Abstract

In this era of globalization, activities aimed at meeting increasing market needs sometimes force the government to import products. The government imports many goods to support the Indonesian economy in various fields such as infrastructure, industry, health, and others. This is due to the limitations of technology, the quality and quantity of products. The Indonesian government itself has created the Domestic Product Use Improvement (P3DN) to maximizing the use of domestically produced products. The purpose of this study is to determine P3DN commitment, and strategies undertaken to strengthening P3DN commitment in the Garut City local government environment. In addition, this research is also to find information about the licensing procedures for using imported products if domestic products do not meet the criteria or quantity needed by an local goverment. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews, field observations, and collecting secondary data from trusted sources. The results showed that the P3DN commitment of the Garut City government was very high. The obstacles on strengthening this P3DN commitment are the absence of local products that can substitute imported products, this still dominate in several fields. In addition, the quality and quantity that have not met the standards are also an obstacle to this P3DN program that cannot be equalized. The P3DN team of Garut City often conducts socialization and e-catalog optimization to increase the use of domestic products in the Garut City government. This research also obtained information related to licensing the use of imported products if there are no domestic products that meet the needs

Abstract

T The growing popularity of K-pop in Indonesia has influenced consumer behavior, especially in merchandise purchases. Despite high fan engagement on social media, actual buying interest remains inconsistent, indicating a research gap. This study investigates the impact of consumer behavior and social media on purchase intention of K-pop merchandise in Bandung. Using a quantitative approach with 100 K-pop fans and path analysis, results show that both variables significantly and positively affect purchase intention, both individually and simultaneously. These findings offer academic insights into Fandom-related consumer behavior and practical guidance for creative industries in popular culture.

Abstract

Regular consumption of fruits plays an essential role in maintaining the immune system due to their rich content of vitamins and minerals. In Indonesia, as a tropical country with abundant biodiversity, the dynamics of fruit consumption and production show an interesting development. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of price and product quality on the purchase decisions of local fruits at the Caringin Traditional Market in Bandung City. The research employed a quantitative approach with a total sample of ninety-six respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and supported by literature studies. The findings indicate that, partially, price does not have a significant effect on purchase decisions, whereas product quality has a strong influence on consumer preferences. Overall, both price and product quality jointly have a significant impact on the decision to purchase local fruits. These findings suggest that although price is not the main determinant in purchase decisions, product quality plays a dominant role in shaping consumer choices. Therefore, traders in traditional markets are encouraged to prioritize improving the quality of local fruits to maintain and enhance competitiveness against imported products.

Abstract

Masalah sampah organik di Kota Bandung yang mencapai 1.946 ton per hari, dengan lebih dari 60% berupa sampah organik, menimbulkan tantangan serius dalam pengelolaan lingkungan. Budidaya magot larva Black Soldier Fly dipandang sebagai solusi alternatif untuk mengurai sampah menjadi pakan dan pupuk organik. Namun, praktik budidaya pada unit usaha seperti Rumah Magot Bedas 03 Babakan Penghulu masih menghadapi kendala, antara lain ketidakstabilan pasokan bahan baku, fluktuasi hasil produksi, serta belum adanya sistem evaluasi kinerja rantai pasok yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok pada Rumah Magot Bedas 03 dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Model yang mencakup lima proses inti Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, dan Return. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Setiap proses dianalisis berdasarkan Key Performance Indicators (KPI), kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan Traffic Light System (TLS) sebagai alat visualisasi kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua indikator rantai pasok mencapai target optimal. Beberapa aspek seperti efisiensi produksi, ketersediaan pasokan bahan baku, dan ketepatan pengiriman berada pada kategori kuning (cukup) hingga merah (buruk), menandakan perlunya perbaikan segera pada proses-proses tersebut. TLS terbukti membantu dalam memetakan prioritas perbaikan secara lebih jelas. Penerapan SCOR model efektif dalam memberikan gambaran objektif mengenai kinerja rantai pasok budidaya magot. Evaluasi ini mengidentifikasi titik-titik kritis yang harus ditingkatkan agar proses produksi dan distribusi lebih efisien, berkelanjutan, serta mendukung pengembangan usaha berbasis ekonomi sirkular.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tata letak ruang produksi Konveksi BR 21 Fashion dalam penempatan fasilitas permesinan, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan produksi, serta menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap proses produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata letak ruang produksi belum tersusun secara efisien, dengan penempatan mesin yang tidak mengikuti alur kerja dan kurangnya pemisahan zona antar proses. Selain itu, konveksi menghadapi sejumlah kendala seperti keterbatasan ruang, fasilitas penyimpanan yang tidak tertata, keterampilan tenaga kerja yang belum merata, serta belum adanya standar waktu kerja. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, konveksi melakukan perancangan ulang tata letak menggunakan pendekatan Operation Process Chart (OPC), Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD), dan Activity Area Diagram (AAD), menyelenggarakan pelatihan teknis internal bagi pekerja, serta merencanakan perluasan ruang produksi. Implementasi strategi ini menunjukkan peningkatan output produksi harian dari rata-rata 60 potong menjadi 96–116 potong per hari secara lebih efisien dan terstruktur.
