Abstract

Dalam eira peirsaiingan duniia biisniis yang seimakiin keitat iinii, meimbuat peirusahaan harus memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan, dan loyalitas untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan, dan loyalitas terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan Wifi Iconnet. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan skala likert, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 pelanggan wifi Iconnet di Kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang dihasilkan dari kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas, reliabilitas, uji hipotesis data menggunakan uji parsial (T), uji simultan (F) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan, dan loyalitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepercayaan pelanggan. Secara uji koefisien determinasi didapatkan hasil nilai pada Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,585 yang artinya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (X1), kepuasan (X2), dan loyalitas (X3) terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan (Y) wifi Iconnet di PT. Icon Plus sebesar 58,5%, sedangkan sisanya 41,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Productivity in the manufacturing industry is greatly influenced by the physical capacity of workers, especially in jobs involving heavy physical activity, which can cause fatigue and reduce efficiency. One way to increase efficiency is to eliminate waste in production, such as waiting time and product defects, which can be reduced with the Lean Manufacturing approach through continuous improvement. This study aims to analyze the workload of operators in the bench vise 125 production process in the Polytechnic X production laboratory by applying the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method to determine the optimal number of workers where the calculation results show that three of the four processes have excess loads that can be anticipated by adding seven operators to each process. The results of this study are expected to be information and considerations as well as evaluation discussions in one of the bases for determining policies in the Polytechnic X production laboratory.
