Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web semakin penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan, termasuk di kalangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). CV. Mulya Jaya Mandiri, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan peralatan dan suku cadang mesin pertambangan, menghadapi tantangan dalam pembuatan dokumen penawaran dan Purchase Order (PO) yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Proses manual ini berdampak kepada memakan waktu pengerjaan, kurangnya efisiensi, bisa menimbulkan ketidak-konsistensi-an terhadap format penulisan kop surat, tabel dan lain sebagainya dan juga rentan terhadap kesalahan serta kehilangan data dikarenakan penyimpanan masih tersentralilasasi di internal komputer.. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem manajemen PO dan Quotation berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi risiko kesalahan. Sistem yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan pengelolaan data barang, pelanggan, dan vendor, serta otomatisasi pembuatan format dokumen seperti kop surat dan footer. Selain itu, sistem ini menggunakan algoritma sorting dan ranking untuk menghasilkan laporan produk yang paling populer berdasarkan data bulan dan tahun yang dipilih oleh pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian berdasarkan pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing adalah valid dan berfungsi secara keseluruhan fitur yang ada pada sistem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi performa sistem manajemen basis data PostgreSQL versi 16 pada dua sistem operasi yang berbeda, yaitu FreeBSD 13.2 dan Ubuntu 22.04.3. Performa sistem diukur dan dibandingkan melalui serangkaian uji beban dan skenario penggunaan khusus. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan instalasi dan konfigurasi PostgreSQL 16 pada kedua sistem operasi, dengan parameter konfigurasi yang disesuaikan untuk mempertahankan konsistensi dan keadilan dalam pengujian. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan berbagai dataset dan skenario penggunaan yang mencakup operasi penulisan, pembacaan, dan pengindeksan data. Hasil evaluasi performa mencakup waktu tanggap, throughput, dan penggunaan sumber daya sistem seperti CPU, memori, dan penyimpanan. Analisis hasil dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan performa antara kedua sistem operasi, serta untuk mengevaluasi kecocokan PostgreSQL 16 dengan masing-masing. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang performa PostgreSQL 16 di bawah lingkungan FreeBSD 13.2 dan Ubuntu 22.04.3, serta memberikan landasan untuk pemilihan sistem operasi yang optimal sesuai dengan kebutuhan aplikasi dan beban kerja yang diinginkan. Abstract

Anugrah Jakarta Tourism Award 2022 is an award for outstanding and and sustainable businesses held by the Province of DKI Jakarta. Currently, award-winning calculations use the explanatory sequential combinative method, namely a procedure for collecting, analyzing and combining quantitative and qualitative methods to obtain meaning and make generalizations. However, in using this method there are several obstacles, including the fact that it takes a long time to determine the nominees and determine the winner, so there is a need for alternative method solutions that can help in making decisions to determine the winner of Anugrah Jakarta Tourism Award 2022. The MOORA method is an alternative method used to calculate the determination of the winner  Anugrah Jakarta Tourism Award 2022. The steps for implementing the MOORA method start from determining alternatives, criteria and weights, then forming a decision matrix, followed by normalizing the matrix by reducing the maximum value from the minimum value, the result of which is ranking, The first ranking result obtained is alternative A2 (Hotel B) with an optimization value of 0.48788755 so the conclusion is that the MOORA method can be used as an alternative method in determining the winner of Anugrah Jakarta Tourism Award 2022 and can be implemented in automating the initial calculation at the self-evaluation stage of the winner Anugrah Jakarta Tourism Award 2022.

Abstract

The Open Journal Systems (OJS) training at Akademi Perhotelan Tunas Indonesia was conducted to enhance the capacity of journal managers in organizing scientific publications in a digital, structured, and standardized manner. The training methods included lectures, presentations, system demonstrations, hands-on training, case studies, and interactive discussions. The results showed that participants improved their understanding and practical skills in using OJS—from submission and review to editing and publication. Evaluation and feedback indicated that the training was relevant, applicable, and supported the strengthening of journal governance in vocational education settings. This training is expected to serve as the foundation for developing a professional and accredited scientific journal at the institution. Abstract

This Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat aims to enhance the efficiency and security of the information system at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi Profesi Indonesia through the implementation of a modern framework-based website. In the digital era, the need for responsive, secure, and efficient systems has become crucial to supporting academic and administrative processes. Through this activity, a website was developed using the framework, known for its strengths in efficiency and security. The implementation methodology involved several stages, including user needs analysis, system design, framework implementation, functional testing, and training for institutional staff. This approach was designed to ensure that the system developed not only meets user requirements but also safeguards institutional data from cybersecurity threats.The outcome of this activity is a website with key features such as academic data management, institutional information dissemination, and communication among stakeholders. The impact of this activity is the enhancement of the institution's technological capabilities in managing information digitally, contributing to the development of educational quality and public services. With this framework-based website, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi Profesi Indonesia can become a more competitive and adaptive institution in response to advancements in information technology. Abstract

Explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) has become a critical requirement in cybersecurity due to the high-stakes nature of security decision-making and the limitations of black-box learning models. This study investigates the construction of an explainable cybersecurity knowledge representation by leveraging standardized terminology from the NIST cybersecurity glossary. The primary problem addressed is the lack of transparent and semantically grounded reasoning mechanisms in existing AI-driven cybersecurity systems, which limits trust, accountability, and analyst adoption. To address this challenge, we propose a NIST-based semantic knowledge graph that embeds explainability directly into its ontology structure and reasoning process. The proposed framework systematically extracts definitional entities and relations from NIST glossary entries to construct a domain ontology and a multi-relational knowledge graph. A rule-based semantic relation extraction method is employed to ensure faithful, interpretable, and reproducible reasoning paths. The resulting knowledge graph contains over 3,000 cybersecurity concepts and approximately 27,000 semantic relations, covering hierarchical, associative, dependency, and mitigation semantics. Experimental evaluation demonstrates that the proposed approach achieves a high level of explainability, with 92.4% of reasoning outcomes being fully traceable and only 1.4% classified as non-traceable. Most explainable reasoning paths are limited to two or three hops, indicating an effective balance between inferential depth and human interpretability. Structural analysis further confirms the presence of meaningful hub concepts that support multi-hop semantic inference. These results confirm that ontology-driven, standard-based knowledge graphs provide a robust foundation for explainable cybersecurity intelligence. The study concludes that explainability-by-design, grounded in authoritative standards, offers a viable and trustworthy alternative to opaque AI models for cybersecurity applications.
