Abstract

Fokus penelitian adalah memeriksa bagian-bagian budaya organisasi yang ada di perusahaan, factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan budaya dan metode yang berguna untuk mengelola perubahan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, wawancara kualitatif deskriptif adalah metode utama pengumpulan data. Integritas, keakraban dan orientasi pada hasil adalah nilai-nilai yang ditetapka. Keyakinan tentang kepentingan bersama dan keterlibatan dalam inovasi adalah asumsi dasae yang tidak dinyatakan. Karyawan cenderung lebih termotivasi untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan karena mereka merasa terhubung dengan nilai-nilainya. Perusahaan yang memiliki budaya yang mendukung adaptasi dan fleksibilitas juga lebih mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan. Dalam hal ini, berarti perusahaan harus mempertahankan dan memperkuat budaya yang positif serta memastikan bahwa budaya perusahann sesuai dengan budaya nasional untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan identitas Perusahaan

Abstract

This research aims to determine efforts to prevent corruption in village funds in Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection through interviews with Village Heads and Financial Planning Staff. This research states the modus operandi for misappropriating village funds, the village head's efforts to minimize opportunities for misappropriation or corruption of village funds. The modus operandi includes the preparation of the RAB which is not in accordance with the agreement at the village meeting, the accountability of the village head which is not in accordance with the funds used, the village head who borrows village funds for reasons but is not returned, official trips which are never carried out, inflated incentives for equipment. villages and others. The village head's efforts to minimize opportunities for misappropriation or corruption of village funds include when compiling and allocating village funds through deliberation, payments for development purposes through transfers, there must be inscriptions or banners containing information about a project being built, the village head and village officials must be firm, work on development projects is carried out by the community, the community carries out supervision through PTPKD, increases the capacity building of village officials, training for village heads and their staff, strengthening the capacity of village assistants, reducing regional government interference and optimizing the role of existing organizations in the village.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of supervising the use of village fund budgets, considering that there are many legal problems related to village funds involving village officials and village heads in Indonesia. Through the stages of supervision, namely monitoring, examination and evaluation and using qualitative descriptive research methods, it intends to describe the supervisory process carried out by the community in participating in supervising village funds. The result of this study is that the role of the community in participating in village fund supervision has not been optimal both from the dimensions of monitoring, examination and evaluation so it is suggested that there is a need for education or advocacy of community participation in supervising the process of using the budget and monitoring the results of village performance using village funds.

Abstract

The level of responsibility in planning and managing village finances. The method used in this research is qualitative, with data collection carried out through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that the Sekarwangi village office has implemented special actions to increase the accountability of village financial planning, such as implementing a village financial information system and attracting active community participation in the planning process. However, this study also identified a number of obstacles faced by village level offices in achieving harmonious accountability, such as limited human resources and limited technology. Therefore, this research provides suggestions for increasing the accountability of village-level financial planning, including human resource training and improving technological infrastructure. This study provides valuable insight into the efforts of the Sekarwangi Village Office in realizing harmonization of accountability in village financial planning, which can be a basis for further improvements in village financial management, not only in Sekarwangi Village but also in all villages.

Abstract

This research discusses the study of criticism of hadith (naqd al-hadîts) both sanad and matan. The discussion includes the methodology and application of the criticism of sanad and matan seen in the period of the Prophet and his companions. In this study the writer used a historical approach, and in analyzing the data the writer used the descriptive-analysis method. Regarding the study of hadith criticism, it has actually been carried out since the time of the Prophet and his companions. However, the sanad and matan criticisms in the initial phase have not been formulated systematically and methodologically as in the final phase (al-Muta`akhirîn). This is because there is still a prophet figure as an authoritative source to ask (clarify) what news a friend has heard. After the death of the Prophet Muhammad, problems in the hadith have not yet emerged, besides that there are still friends who always maintain their honesty and do not want to lie on behalf of the Prophet Muhammad. Criticism of the hadith at the time of the companions focused on testing the truth of whether the Prophet actually conveyed the hadith or not. Penelitian ini membahas tentang studi kritik hadis (naqd al-hadîts) baik sanad maupun matan. Pembahasan yang ada di dalamnya meliputi metodologi dan aplikasi kritik sanad dan matan yang dilihat pada periode Nabi dan sahabat. Dalam kajian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan historis, dan dalam melakukan analisis data penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis. Berkaitan kajian kritik hadis sebenarnya telah dilakukan sejak masa Nabi dan sahabat. Akan tetapi kritik sanad dan matan pada fase awal belum diformulasikan secara sistematis dan metodologis sebagaimana fase akhir (al-Muta`akhirîn). Hal ini karena masih ada sosok nabi sebagai sumber otoritatif untuk bertanya (mengklarifikasi) kabar yang didengar sahabat. Pasca wafat Nabi Muhammad SAW, problematika dalam hadis juga belum banyak bermunculan, selain itu masih terdapat sahabat yang senantiasa menjaga kejujurannya dan tidak mau berbohong atas nama Rasulullah SAW. Kritik hadis pada masa sahabat tertuju pada uji kebenaran apakah Rasulullah benar-benar menyampaikan hadis tersebut atau tidak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tradisi periwayatan umat Islam, khususnya tentang bidang-bidang pengaplikasian sanad. Setidaknya ada tiga bidang yang sering diiringi oleh sanad, yaitu hadis, kitab, dan doa atau yang masyhur dengan sebutan sanad hidzib/tarekat. Masing-masing dari ketiga sanad tersebut mempunyai kekhususan dan ciri-ciri umum yang berbeda antar satu sama lain. Dalam Ilmu Hadis, sanad adalah jalur atau silsilah yang menyampaikan seseorang kepada matan hadis, atau dengan kata lain urutan beberapa nama yang meriwayatkan hadis dari satu orang kepada yang lain sehingga sampai kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW. Sanad tersebut menempati posisi yang sangat urgen dan mendasar karena akan berdampak terhadap otentisitas hadis itu sendiri. Apabila sanadnya bagus, memenuhi kriteria diterimanya sebuah sanad, maka hadis tersebut akan bernilai shahih. Begitu juga sebaliknya, apabila sanadnya jelek, maka secara otomatis kualitas hadis yang dihasilkan juga akan dhoif atau bahkan palsu. Apabila istilah sanad dikaitkan dengan kata kitab (buku) atau disebut juga dengan sanad kitab maka maknanya adalah silsilah penulisan serta pengajaran sebuah kitab tertentu sehingga sampai kepada pengarangnya. Sebagaimana sanad hadis dan sanad kitab, do’a juga mempunyai sanad. Tentunya sanad ini mempunyai ciri khusus yang tidak dimiliki oleh sanad hadis dan sanad kitab.

Abstract

Footwear product is one of the superior products of Bogor Regency, which is distributed in 3 Subdistricts namely Ciomas Subdistrict, Tamansari Subdistrict, and Dramaga Subdistrict, and this sector has the potential to absorb labor, so as to reduce unemployment and affect the community economy. This needs special attention from the central government and regional governments to improve the footwear craftsman business. Factors that encourage increased productive behavior include the Work Ethic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Ethic on Productive Behavior in Footwear Craftsmen in Bogor Regency. The sample of this study was 316 footwear craftsmen taken in 3 species. Quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques using LISREL SEM to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the Work Ethic affected the Productive Behavior of footwear craftsmen in Bogor Regency.
