai masalah, seperti peningkatan biaya produksi, kerugian waktu, atau penurunan produktivitas. Terdapat permasalahan pada penelitian ini diantaranya adalah penjadwalan masih disusun secara manual dan belum adanya penerapan data mining untuk mengklasifikasi penjadwalan kerja perawatan Air Conditioner (AC) pada PT XYZ. Tujuannya untuk mengurangi kesalahan penjadwalan dalam pembagian beban kerja Perawatan Air Conditioner (AC) dan untuk menerapkan algoritma Decision Tree (C4.5). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini observasi, wawancara, dan Studi Pustaka. Algoritma Decision Tree digunakan peneliti pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dengan menerapkan data mining dapat mengurangi kesalahan penjadwalan dalam pembagian beban kerja perawatan Air Conditioner (AC) dan algoritma Decision Tree (C4.5) dapat diterapkan untuk mengklasifikasi penjadwalan kerja perawatan Air Conditioner (AC) pada PT XYZ dengan memperoleh hasil rata-rata akurasi sebesar 94,90%, rata-rata precision sebesar 89,06%, dan rata-rata recall sebesar 93,17%.

Abstract

Safety in the environment, whether at home, at work or in the open, is the hope that everyone wants in all their activities in public places. Security guarantees are also really needed in several business areas and workplaces to avoid interference from any party. In entrance access control, access control alludes to the act of restricting access to an office to approved persons only. When entering a room through an entrance that requires a manual key there are many restrictions. The aim is to find out the advantages or disadvantages of access control devices so that we can anticipate that the devices will not be easily damaged, and to find out the results of testing the level of acceptance of access control devices so as to prevent misuse of access cards. The method used is User Acceptance Test (UAT). The result is that based on the results of a questionnaire that has been carried out at the Bank Indonesia Museum, it is known that testing using UAT can help in knowing the advantages and disadvantages of access control devices so that they can anticipate that the devices will not be easily damaged. In this case, it was found that 27 respondents answered agree and 23 respondents answered strongly agree, stating that users felt that smart cards often did not function when they wanted to access the work space in the Bank Indonesia museum, and the level of acceptance of access control devices was 81% based on the assessment criteria above, namely very good, so it can prevent misuse of access cards at the Bank Indonesia Museum.

Abstract

Any business, whether manufacturing, trading, or providing services, needs to have inventory to do business. A company's production performance is usually stored temporarily before being sent to consumers. So storing goods in a warehouse is very important because it greatly influences customer satisfaction (Olivia Audrey et al., 2019). Service is a type of facility that all businesses offer to keep their customers there. Good service has a positive impact on a business because when consumers are satisfied with the services provided by a business, these consumers will make repeat purchases and consumers can recommend business locations that offer these services (Sihombing, 2020). The methodology in this research is descriptive and qualitative. Descriptive research is the main focus used to investigate a condition, situation, or other event. Qualitative research is a main focus used to understand human or social phenomena through a way of creating or making comprehensive and complex pictures that can also be explained using words and to provide an overview. This research aims to observe the system scheme that runs for the process of entering oil goods at the CV warehouse. Create Nagari Business. Conclusion From the results of observations made by the author, it can be concluded that the activities of receiving and releasing goods and the recording process may not be in harmony because the existing system is not capable of carrying out these activities. This can happen due to several factors such as poor service systems, lack of access to outgoing information, and incoming information, storage of goods, as well as inappropriate physical environmental conditions for the goods being stored.

Abstract

Human needs for a more practical life are met by technological advances, one of which is in the health sector. This is the background of this research. By utilizing NodeMCU and Arduino Uno as microcontrollers for the IoT-based Smart Home system at the DKI Jakarta Health Office, it is hoped that the value of efficiency and security can be achieved through the implementation of an IoT-based Smart Home system. In this study, NodeMCU is used as a microcontroller in an IoT-based smart home system. Telegram Messenger is used in the design of this system as an input or notification medium. The chat input data is read out by the program for verification when the chat comes in. If verification fails, the system does not respond, and the chat input is reprogrammed. Conversely, if the lever is successful, the BOT will respond and send an input signal to the microcontroller to manage. After the microcontroller has processed the input signal, it will send an output signal (On/Off) to the relay, which will then send it to the output components (solenoid door lock, type sensor, and buzzer). take advantage of the technology that is already available by placing a Smart Home system that uses the Internet of Things. Since only those with certain access can control the home, such as viewing type sensors and unlocking doors remotely, IoT-based Smart Home systems are also secure.

Abstract

Higher education institutions play an important role in creating quality human resources, and one of the main factors that influence the quality of higher education is the academic services provided to students, as seen at STMIK Widuri. The Academic and Student Affairs Administration Bureau of STMIK Widuri needs to provide quick and accurate responses to ensure the quality of services is maintained. This study aims to predict the services of the Academic and Student Affairs Administration Bureau using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm, which is a probability-based classification method for predicting a class. The datasets used in this study are perceptions and expectations derived from questionnaires distributed online to STMIK Widuri students, which were processed using RapidMiner through the stages of Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). The evaluation results show an accuracy of 95%, precision of 100%, and recall of 93.75% for the perception dataset, and an accuracy of 90%, precision of 87.50%, and recall of 87.50% for the expectation dataset. This algorithm has proven to be effective in predicting the satisfaction of services provided by the Academic and Student Affairs Administration Bureau at STMIK Widuri.
