Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan kemampuan anak perlu dicukupi dengan kebutuhan primer, sandang-pangan, kasih sayang, penghargaan dan peluang untuk dapat mengaktualisasikan dirinya. Pada masa usia peka kecakapan dapat  diserap 70 hingga 80%, dari stimulus yang diberikan oleh pendidik. Periode ini dikenal juga dengan the golden age atau periode emas. Jika periode emas tersebut dimanfaatkan  secara tepat maka akan terjadi perkembangan otak yang optimal, simpul-simpul sarafnya akan semakin jelas. Potensi emas ini jika terus dibentuk, diarahan dengan kontrol yang baik akan memproduksi lahirnya anak- anak cerdas yang  dapat melejit menjadi bintang. Aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik hendaknya dapat dioptimalkan secara seimbang sekaligus dengan penanaman nilai- nilai moral dan agamis.Kata Kunci : Guru, Generasi Emas, Karakter, Pendikar, Sumber Daya Manusia,

Abstract

ABSTRAKEmosi merupakan salah satu bagian yang paling penting dari manusia, karena melalui emosi individu mampu mengekspresikan perasaannya, selain itu juga pada setiap aspek perkembangan manusia pasti terdapat perkembangan emosi di dalamnya. Ahli psikologi sering menyebutkan dari semua aspek perkembangan, yang paling sulit diklasifikasi adalah perkembangan emosional. Kemampuan mengendalikan emosi sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh siswa, sehingga Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dapat membantu siswa agar memiliki keterampilan mengendalikan emosi. Terdapat beragam upaya BK yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengendalikan emosi. siswa harus memiliki kemampuan mengendalikan emosi. Upaya Bimbingan dan Konseling yaitu dengan memberikan layanan dasar menggunakan strategi bimbingan kelompok, layanan responsif dengan memberikan konseling ego state dan perencanaan individual.

Abstract

Abstract— this research was conducted by researchers related to the confidence of students’ less so that affect their attitude and their interaction in association. The purpose of this research was to determine whether one of the factors lack of student self-confidence caused by the influence of social media so that for some students who stutter the technology causing slow interaction and impact on confidence, especially in mingling. This research was carried out at senior high school Azharyah of Palembang. The number of sample was thirty students in eleventh grade IPA.1 in Senior High School of Azharyah of Palembang. The sample used clusterrandom technique and using t-test for technique analyzing data. The result of this research showed that there were an influence of social media on students’ self-confidence in association. This was evidenced by the average value of quetioner pre-test 4,75 and average value post-test 5,75 after the process of guidance in the second session, the students asked to return his opinion. The result of the answer of the students showed that there were a significant good effect on student self-confidence 13,8. It can made summarize that there were an influence of social media on students’ self-confidence in association of Senior High School Azhariyah of palembang. Keywords— social media, self-confidence, association Abstrak— Penelitian ini dilakukan peneliti terkait dengan kepercayaan diri siswa kurang sehingga mempengaruhi sikap dan interaksi mereka dalam bergaul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah salah satu faktor kurangnya rasa percaya diri siswa disebabkan karena pengaruh sosial media sehingga bagi sebagian siswa yang gaptek menyebabkan interaksinya lamban dan berdampak pada kepercayaan diri khususnya dalam bergaul. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Azharyah Palembang. Jumlah sampel 30 orang siswa kelas XI.IPA.1 SMA Azharyah Palembang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik clusterrandom Sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan t-tes. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh sosial media terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa dalam bergaul, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai rata-rata skor angket angket pre-test sebesar 4,75  dan nilai rata-rata post-test sebesar 5,75 setelah pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok sesi kedua, siswa diminta kembali pendapatnya. Hasil jawaban siswa menunjukkan peningkatan yang sangat signifikan pada kepercayaan diri sebesar 13,8. Hasil ini menunjukkan kategori positif, sekaligus menjawab hipotesis bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dengan nilai thitung  13,8 > dari ttabel 1,83. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh sosial media terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa dalam bergaul di SMA Azharyah Palembang. Kata Kunci— Sosial media, kepercayaan diri, pergaulan

Abstract

Verbal aggressive behavior is a negative behavior that is often found in everyday life. Researchers found verbal forms of student behavior when communicating with friends such as taunting friends by mentioning the name of a parent, hurting a friend by calling him an illegitimate child, and speaking harshly to the teacher. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the school environment on students' verbal aggressive behavior in communication. The population of this research is VIII grade students. The research sample of 160 people were selected using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using correlational product moment with the results of r_count of 0.328 and r_tabel value of 0.148 or in other words r_count> r_tabel = 0.328> 0.148. This shows the influence of the school environment on students' verbal aggressive behavior in communication.

Abstract

This is a continuing study of a development behavioral model to help students reduce their learning anxiety. 192 students involved as study population after filled self-report scale of learning anxiety, but only 30 students who had meet the learning anxiety criteria and they were given counseling interventions. Through quasi-experiment pretest-posttest control group design, 30 students divided into two groups, 15 students in the experiment group with behavioral counseling and 15 students in the control group with no specific approach. Overall, there are significant differences between experiment and control group (t = -27.65, p < 0.05). The results of the proposed study prove that the behavioral counseling model showed higher impact to reduce learning anxiety rather than the conventional counseling with no specific approach. Therefore, the author concludes that behavioral counseling is one of the effective interventions to reduce students learning anxiety. The implication of this research to counseling practice will be discussed.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurpose - This study aims to determine and analyze, 1). The influence of leadership style on teacher performance. 2). Effect of satisfaction on teacher performance. 3). The influence of leadership style has an impact on decision making. 4). The effect of job satisfaction has an impact on decision making at the Muhammadiyah High School and Vocational School in Palembang, and 5). The effect of teacher performance has an impact on decision making.Design/methodology - The design of this research is associative research by connecting between variables. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data, and respondents' answers were 80 teachers in the Muhammadiyah High School and SMK Palembang City. The analytical method used is path analysis and through testing the validity and reliability. Test data used to determine the characteristics of the data are the normality test and linearity test. The test model used consisted of multicollinity test and heterodecacity test.Findings - 1). Teacher leadership style and job satisfaction significantly influence teacher performance. 2). Leadership style and job satisfaction have an impact on decision making. 5). Teacher performance has an impact on decision making in the Muhammadiyah High School and SMK Palembang City. Implications: This study provides results that motivation and competence are supporting factors for improving employee performance.Keywords : Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, Performance and Decision Making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena motivasi belajar siswa  rendah  ditandai dengan aktivitas belajar di kelas pasif dan pemahaman terhadap materi yang disampaikan guru direspon kurang optimal sehingga siswa tidak bertanya dan tidak bisa menjawab pertanyaan dari guru mata pelajaran. Dalam proses belajar untuk mempercepat proses pemahaman guru perlu memperhatikan kondisi emosi peserta didik , karena diyakini bahwa emosi dapat membuat pembelajaran bertahan lama dalam proses penyimpanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik modeling efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI IPS  SMA Negeri 8 Palembang tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Subjek dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yaitu siswa yang motivasi belajarnya rendah sebanyak 10 orang  dipilih berdasarkan skor terendah hasil pretest yang diberikan melalui konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik modeling. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t diperoleh ttabel dengan dk = 10 – 1 = 9 dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh ttabel = 1,83 dan thitung =7,05. Berdasarkan nilai thitung = 7,05 > ttabel = 1,83. Artinya penggunaan teknik modeling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

So far the education system in Indonesia has not optimally implemented: classroom learning so it does not accommodate the needs of each student. It is proven that remedial learning is still in demand to increase skills outside of class hours. This condition is a serious enough problem that parents are looking for options to increase their children's abilities through tutoring. Schools in all educational units should be able to apply the concept of differential learning, namely learning that prioritizes the learning needs of age to face challenges. However, this does not mean that differentiation learning provides different treatment. In fact, every child is unique, has different styles, interests and abilities. The results of  the counseling at Kumon prove the speed of students in answering 100 questions in 5 minutes. On average, students complete their assignments. Then the child learns to the next level. If they cannot reach the time limit, students will be motivated to repeat it until they meet the minimum time limit. The mind mapping and Kumon methods have similarities

Abstract

The Impact of Mobile Phone Use in SMP Negeri 11 Sorolangun Jambi. Has a formulation and purpose, is: How the impact of Mobile Phone use on the learning behavior of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 11 Sorolangun Jambi, and aims to describe the results of research on social behavior and student learning. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis based on the philosophy of positivism with data collection techniques: observation, interviews, questionnaire surveys, and documentation and data analysis using Miles and Huberman techniques, consisting of: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification". The results of the study explained that the use of mobile phones at SMP Negeri 11 Sarolangun Jambi school was the result of 20 respondents and 20 statements through a questionnaire survey with a percentage of 50% answering in agreement and 50% answering strongly agree. From the use of mobile phones to learning behavior in schools, teacher supervision is needed in using mobile phones only as a learning resource that is not found in textbooks or teaching materials, supervision from the Principal as a determinant of policies in using mobile phones at school and supervision of mobile phone use at home for parents by providing time limits on mobile phone use.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of ease of accessing the internet which aims to determine whether there is an influence on watching pornographic content and its impact on sexual harassment at SMP Negeri 35 Palembang. The approach used is a quantitative survey. From data processing, it was obtained that the average value of the questionnaire variable X was 40.20 and the average value of the questionnaire variable Y was 40.87. Based on the normality test it was stated that the sample came from a normal population. Based on the linearity test it was stated that the sample came from a linear population, then based on the hypothesis test it was known that the fcount was 13.166 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Thus Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the questionnaire data, it can be concluded that there is an influence from the ease of accessing the internet on pornographic content and its impact on sexual harassment.
