Abstract

The transformation of changes from Manual Medical Records to Electronic Medical Records by the Government has been stipulated by the Minister of Health by issuing and stipulating Permenkes Number 24 of 2022 concerning Electronic Medical Records, in Permenkes no 24 of 2022 all Health Facilities will be implemented at the end of December 2023.Simkes Khanza is one of the Electronic Medical Record (RME) Health Management Information System Application programs that can be used by Hospitals, Clinics, PUSKESMAS, as well as Independent Practices that are open in nature, the Khanza Program is a program for Hospital Information Systems designed so that the home hospitals in managing management and processing hospital data can make reports properly and correctly. In carrying out data processing, the method used is the HOT-FIT method where this method is a theoretical framework model used to evaluate information systems in the field of health services.The purpose of this research is how much the benefits and programs of Khanza are in the Reksodowiryo Army Hospital, Padang City. From the results of research data processing consisting of 20 sample questionnaires with 32 questions obtained which were distributed and discussions with hospital staff, it was found that the use of the system in humans was a score of 64.83%, an average of 3 and a TCR of 81.4 which means that the human variable in using the system khanza, , User Satisfaction, trouble-free, user-friendliness means very good. Furthermore, for the organizational variable, the score was 64.83%, the average was 3.2 and the TCR was 81 with very good results. Then for the Technology variable, the score was 66.3%, the average was 3.3 and the TCR was 82.9 with very good results. Furthermore, the Benefit variable score is 65.3%, the average is 3.3 and the TCR is 81.9 with very good results. It can be concluded that the Khanza program is really needed in RST. Reksodowiryo City of Padang.

Abstract

There are 6 Pillars of Health Transformation, one of which is the 6th pillar, namely Health Technology Transformation, which has a role in utilizing information technology so that with health information technology we can make good use of developments in digital technology, so that the process of digitizing health technology can grow better and grow better. developing in the world of health. In Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Electronic Medical Records, it is stipulated that all Health Facilities at the end of December 2023 must implement RME, where the change from Manual Medical Records to Electronic Medical Records (RME). The aim of this research is to look at user satisfaction regarding the content, appearance, data accuracy, timeliness and ease of Hinai application for RME at Hermina Hospital. The method used in this research is the Quantitative Method with a descriptive approach. In carrying out data processing, the EUCS method was used with 18 samples. This research was carried out in May 2024 at Hermina Hospital, Padang City. The results of the research showed that users were very satisfied with the performance of the Hinai application, where the content got a score of 79 and a TCR of 87.78% for the display, a score of 81 and a TCR of 90.89 were obtained, for data accuracy it was 79.2 and the TCR was 80%, for accuracy When we got a score of 80 and a TCR of 88.89%, then for convenience we got a result of 80.4 and a TCR of 89.32, where for all categories it can be said that users of the Hinai application are very satisfied with the presence of this application and can continue using it in the future. . It is recommended that there be a continuation of this research for further development regarding the Hinai Application program in the future.

Abstract

Computer technology has developed significantly, from Windows application programs to increasingly sophisticated data storage media. In the past, we usually stored data using diskettes with small storage sizes, then Flashdisk and Hardisk appeared, until the entry of a new era, namely Cloud storage technology. Cloud technology itself has broad functions, one of which is as an online data storage medium. Like the familiar cloud-based data storage service, Google Drive can store up to 15GB of data for free. In addition to data storage like Google Drive, there is also cloud data storage, such as DropBox, OneDrive, and others. By using Google Drive, users experience many benefits, including being able to share data with those who need data. There is no need to store files on a flash disk or hard disk, where our files are directly stored on Google servers, which can be used at any time, modified. In using Google Drive, many Ambacang Health Center staff do not understand Google Drive. The purpose of holding this Community Service is so that all staff can understand Google Drive how to use it and its features, the results achieved are that all participants understand and understand the use of Google Drive. This socialization has been carried out 2 times, on May 27 and June 17, 2023, with lecture and discussion methods.

Abstract

The use of the Electronic Medical Record System (RME) in health service facilities is a need and demand carried out by health workers, which is related to Permenkes No. 24 of 2022, that RME has been used before December 31, 2023, in all Health Service Facilities. At the Sii Health Center. Nanam Kab. Solok, medical record activities are still carried out manually. The problem is that medical record staff do not understand electronic medical records which will be implemented in health care facilities throughout Indonesia. Once the importance of RME, RME Socialization, and the Manual Medical Record System was carried out at the Sei Health Center. Nanam Kab. Solok on September 22, 2022, there were 12 participants, namely dr, P-Care Health Center, and medical record staff at Sei Health Center. Nanam Kab. Solok and student Apikes Iris. During this socialization, it was explained to participants of the RME system, Manual Medical Record (RMM), Legal Basis for Medical Records, advantages and disadvantages of manual and electronic RME systems, Obstacles and challenges of RME, participants who attended the socialization listened to information with enthusiasm and enthusiasm, in elaborating on this material, some asked questions and discussions who did not understand Manual and Electronic Medical Records. The purpose of this activity is to make the puskesmas staff, especially the medical record department, understand and understand RME and RMM.

Abstract

Keamanan dan Perlindungan data di  rumah sangat perlu dijaga dan diperhatikan secara khusus dan berkesinambungan, agar data yang ada di rumah sakit tetap terjaga dengan baik, tidak hilang tanpa adanya kebocoran data. Keamanan data merupakan hal yang sangat vital dan penting di rumah sakit, dikarenakan berisi informasi sensitif pasien, riwayat penyakit, hingga kondisi kerahasiaan  pasien, jika bocor,bisa menimbulkan stigma sosial, diskriminasi kerja, bahkan bisa pemerasan pada orang yang mengambil keuntungan. Dalam menjaga kerahasiaan informasi terutama yang berisi informasi sensitif yang hanya boleh diketahui isinya oleh pihak yang berhak saja, apalagi data yang dikirim melalui jaringan publik, apabila data tersebut tidak diamankan terlebih dahulu, akan sangat mudah disadap dan diketahui isi informasinya oleh pihak-pihak yang tidak memiliki wewenang.  Transformasi digital dalam pelayanan kesehatan menuntut rumah sakit untuk mengadopsi rekam medis elektronik (RME), termasuk pada unit rawat jalan yang memiliki frekuensi kunjungan pasien tinggi. Penggunaan RME membawa manfaat efisiensi dan akurasi, tetapi juga meningkatkan risiko kebocoran dan penyalahgunaan data kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana untuk menganalisis persepsi tenaga rekam medis, tenaga kesehatan dan staf IT terkait keamanan data RME rawat jalan, hambatan yang dihadapi, serta strategi yang diterapkan dalam pengamanan dan perlindungan data rekam medis elektronik khususnya pada rawat jalan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelemahan utama terdapat pada kontrol akses, kesadaran pengguna, serta kurangnya kebijakan teknis yang rinci di tingkat rumah sakit. Abstract

Rumah Sakit Naili DBS Kota Padang dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasiennya harus memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan prima, salah satunya adalah semua staf rumah sakit harus mengetahui data-data dan informasi terkait rumah sakit yang diperlukan ketika ada pasein yang bertanya siapa dokter jaga sekarang, kamar apa saja yang kosong dan yang sudah terisi, berapa biaya pasien dan sebagainya, untuk menjawab tantangan itu adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi excel  yaitu pivot tabel dan dashboard. Dari survei pendahuluan dimana permasalahan sekarang rata-rata staf rumah sakit belum paham dan mengerti  mengolah data dengan pivot tabel dan penggunaan Dashboard ini, maka penulis tertarik untuk mengangkat topik ini untuk memberikan pelatihan agar nantinya staf bisa memberikan informasi yang tepat dan benar kepada pasiennya. Adapun tujuan PKM ini agar  staf Rumah Sakit, khususnya bagian rekam medis mampu  mengolah data dengan pivot tabel dan dapat menghasilkan sebuah   Dashboard yang dapat dibaca dan dapat dijadikan acuan dalam  pengambilan keputusan di Rumah Sakit. Metode dalam melaksanakan kegiatan  PKM ini  melaksanakan  pelatihan secara langsung di depan komputer yang sebelumnya diberikan dulu teorinya, acara ini dilaksanakanakn pada hari kamis, 17 Juli 2025 yang dihadiri Oleh Direktur, Staf Rumah sakit dengan peserta  18 orang.  Hasil yang di dapat dalam pelatihan ini semua staf merasa puas, paham  dan mengerti terkait materi yang telah diberikan dan mendengakan teori terkait Penggunaaan Pivot Tabel dan Dashbard dan dilanjutkan dengan praktek di depan komputer atau Laptop.  Masing-masing peserta mengucapkan terima kasih dan berharap agar adanya pelatihan nantinya ada kelanjutannya agar lebih mengerti dan bisa mengaplikasikan sendiri.
