Abstract

Verbal aggressive behavior is a negative behavior that is often found in everyday life. Researchers found verbal forms of student behavior when communicating with friends such as taunting friends by mentioning the name of a parent, hurting a friend by calling him an illegitimate child, and speaking harshly to the teacher. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the school environment on students' verbal aggressive behavior in communication. The population of this research is VIII grade students. The research sample of 160 people were selected using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using correlational product moment with the results of r_count of 0.328 and r_tabel value of 0.148 or in other words r_count> r_tabel = 0.328> 0.148. This shows the influence of the school environment on students' verbal aggressive behavior in communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the cooperation in the use of building assets in the XYZ Regency Government. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, the researcher tries to analyze the object of research in accordance with the facts in the field, process the data obtained from the informants and conduct observations and interviews and literature study. The results of this study indicate that cooperation in the use of these assets in terms of PAD is very small compared to the investment issued, and also found a lot of cheating in the management of this cooperation so that there is a strategy that must be done by the Government to optimize PAD by increasing the quality of human resources, and making improvements from themselves. and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOP).

IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENGELOLAAN MITIGASI BENCANA GUNUNG KELUD DI BADAN PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA DAERAH (BPBD) KABUPATEN KEDIRI Agung Prasetya S1 Ilmu Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Surabaya email: agung060@gmail.com Prasetyo Isbandono S1 Ilmu Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Surabaya email: isbandonoprastyo@gmail.com Abstrak Peristiwa letusan Gunung Kelud tidak mungkin dihindari, tetapi yang dapat dilakukan adalah memperkecil terjadinya korban jiwa, harta maupun lingkungan. Banyaknya korban jiwa maupun harta benda dalam peristiwa bencana alam lebih sering disebabkan kurangnya kesadaran dan pemahaman pemerintah maupun masyarakat terhadap potensi kerentanan bencana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan Implementasi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Mitigasi Bencana Gunung Kelud Di BPBD Kabupaten Kediri. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Fokus yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Ukuran dan Tujuan Kebijakan, Sumberdaya, Karakteristik Agen Pelaksana, Sikap Pelaksana, Komunikasi Antar Organisasi Terkait, Lingkungan (Ekonomi, Sosial, Politik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan mitigasi bencana di Kabupaten Kediri masih ada ukuran kebijakan yang belum terpenuhi. Tujuan dari kegiatan mitigasi bancana Gunung Kelud adalah membantu warga bagaimana mengevakuasi diri sendiri, anak, keluarga dan hewan ternak sehingga dapat meminimalisir korban jiwa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan mitigasi bancana Gunung Kelud di Kabupaten Kediri sudah didukung dengan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Sumber daya manusia masih kurang. Pelaksanaan mitigasi bencana Gunung Kelud di Desa Ngancar mendapatkan respon positif dari para pelaksana yaitu BPBD Kabupaten Kediri. Respon positif tersebut ditunjukkan oleh para pelaksana dalam bentuk komitmen. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan mitigasi bancana Gunung Kelud sudah dikomunikasikan dengan baik oleh pelaksana kepada masyarakat dengan memberikan sosialisasi. Kondisi politik saat pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan mitigasi bancana Gunung Kelud tidak ada. Kondisi ekonomi yang ada pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan mitigasi bancana Gunung Kelud adalah dana dari BPBD Jawa Timur. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Kebijakan, Mitigasi Bencana, BPBD

Abstract

KMC Kartini 1 as an implementation of public service policy needs to be seen how the process of implementation of its policy, whether in the end will get a result in accordance with the goal or target of the policy itself. Judging from the above reasons why research on this implementation is done 1) In terms of management or operation KMC Kartini 1 where less effective and efficient. 2) The objective in terms of increasing PAD is considered not to reach the target. 3) There is a competition of ships The research method used is qualitative approach with data collection technique that is observation, interview and document. Informants or resource persons in this research are Kasi Operational and Staff of Central Java Transportation Office of Transportation, KMC Kartini 1 Customer Service, KMC Kartini 1 Captain. The result of research shows that KMC Kartini 1 public service policy reach 3 out of 4 main objectives. First, provide the means of sea transportation Jepara-Karimunjawa. Secondly, increasing tourism in Jepara regency. Third, to encourage economic growth in Jepara regency. As for the fourth, increasing revenue is considered less successful. The failure occurs due to several factors. First, from the relationship of cooperation management. Second, the condition of the old ship. Third, the competition of the ship. Fourth, weather conditions. to strive for the achievement of the failed objective the Department of Transportation of Central Java Province did two things: first, transfer the management to SPJT where it is rejected by SPJT. Secondly, the KMC Kartini 1 vessel chartering effort to the private sector failed to be implemented. Recommendations for Central Java Provincial Government KMC Kartini should not be managed by government agencies in this case the Department of Transportation of Central Java Province. Second, if the management is still charged to the Department of Transportation, the Department of Transportation of  Central Java Province can make a breakthrough cooperation with the private sector. Third, the condition of the ship, especially parts of machinery that are older than 5 years should be replaced with a new engine or even a new ship. Abstract

Parsing paragraf memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan kecerdasan buatan. Parsing menjadi langkah awal untuk menalar paragraf agar bisa dimengerti oleh mesin. Keefektifan metode parsing paragraf bergantung pada bagaimana mendekomposisikan teks ke segmen teks. Proses segmentasi tanpa memperhitungkan struktur semantik dari suatu paragraf akan menghasilkan struktur yang tidak sinkron dengan makna sebenarnya. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan metode berbasis recursive neural network (RvNN). Metode ini berupaya mendapatkan binary tree terbaik yang merepresentasikan struktur paragraf. Metode usulan diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan paragraf-paragraf sederhana yaitu soal cerita anak. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa metode usulan dapat memparsing paragraf dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 0.9. Metode usulan juga lebih efisien karena tidak perlu membuat repositori kerangka struktur

Abstract

Abstrak---Multiband cell adalah suatu implementasi pada BTS dimana dua BCCH yang ada pada GSM dan DCS di site yang sama menjadi satu BCCH sehingga timeslot pada DCS yang awalnya dipakai oleh BCCH dan SDCCH dapat digantikan dengan timeslot TCH. Jadi dengan implementasi multiband cell dapat menghemat timeslot dan menaikkan trafik tetapi dengan kualitas yang sama dengan menggunakan satu BCCH. Makalah ini membahas tentang implementasi multiband cell pada site 0064_Kota_Wisata area Bogor. Hasil implementasi menunjukan bahwa kapasitas timeslot mengalami peningkatan pada timeslot TCH dan rata-rata kenaikan dua kali lipat, yang awal nya ± 27 timeslot disetiap frekuensi menjadi ± 59 timeslot. TCH drop mengalami penurunan ± 0,2%, dan TCH Congest mengalami penurunan 1% ~ 2%.

Abstract

In this modern era, technological advancements have reached their peak, impacting almost every aspect of human life. In education at schools, educators must also be able to provide innovation to their students so that they are more motivated to learn. To do this, educators can use digital technology to create different and still educational learning content, but there are several obstacles faced at SDN 1 Rejosari, namely the lack of a computer lab, resulting in insufficient implementation of technology in the curriculum. Thus, the goal of this community service is to introduce infographics and advertisements using the Canva application, aimed at enhancing the creativity of the students at SDN 1 Rejosari. This community service activity began with the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results of the evaluation stage showed a percentage of 90 – 100% in understanding the introduction to the material presented, but in practice, only 65% was achieved. Therefore, further action is needed, specifically continuous training on infographic and advertisement design using Canva.

Abstract

Era Medika Hospital is a privately-owned general hospital committed to quality service and patient safety by continuously evaluating and improving various aspects, including the quality of human resources (HR) or staff, whose service quality is greatly influenced by their job satisfaction. To assess employee job satisfaction, the HR management routinely conducts a survey in the form of a questionnaire every six months using the XYZ Application. However, from experience with this application, HR management has encountered issues such as duplicate survey submissions by employees, difficulties managing questionnaire access rights based on employee positions, and manual separation of suggestion responses by category. This study aims to develop a web-based Employee Job Satisfaction Survey System at Era Medika Hospital with access management based on employee roles using the Scrum framework. The system development applies an agile Scrum approach, dividing the design, implementation, and testing phases into three sprints, each followed by sprint reviews with stakeholders. The developed system features solutions addressing the encountered problems, such as login/sign-in using employee identification numbers (NIP) to ensure each employee submits the survey only once, questionnaire data management including access control by position, and automatic categorization of suggestion responses starting from the survey input.Evaluation results indicate the system meets both functional and non-functional requirements as expected by users. Achieving the research objectives, the system is expected to operate optimally, support data-driven decision-making, and improve employee satisfaction and productivity, ultimately contributing to enhancing the quality of healthcare services provided by Era Medika Hospital.
