Abstract

Daya saing di pasar global menjadi isu penting bagi galangan kapal nasional. Sejumlah referensi menunjukkan, daya saing bergantung pada keunggulan faktor-faktor internal (sumberdaya) dan tingkat respon terhadap faktor-faktor eksternalnya. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengaruh sumber-daya berwujud dan tidak berwujud pada galangan kapal kelas menengah dan besar di Indonesia, dibandingkan dengan penelitian sejenis yang telah dilakukan pada tahun 2005. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 20 faktor internal, dengan metode kuesioner kepada responden pilihan (pemangku kepentingan), diperoleh 106 jawaban responden dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasilnya menunjukkan, faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dominan untuk menciptakan daya saing berkesinambungan relatif sama, yaitu masih amat bergantung pada ketepatan waktu penyerahan dan mutu produknya, namun harga jual produk kini tidak menjadi prioritas utama, baik pada bisnis bangunan baru maupun di bisnis reparasi kapal. Pembeda utamanya adalah, faktor engineering berpengaruh penting pada bisnis bagunan kapal baru, dan faktor lokasi galangan berpengaruh penting pada bisnis reparasi kapal. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan sumberdaya tak berwujud lebih berpengaruh dominan pada kedua bisnisnya, yang dapat menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan. Abstract

Ensuring quality is of utmost importance for the shipbuilding sector, as it involves addressing both the quality of processes and the final products to achieve efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. It has become a standard practice for shipyards to adopt certifiable management systems. ISO 9001:2015 sets out the necessary criteria for a Quality Plan, which is influenced by the company's overall quality policy and contractual obligations. In this context, ISO 10005:2018 offers guidance that can be utilized within the framework of quality plans to meet the specific requirements of a project. Several quality plans for Indonesian shipyards, only adopting ISO 9001 and ISO 10005:2018, have yet to be widely implemented. Thus, this paper adopts ISO 10005:2018 to identify the quality plan of three selected shipyards in Indonesia. The gap analysis technique is used to compare the current state of the quality plan with the desired conditions outlined in the ISO 10005:2018 standard. The identified gaps will determine the areas that require immediate attention and improvement in order to meet the requirements of ISO 10005:2018. The primary objective of this study is to facilitate the creation of a quality plan that adheres to the ISO 9001 and 10005 standards. Based on the comparison results of quality plans according to ISO 10005:2018 in shipyards A, B, and C, the recommendation is to integrate distinct clauses (6.4, 6.7.1, 6.7.3, 6.10, 6.13, and 6.15) to improve the quality plans across these specific shipyards.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out to determine the test of several varieties and the application of vegetable pesticides for clove leaves for Eradicating Leaf worms on Corn Plants (Zea mays L). From the results of statistical data analysis, the treatment of several varieties showed no significant effect on the parameters of plant height 3, 5, and 9 weeks after planting,  diameter 3 and 5 weeks after planting, ear weight per sample, and ear weight per plot, but had no significant effect on the parameters. Plant height at 7 weeks after planting, stem dimensions 7 and 9 weeks after planting, and intensity of leaf caterpillar pests at 3, 5, 7, and 9 weeks after planting. From the results of statistical data analysis, clove leaf vegetable pesticide treatment showed a significant effect on the parameters of plant height at 5 weeks after planting, stem diameter 3, 5, 7, and 9 weeks after planting, but had no significant effect on plant height parameters aged 3, 7 and 9 weeks after planting, ear weight per sample, ear weight per plot and intensity of attack of leaf worm pests aged 3, 5, 7 and 9 weeks after planting. From the results of statistical data analysis, the interaction between the two treatments above shows an insignificant effect on all observed parameters.

Abstract

Desa Kertangsana, Kecamatan Nyalindung, Sukabumi, memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan UMK. Banyak produk lokal yang dihasilkan oleh masyarakat, mulai dari olahan makanan. Namun, salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh UMK di desa ini adalah sertifikasi halal. Kurangnya pemahaman dan akses terhadap proses sertifikasi halal dapat menghambat daya saing produk dan membatasi jangkauan pasar. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan komprehensif kepada pelaku UMK di Desa Kertangsana dalam mengurus sertifikasi produk halal. Melalui pendampingan ini, diharapkan UMK di desa tersebut dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk, memperluas pangsa pasar, dan pada akhirnya, mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat
