Abstract

Manajemen adalah seperangkat kegiatan berupa perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian yang diarahkan kepada sumberdaya organisasi (manusia, finansial, peralatan fisik dan informasi) dengan tujuan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan cara berdaya guna dan berhasil guna (Stoner, 2009). Fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang harus dilakukan adalah fungsi perencanaan, fungsi pengorganisasian, fungsi pengendalian serta fungsi pengawasan. Semua fungsi ini harus dilakukan agar perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan semua sumberdaya yang ada dalam perusahaan sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Perspektif manajemen usaha kecil relatif sedikit berbeda dari manajemen usaha skala besar. Perbedaan yang dimaksud antara lain pada perusahaan besar dan mapan antar fungsi dan tugas manajer telah dipilah-pilah sedemikian rupa sesuai strategi dan struktur organisasi. Pada usaha kecil dimana seluruh sumberdaya sangat terbatas, fungsi dan tugas seorang manager berbaur menjadi satu karena keterbatasan sumber daya. Manajer pada usaha kecil seringkali juga merupakan pendiri atau pemilik. Manajemen keuangan adalah suatu proses dalam pengaturan aktivitas atau kegiatan keuangan dalam suatu organisasi dimana di dalamnya termasuk kegiatan perencanaan, analisis dan pengendalian terhadap kegiatan keuangan (Brigham dan Houston, 2012). Manajemen keuangan dapat diartikan pula sebagai seluruh aktivitas atau kegiatan perusahaan yang berhubungan dengan upaya untuk mendapatkan dana perusahaan dengan meminimalkan biaya serta upaya penggunaan dan pengalokasian dana tersebut secara efesien dalam memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan. Fungsi utama dari manajamen keuangan adalah (1) kegiatan mencari dana (obtain of fund) yang ditujukan untuk keputusan investasi yang menghasilkan laba, dan (2) kegiatan menggunakan dana (allocation of fund); dan (3) kegiatan mendistrubusikan laba sebagai hasil kegiatan operasi. Agar dapat mengambil keputusan keuangan yang tepat maka seorang manajer keuangan wajib mengetahui tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Secara normatif tujuan keputusan keuangan perusahaan adalah memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan.. Tujuan ini identik dengan meminimalkan biaya modal yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are very important in marketing. Users who fail in deciding theirpurchase, this is found by several factors. This study aims to see the effect of Experimental Marketing, Perceived Quality and Advertising on purchasing decisions for users of Wardah Cosmetics productsin Kadipaten District. The method used in this research is a survey method with descriptive and verification approaches. The population in this study were unknown users of Wardah Cosmetics productsin the Kadipaten District, so the sample in this study used simple random sampling of 100 people. The type of data used is primary data obtained from question naires that are collected for all samples. The data analysis used descriptive analysis and regression analysis including classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and model feasibility test. Hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of descriptive analysis show that Marketing Based on Experience, Perceived Quality,Advertising and purchase decisions have good criteria. The results of the verification analysis show that partially the Experimental Marketing, Perceptions of Qualityand Advertising have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for users of Wardah Cosmetics productsin Kadipaten District.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Central PDAM of Majalengka Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how large the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior either partially or simultaneously. In this study, the author uses a survey method with descriptive analysis techniques and verification. The data collection technique was done by giving a questionnaire. Testing of research instruments is done by testing the validity and reliability testing using a Likert scale. The data analysis tool uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction is included in the high category. Organizational commitment is included in the high category. Organizational citizenship behavior is included in the high category. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment together have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine how the effect of work placement and workload on study achievement on employees of Bank BJB Majalengka branch partially. This research is a survey research using a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study were all employees of Bank BJB Majalengka Branch with a sample of 96 respondents. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling with Saturated Sampling. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, partial hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that work placement has a significant effect on job performance. That is, the better the work placement is carried out, the higher the work performance of the employees, the workload has a significant effect on work performance. That is, the more appropriate the workload, the higher the employee's work performance

Abstract

This research utilizes descriptive analysis and confirmation methods. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were village chiefs in the CIAYUMAJAKUNING (Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka, and Kuningan) area, with a representative of 312 respondents. The sampling technique used is Cluster Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The scale of proportions in this study uses a Likert scale. Testing of data instruments is carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests, while the data analysis is done by using the SEM analysis tool. The results of the research that has been done show competence, entrepreneurial-minded leadership, commitment in good criteria, and village governance and village head performance in good criteria. The study results partially show that competency, entrepreneurial leadership, and commitment have a significant effect on village governance, then village governance has a significant effect on village head performance. The results of the study simultaneously state that competency, entrepreneurial leadership, and commitment together have a significant effect on village governance.

Abstract

An employee's work productivity and work efficiency are not in perfect harmony. This is due tothe sub-optimal implementation of personal information systems and the staff performance of Bhina Raharja Savings and Loan Cooperative. The purpose of this study is to investigate theim pactof HR information systems and employee performance on the organizational performance of Bhina Raharja employees. Thetypeofre searchis descriptive and very fiable through survey methods. The main population of this study was the employees of Bhina a The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique for this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The analytical tool of this study is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination analysis, which was previously conducted as a classical hypothesis test and then tested the hypothesis. The results show edthat the person information system and personnel performance hada positive and significante ffecton organizational efficiency both partially and simultan eously.

Abstract

Human resources are the main production factor for organizations to achieve planned goals. Job satisfaction is important because in an organization employees are most dominant as a determinant of organizational success, this is due to high satisfaction being able to create a pleasant atmosphere so that employees are encouraged to excel in their organization. This study aims to determine the effect of participatory emotional intelligence and procedural justice on employee job satisfaction. In this study apply descriptive and verification methods. The population is all employees with a sample of 60 people selected through saturated sampling. testing with validity test and reliability test. Researchers used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with partial tests. This study found that emotional intelligence can have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and participatory procedural justice has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract The Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) is an elaboration of the vision and mission for the village in the welfare of village communities. The Government of Kulur Village, Majalengka sub-district, Majalengka Regency experienced problems in implementing planning meetings at the hamlet level as a reference for planning at the Village level. Other problems in preparing the RPJMDes were due to the unavailability of up-to-date village profile data and a lack of awareness of the importance of the planning document and the insufficient capacity of the tools villages in preparing the RPJMDes. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of the village government, BPD and the drafters of the Kulur Village RPJMDes through training in the implementation of development planning and training in preparing the Village RPJMDes. This program is carried out in the form of training and mentoring. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of village officials, the BPD and the RPJMDesa drafting team in carrying out planning at the hamlet level and also in preparing the RPJMDes. The target achievement of this activity is the realization of the independence of village officials, the BPD and the RPJMDesa drafting team in carrying out planning and preparing the RPJMDesa in the future. Abstrak Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (RPJMDes) merupakan penjabaran visi dan misi kepada desa dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat desa. Pemerintah Desa Kulur kecamatan Majalengka, Kabupaten Majalengka mengalami permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan musyawarah perencanaan di tingkat dusun sebagai acuan untuk perencanaan di tingkat Desa, Permasalahan lainnya dalam penyusunan RPJMDes karena tidak tersedianya data profil desa terkini dan kurangnya kesadaran betapa pentingnya dokumen perencanaan tersebut dan kurang memadainya kemampuan perangkat desa dalam menyusun RPJMDes. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan kapasitas pemerintahan Desa, BPD dan Penyusun RPJMDesaKulur melalui pelatihan pelaksanaan perencanaan pembangunandan pelatihan penyusunan RPJMDes. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa meningkatnya pemahaman perangkat desa, BPD dan Tim penyusun RPJMDesa dalam melaksanakan perencanaan di tingkat dusun dan juga penyusunan RPJMDes. Target capaian kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya kemandirian perangkat desa, BPD dan Tim penyusun RPJMDesa dalam melaksanakan perencanaan dan menyusun RPJMDesa di masa yang akan datang. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dalam pembangunan ekonomi suatu daerah atau negara. UMKM memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap PDB dan tingkat lapangan kerja. Namun, UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam mengakses pengetahuan, pemahaman, inovasi, dan digitalisasi. Artikel ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan UMKM di Desa Panggansari melalui optimalisasi pengetahuan, pemahaman, inovasi, dan digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop, sosialisasi, dan pemantauan. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan desa kreatif di mana UMKM memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi lokal. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pemberdayaan UMKM dan langkah-langkah konkret yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi saat ini

Abstract

Issues regarding occupational safety and health are important and often overlooked. This is evident from the significant occurrence of workplace accidents. Type, nature, condition and location of work in construction projects that tends to be dangerous resulting in a relatively high level of work accidents that occur to workers compared to other industries so it affects work productivity. The goal of this study is to determine the role that workplace health and safety plays in influencing worker output. The methodology employed for this study involves the utilization of a survey approach, employing both descriptive and verification methods. The population of this research consist of the workforce employed at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Majalengka Rentang Dam Project. This research employed a non-probability sampling strategy, specifically the saturation sampling method. The study's sample size was 60 participants. The data analysis makes use of numerous techniques, the t-test for hypothesis testing and other statistical methods such as the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient assessment, model feasibility study, and so on. The study method followed a survey format and combined descriptive and verification techniques. Employee productivity was found to be affected by both workplace safety and occupational health, as predicted by the study's hypotheses.
