Abstract

ABSTRAK Enam pilar tranformasi Kesehatan pada pelayanan Kesehatan yang menuntut agar dapat dilakukan sejalan dengan 18 Program puskesmas, salah satunya adalah upaya penanganan kegawatdaruratan pada kecelakaan termasuk penanganan akibat sengatan hewan laut berbisa. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Masyarakat suku laut di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Berakit, Kabupaten Bintan dalam Penanganan Akibat sengatan Hewan laut berbisa. Metode pada Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan dan demonstrasi pembuatan larutan cuka dalam penanganan akibat sengatan hewan laut berbisa pada 25 orang masyarakat suku laut. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan perubahan pengetahuan Masyarakat suku Laut tentang penanganan kegawatdaruratan akibat sengatan hewan laut berbisa dari rata-rata nilai 60,6 menjadi 80, serta peningkatan keterampilan dalam membuat larutan Cuka 1:4 menjadi 100%. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam Penanganan kegawatdarutan akibat sengatan hewan laut berbisa sehingga dapat di aplikasikan pada saat melaut baik untuk diri sendiri dan keluarga. Kata Kunci: Sengatan, Hewan Laut, Berbisa, Kegawatdaruratan ABSTRACT The six pillars of health transformation in health services that demand that they can be carried out are in line with the 18 health center programs, one of which is efforts to handle emergencies in accidents, including handling the sting of venomous marine animals. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the marine tribe community in the working area of the Berakit Health Center, Bintan Regency in Handling the Consequences of Venomous Marine Animal Stings. The method of Community Service is in the form of counseling and demonstration of making vinegar solutions in handling the sting of venomous marine animals in 25 marine tribal communities. The results of the service showed a change in the knowledge of the Marine Tribe community about handling emergencies due to stings from venomous marine animals from an average score of 60.6 to 80, as well as an increase in skills in making a 1:4 vinegar solution to 100%. This Community Service activity can increase knowledge and skills in handling emergencies due to stings from venomous marine animals so that it can be applied when going to sea both for yourself and your family. Keywords: Stings, Marine Animals, Venomous, Emergencies

Abstract

The existence of Bintan Regency is surrounded by the ocean which is an ecosystem of marine animals. One of them is venomous marine animals such as constipated fish, lepu fish, jellyfish and others. Bintan Regency has a sea tribe community that lives on the coast and has its own culture in social life including treatment due to venomous marine animal stings. Handling emergencies due to venomous marine animal stings should be done with medical treatment. The results of field studies still found sea tribe communities who use traditional treatments. The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of the sea tribe community regarding the handling of emergencies due to venomous marine animal stings on the coast of Bintan Regency, Riau Islands. The method used was a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted with In-depth Interview. Participants were 10 marine tribesmen who had been stung by venomous marine animals. In Panglong Village, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands by purposive sampling. The research data were analyzed using the Colaizii approach. The results of this study obtained 4 themes, namely 1) seeking initial treatment with manipulative or body-based practices in reducing the effects of venomous marine animal stings, 2) biological-based practices are most commonly used in handling emergencies due to venomous marine animal stings, 3) combining beliefs with CAM practices in handling emergencies due to venomous marine animal stings, 4) overcoming ineffective treatment to medical service facilities in search of healing. The conclusion of this study is that the sea tribe community has experience using traditional medicine based on the tribe's beliefs and choosing medical treatment if the initial treatment is not effective. It is hoped that after this study, counseling can be conducted on emergency treatment due to venomous marine animal stings in collaboration with local health services

Abstract

ABSTRAK Data dari Kementrian Kesehatan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau stroke mengalami kenaikan yang cukup tinggi. Puskesmas Mekar Baru menyumbangkan angka untuk kejadian PTM di Kota Tanjungpinang. Selain itu, Puskesmas Mekar Baru pelayanan dan fasilitas yang memadai dalam upaya untuk penguatan dan percepatan pengendalian dan penceganan penyakit ini sehingga menurunkan angka kejadian penyakit stroke, pengendalian stroke dan diabetes. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat tentang penyakit stroke deteksi dinidengan menggunakan metode SEGERA KE RS dan pelatihan tentang penanganan stroke sebelum ke RS. Metode pada pengabdian ini berupa edukasi dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader tentang deteksi dini stroke menggunakan metode SEGERA KE RS dan pelatihan tentang penanganan stroke sebelum ke Rs kepada 19 orang kader. Hasil Pengabmas ini di dapatkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dari rata-rata 55,26 menjadi 84,21 dan keterampilan menjadi 100% dapat melakukan pemeriksaan deteksi dini stroke dengan Menggunakan Metode segera Ke RS. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Kader Posyandu dalam Melakukan Deteksi Dini Stroke Menggunakan Metode Segera Ke RS sehingga dapat diaplikasikan pada saat posyandu lansia dan Masyarakat sekitar. Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi, Stroke, Segera Ke RS  ABSTRACT Data from the Ministry of Health of the Riau Islands Province has increased quite highly. The Mekar Baru Health Center donated figures for the incidence of NCDs in Tanjungpinang City. In addition, the Mekar Baru Health Center provides adequate services and facilities in an effort to strengthen and accelerate the control and prevention of this disease so as to reduce the incidence of stroke, stroke control and diabetes. The purpose of community service activities is to increase knowledge by providing information to the public about early detection of stroke diseases using the IMMEDIATELY TO HOSPITAL method and training on handling stroke before going to the hospital. The method in this service is in the form of education and training to improve the knowledge and skills of cadres about early detection of stroke using the IMMEDIATELY TO HOSPITAL method and training on handling stroke before going to the hospital to 19 cadres. This study indicates that there was a significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in performing early stroke detection using the "SEGERA KE RS" method. Abstract

ABSTRAK Program Kementerian Kesehatan berupa enam pilar tranformasi kesehatan saat ini harus didukung oleh semua instansi dan lapisan masyarakat termasuk juga Poltekkes Kemenkes Tanjungpinang. Peningkatan kasus TBC dan Penyakit tidak menular di Kabupaten Bintan mendorong kerjasana dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bintan dan Puskesmas Kijang. Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan capaian pemeriksaan Masyarakat wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kijang dalam penanggulangan PTM dan Penyakit TBC. Pengabdian ini berupa penyuluhan dan skrining PTM serta skrining TBC pada Masyarakat di dua posyandu wilayah kerja puskesmas Kijang, Kabupaten Bintan. Hasil pretest dan post test menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan tentang Hipertensi meningkat dari 72,69 menjadi 78,36. Hasil skrining PTM didapat 7 orang (35%) dengan tekanan darah ≥140/90 mmHg yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai hipertensi, 11 orang (55%) dengan kadar kolesterol di atas batas normal (200 mg/dl), serta 4 orang (20%) dengan kadar asam urat tinggi. Selain itu dari hasil skrining TB didapatkan 6 orang (19,4%) dengan terduga TB.  Pengabdian Masyarakat ini meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kijang tentang PTM khususnya hipertensi, skrening PTM dan TB dapat dilakukan dengan lancar dan tersaring beberapa kasus baru. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan menjadikan Kabupaten Bintan sebagai desa Binaan dan peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengidentifikasi faktor yang melatarbelakangi rendahnya pemeriksaan rutin masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Penyakit Tidak Menular, Hipertensi, Tuberculosis, Puskesmas.  ABSTRACT The Ministry of Health's program, consisting of six pillars of health transformation, must currently be supported by all agencies and layers of society, including the Poltekkes Kemenkes Tanjungpinang. The increase in TB cases and non-communicable diseases in Bintan Regency encourages cooperation with the Bintan Regency Health Office and Kijang Community Health Center. Improving the knowledge and examination achievements of the community in the working area of Kijang Health Center in the prevention of non-communicable diseases and TB. This service involves counseling and NCD screening as well as TB screening for the community at two integrated health posts in the working area of Kijang Community Health Center, Bintan Regency. The results of the pretest and posttest showed that the average knowledge score about Hypertension increased from 72.69 to 78.36. The NCD screening results found 7 people (35%) with blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg, which can be categorized as hypertensive, 11 people (55%) with cholesterol levels above the normal limit (200 mg/dl), and 4 people (20%) with high uric acid levels. In addition, the TB screening results found 6 people (19.4%) suspected of having TB. With this Community Service, the community's knowledge in the working area of Kijang Health Center has increased, NCD and TB screening can be carried out smoothly, and several new cases have been identified. It is hoped that this activity can be continued by making Bintan Regency a model village and future researcher can identify the factors underlying the low rate of routine chack-ups among the community. Keywords: Non-Communicable Diseases, Hypertention, Tuberkuloasis, Community Health Center.
