Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Justice Procedural Participatory and Trade Union Support to Job Satisfaction of employees at UD. Putra TS Majalengka. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that Participatory Procedural Justice and Trade Union Support have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction,so that population in this research is UD Putra TS Super Market Majalengka taken as respondents that amounted to 100 people. The research method used survey method with descriptive approach verifikatif. The analysis tools used in this study are classical assumption, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis test for partial test using t test and simultaneous test using F test. The results showed that participative procedural justice and union support had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction which means better procedural paticifative justice in the employees and the better the union support to employees will increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is interesting and is considered important because of perceived job satisfaction can affect the overall organization of his net. To get optimal results, job satisfaction is one important factor, when a person feels satisfaction in working of course he will do everything possible with his ability to complete his work. Thus the results of its work will improve optimally.The results showed that participative procedural justice and organizational support had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, which means better procedural participative justice and the better the organizational support to employees will increase job satisfaction.

Abstract

The presence and role of entrepreneurs canhave an influence on economic improvement and the progress of a country. This research is motivated by the lowinterest in entrepreneurship among the people. This study aims to determine how the influence of Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurship Knowledge on Interest in Entrepreneurship in the people of Majalengka Regency. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurship Knowledge have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest partially. The population in this study is the people of Majalengka Regency who have knowledge about entrepreneurship, with a total sample of 100 people. The method used is a survey method with a descriptive verification approach. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing for partial test using t test. The results showed that partially entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge had a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This means that entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge are the driving factors for increasing public interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Human Resource Competence, on Company Performance. The population of this research is the company employees of Perumda BPR Majalengka. The sample selection using random sampling technique, the sample obtained amounted to 58 employees 58 research data. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data collection method used primary data in the form of questionnaires and verification by using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial significance test and simultaneous test using SPSS version 24 software tools. company performance, and the hypothesis simultaneously shows that Good Corporate Govarnance and Human Resource Competence have an effect on company performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth, Ticket Prices and Locations on Decisions to Visit Panyaweuyan Tourism Objects. The decision to visit is a major and important factor in the sustainability of a tourist attraction, but the decision to visit Panyaweuyan Tourism Object has decreased. The method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study is an infinite number of visitors to Panyaweuyan Tourism Object. The sample technique uses the Relative Allowable Error formula so that the number of samples is 100 visitors. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all samples. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and verification analysis including classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and model feasibility test. Test the hypothesis using the t test. The results showed that partially Electronic Word of Mouth, Ticket Prices and Locations had a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Visit Panyaweuyan Tourism Objects. This means that the better the Electronic Word of Mouth, Ticket Prices and Locations, the higher the Visiting Decision.

Abstract

Issues regarding occupational safety and health are important and often overlooked. This is evident from the significant occurrence of workplace accidents. Type, nature, condition and location of work in construction projects that tends to be dangerous resulting in a relatively high level of work accidents that occur to workers compared to other industries so it affects work productivity. The goal of this study is to determine the role that workplace health and safety plays in influencing worker output. The methodology employed for this study involves the utilization of a survey approach, employing both descriptive and verification methods. The population of this research consist of the workforce employed at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Majalengka Rentang Dam Project. This research employed a non-probability sampling strategy, specifically the saturation sampling method. The study's sample size was 60 participants. The data analysis makes use of numerous techniques, the t-test for hypothesis testing and other statistical methods such as the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient assessment, model feasibility study, and so on. The study method followed a survey format and combined descriptive and verification techniques. Employee productivity was found to be affected by both workplace safety and occupational health, as predicted by the study's hypotheses.

Abstract

Currently, Bank Majalengka is facing challenges in optimizing the performance of its accounting information system to support operational efficiency and the preparation of accurate financial reports. Technical obstacles, such as system errors or human error, often affect the performance of accounting information systems, hindering smooth transactions and reporting. This research aims to determine the influence of Education and Training Programs, User Involvement and Personal Technical Ability at Bank Majalengka. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is employees of Bank Majalengka. The research sample was determined using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Aims to obtain samples that match the research criteria. The sample used was 48 Bank Majalengka employees who used an accounting information system. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that Education and Training Programs and Personal Technical Capabilities have a significant effect on Accounting Information System Performance. Meanwhile, user involvement does not have a significant effect on the performance of the accounting information system.

Abstract

Everyone has their own unique traits, habits, thoughts, and desires, and human resources are one of the most important assets of a business. Therefore, expert management is needed to ensure that all stakeholders work together to achieve a common mission to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of participative leadership, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance partially. The research method used is using a descriptive verification approach using a survey method. The population in this study were employees of PT Gemilang Mekar Persada with a sample of 86 people with saturated sampling technique. The analytical tool in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test (statistical t test). The results showed that participative leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
