Abstract

One factor that significantly affects job satisfaction among lecturers is compensation. Compensation is categorized into three dimensions, such as direct financial, indirect financial, and non-financial. This research is descriptive-verification type, and the approach used is explanatory survey. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction. The sampling technique used cluster sampling proportionally at five private colleges in Bogor, which led to a total sample size of 233 respondents, including Head Lectors, Lectors, and Assistant Lectors. Descriptive and quantitative analysis was conducted based on primary data obtained from field respondents, and hypothesis testing was conducted using SEM-Lisrel 8.8 method. The results indicated that the t-statistic value was greater than the t-value (t-statistic > 1.64), and the highest loading factor was found on the non-financial compensation variable (NFIN) which had a loading factor of 1.00 with a standard factor loading (SFL) of 0.5. It indicated that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of lecturers in private colleges in Bogor. From the 3 dimensions that affect lecturer compensation, the non-financial dimension is the dominant dimension in forming the compensation variable construct by contributing the highest standard loading factor value.

Abstract

Introduction: The BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City probe is a response to employee performance difficulties caused by less-than-ideal work discipline. Here, we are interested in the strength of the relationship between work discipline (X) and employee performance (Y), one of the dependent variables. Specifically, this study tests its assumptions using the explanatory survey research method. Methods: . A combination of qualitative and quantitative data is present in this researcher's dataset. We use primary and secondary sources to compile our data. The sample consists of 319 comments and responses from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City employees. Many types of analyses are used, including descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis, determination coefficient, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. Data is processed using IBM's SPSS 25 software. Results: . The results showed that at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City, there is a substantial correlation between workers' work discipline and their performance (r=0.946). Employee performance is positively connected with work discipline at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor City. Keywords: Work discipline, employee performance.

Abstract

A healthy and safe environment is essential, because a healthy and secure environment can make a person work quietly, and the results of work are expected to meet the established standards. Job satisfaction is one of the factors that influences the working environment. This research aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses in regional general hospitals in Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The sampling technique for this research uses saturated sampling. The analysis technique for this research is descriptive analysis, correlation coefficients (Rank Spearman), coefficient of determination r2, and correlation coefficient hypothesis. This research shows a strong relationship between work environment and job satisfaction based on the results of the Rank Spearman correlation coefficient of 0,759 and from the results of the coefficient of determination is it known that work environment has a positive relationship with a value of r2 = 66,1%. Hypothesis test results in tcount>ttable (10,292>1,664), Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Bantarsari, Kabupaten Bogor, melalui inovasi produk olahan jambu kristal menjadi selai sebagai solusi terhadap rendahnyan hasil pemanfaatan hasil panen nonstandar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action and Learning System PALS dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan petani, Kelompok Wanita Tani KWT, UMKM, dan ibu-ibu PKK. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan observasi, Focus Group Discussion FGD, uji coba formulasi, pelatihan produksi, hingga evaluasi produk. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dan pemahaman masyarakat dalam mengolah jambu kristal menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Produk yang dihasilkan telah melalui uji proksimat di laboratorium untuk memastikan kualitas dan kandungan nutrisinya. Selain itu, pemasaran dilakukan secara daring dan luring guna menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan pelaku UMKM, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kemandirian ekonomi berbasis potensi lokal untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan ini mendapat respon positif dari berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah desa, dan direkomendasikan untuk terus dilanjutkan melalui pendampingan usaha dan pelatihan lanjutan di bidang kewirausahaan dan pemasaran digital.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed digital marketing strategies, particularly through the implementation of AI-driven personalization in streaming service platforms. Netflix is one of the leading platforms that utilizes AI-based recommendation systems to deliver content tailored to users’ preferences. This study aims to examine the effect of AI-driven personalization on Netflix user engagement, with user satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to Netflix users. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, supported by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results indicate that AI-driven personalization has a significant positive effect on user engagement. Furthermore, user satisfaction also shows a positive influence and plays a mediating role in strengthening the relationship between AI-driven personalization and user engagement. These findings suggest that relevant, accurate, and user-friendly content recommendations enhance user satisfaction and foster sustained user engagement. This study provides theoretical contributions to AI-based digital marketing literature and practical implications for Netflix in optimizing personalization strategies to improve user loyalty and engagement in the era of Marketing 6.0.
