Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program supervisi manajerial menyusun visi misi lembaga Taman kanak-Kanak (TK) dengan metode Delphi. Jenis penelitian  yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian deskritif menggunakan metode Delphi dimana proses pengumpulan datanya memungkinkan objek dan subjek penelitian  dalam hal tim penyusun visi misi menghasilkan  konsensus yang paling reliabel atas produk visi misi. pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial melalui penyusunan visi misi TK dilaksanakan di TK Nurul Amanah Cianjur. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan pada pelaksanaan pembuatan visi misi mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai utama karakter : religius, nasionalis, mandiri, dan gotong royong pada visi misi yang telah berhasil dibuat. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah tersusunya visi. misi TK Nurul Amanah  yaitu ? Menjadi Lembaga PAUD yang ?KAMU BISA? (Kreatif ? Aktif ? Mandiri ? Unggul ? Berguna ? Inovatif ? Smart ? berAkhlaq mulia).

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' skills in calculating the volume of cubes and blocks through the use of spatial construction media at Blungbang elementary school. The research method used is classroom action research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 30 grade 6 students at Blungbang elementary school. Collecting primary and secondary data using observation, testing, and documentation methods. Observations were carried out to observe students' ability to calculate the volume of cubes and blocks, while tests were used to measure students' reading abilities, and documentation was used to see students' activity during reading lessons. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the research show that the level of students' ability to calculate the volume of cubes and blocks for class 6 Blungbang elementary school before the classroom action research was carried out was still low. However, after two learning cycles using spatial media, there was a significant improvement. In the first cycle, there was an increase of 44.44% with an average value of 62.44%, and in the second cycle, it reached 100% with an average value of 78.55. The use of spatial construction media in class 6 has proven to be very influential in improving students' ability to determine the volume of cubes and blocks. So it can be concluded that the application of geometric learning media in teaching the concept of volume of cubes and blocks in grade 6 can produce a significant increase in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

From the results of observation of researchers as principals, so far the teachers at SMK Jakarta 60 have data and information that the school environment is very rarely used by teachers as a source of learning. For this reason, through guidance and discussion with the KKG about professionalism in implementing learning by utilizing the school environment as a learning resource and believed to be able to improve the quality of learning in Jakarta State Vocational High School for the field of Tourism expertise. This school action research was carried out with the aim of increasing teacher professionalism in utilizing the school environment as a learning resource. This research was designed in the form of School Action Research which was planned to be carried out in two cycles, where each cycle was carried out in two meetings. The subjects of this study were teachers at SMK Jakarta 60 which consisted of six productive teachers and two adaptive and Normative teachers. The implementation of this study begins with collecting data and using the observation format, learning scenario assessment instruments and assessment instruments for learning implementation. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis whose results were in the first cycle the average value obtained was 79.38, while in the second cycle the average value obtained was 84.88. So that it can be concluded that coaching and guidance through the teacher working group discussion approach can improve the professionalism of teachers in the use of the school environment as a learning resource for teachers in SMK 60 Jakarta is very effective.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan   meningkatkan   perhatian orang tua, sekolah, dan lingkungan terhadap perkembangan anak, melalui kegiatan ngamen bareng   diharapkan antara   pendidikan dirumah dan pendidikan di TK tidak terputus, Jenis penelitian   yang dipergunakan adalah penelitian dengan metode survey. Survey pelibatan orang tua dalam kegiatan ngamen bareng   dilakukan   terhadap orang tua murid dan lingkungan, terhadap   perencanaan program kegiatan   ngamen bareng   itu sendiri dan perkembangan anak     di TK Nurul Amanah yang secara langsung terdampak oleh kegiatan   ngamen bareng. Jenis data dan analisis menggunakan penelitian analisis data kualitatif (deskriptif) , yaitu   data dalam bentuk kata, kalimat, dan gambar. Metode penelitian dengan tehnik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian   menunjukkan keterlibatan orang tua murid berada pada tingkat yang baik, keluarga secara aktif terlibat secara langsung , merupakan program unggulan TK Nurul Amanah , disusun secara sistematis, berorientasi pada perkembangan aspek seni dan aspek perkembangan fisik motorik anak.

Abstract

The character of grit is to emphasize the importance of desire, interest so that students can achieve the desired achievements when students have resilience and persistence. There are still many schools that have learning targets that emphasize the value of achievement rather than character building. As the result, it can be found the phenomenon of students who are not enthusiastic to maintain interest, do not have the resilience to overcome obstacles and challenges, and have a need for achievement with an unyielding mentality. The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical model of the effect of school well-being on grit with a growth mindset as a mediator. Three hundred and thirteen school-age students were surveyed. The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire based on a Likert scale model and being tested through several stages to obtain valid and reliable instrument. The finding suggests that theoretical model fits with the empirical data. However, contrary to expectations, results from SEM analyses indicates that growth mindset has no positive and significant effect in mediating influence of school well-being on grit of students from 10 Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools in four sub-districts of Bekasi Regency. Rather, results show two direct effects; that growth mindset and grit go hand in hand and that school well-being supportd growth mindset. Gender differences are observed in growth mindset and school well-being. Theoretical and practical implications for parents and teachers are also discussed.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi dalam kehamilan menduduki peringkat kedua tertinggi penyebab kematian ibu di Indonesia setelah perdarahan. Proporsi hipertensi dalam kehamilan di Indonesia semakin meningkat, hampir 30% kematian ibu di Indonesia disebabkan oleh hipertensi. Jawa Barat menempati urutan kedua dalam prevalensi hipertensi dalam kehamilan dengan angka sekitar 10,57%. Sementara itu di Kabupaten Sukabumi dari tahun tercatat pada tahun 2023 ada 9 ibu hamil yang meninggal karena hipertensi dalam kehamilan.Tujuan:  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pemberian Jus Mentimun Dan Jus Wortel Terhadap Penurunan Hipertensi Dalam Kehamilan Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester 3 Di Rs. Bhakti Medicare Tahun 2025.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperiment two group control pretest-posttest design. Penelitian akan dilaksanakan di RS Bhakti Medicare pada bulan Agustus 2025 dengan sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang ibu hamil dengan hipertensi dalam kehamilan yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok intervensi, 15 orang diberikan intervensi jus mentimun, dan 15 orang diberikan jus wortel. Penelitian dilakukan selama 7 hari kemudian hasil penelitian akan dilakukan analisis data berupa analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Paired Sample T Test. Hasil: Uji Paired Sample T Test diperoleh nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 atau < 0,005 untuk jus mentimun, dan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 atau < 0,005 untuk jus wortel.Kesimpulan: Jus mentimun lebih efektif menurunkan tekanan darah Pada Ibu Hamil Dengan Hipertensi Pada Kehamilan di RS Bhakti Medicare Sukabumi.Saran: Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan yang ada di RS untuk lebih aktif memberikan penyuluhan atau KIE, memasang media poster, serta memberikan leaflet yang berkaitan dengan penanganan hipertensi pada kehamilan, sehingga dapat membangkitkan kesadaran dalam menjaga kesehatan ibu dalam penanganan angka kesakitan untuk ibu hamil. Kata Kunci : Hipertensi dalam kehamilan, mentimun, wortel ABSTRACT Background: Hypertension in pregnancy ranks second highest cause of maternal death in Indonesia after hemorrhage. The proportion of hypertension in pregnancy in Indonesia is increasing, almost 30% of maternal deaths in Indonesia are caused by hypertension. West Java ranks second in the prevalence of hypertension in pregnancy with a figure of around 10.57%. Meanwhile, in Sukabumi Regency from the year recorded in 2023 there were 9 pregnant women who died due to hypertension in pregnancy.Purpose: Determine the effectiveness of giving cucumber juice and carrot juice on reducing hypertension in pregnancy in pregnant women in the third trimester at Bhakti Medicare Hospital in 2025.Methods: This type of research is a quantitative study with a research design using a quasi-experimental two-group control pretest-posttest design. The study will be conducted at Bhakti Medicare Hospital in August 2025 with the  sample taken in this study was 30 pregnant women with hypertension in pregnancy who were divided into 2 intervention groups, 15 people were given cucumber juice intervention, and 15 people were given carrot juice. The study was conducted for 7 days then the results of the study will be analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using the Paired Sample T Test.Results: The results of the Paired Sample T Test obtained a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 or <0.005 for cucumber juice, and a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 or <0.005 for carrot juice.Conclusion: Thus it can be stated that cucumber juice is more effective in lowering blood pressure in pregnant women with hypertension in pregnancy at Bhakti Medicare Hospital Sukabumi.Suggestions: Based on this, it is hoped that health workers in hospitals will be more active in providing counseling or IEC, putting up posters, and providing leaflets related to the management of hypertension in pregnancy, so that they can raise awareness in maintaining maternal health in handling morbidity rates for pregnant women. Keywords : Carrot, cucumber, hypertension in pregnancy
