Abstract

Today many people often forget to turn off household appliances such as fans or lights, which results in the flow of electricity from the socket even when not in use, resulting in excessive power consumption. Electricity tariff for the first quarter of 2019: IDR 1,115 / kWh for medium voltage customers. If the lecture room has 4 lamps where each lamp has 23 watts of power, 2 Daikin AC units with 1 PK each, each air conditioner has 840 watts of power. Acer S1213Hn LCD projector has the power: 250 Watt, the total cost of electricity consumption per hour and usage for a month of 26 days for the lecture hall consisting of lamps, air conditioner and LCD projectors is IDR 58,617.78. The research method used is literature study and data collection, technology concept design, development preparation, hardware assembly, Arduino UNO coding, upload coding to hardware, technology testing. To find out the test results whether the technology can work properly, it must be applied directly by connecting the technology that has been created with electricity directly. The way that can be done is to connect the Arduino with mains power using a DC 5 V adapter then connect the relay to a 220 V AC power source and a 220 V halogen lamp. After everything is connected, the lights can be turned on by bringing the registered RFID closer to the RFID Reader, if you want. set how long it takes for the light to turn on can press a button on the IR remote

Abstract

Medical recorders and health information are some of the health workers who are included in the "medical technical" group where the task of medical recorders and health information is to manage patient data into health information that is useful for decision making. Planning for the needs of health personnel must be following the needs in the field in terms of type, qualification, quantity, and procurement. Excess health personnel will result in unproductive use of work time, while a shortage of health workers will result in excessive workloads so that in planning the needs of health workers an analysis of the workload is required. This study was conducted to obtain information on the ideal number of medical record health personnel using workload calculations. This research method is based on the calculation method of Work Load Indicator Staff Need (WISN) through the implementation of a website-based information system at XYZ Hospital. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the ratio of <1 HR in the unit is not sufficient and not following the workload, namely the number of human resources in the Old Patient TPPRJ with a ratio value of 0.33; RJ coding ratio value 0.41; and Analysis with a ratio value of 0.38. Lack of officers at TPPRJ for Old Patients, RJ Coding, and Analysis resulted in poor service, so it is necessary to add medical personnel to that section when conditions are crowded.

Abstract

Parameter yang digunakan untuk memantau efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur telah dirumuskan dan terdiri dari 4 parameter, yaitu Bed Occupancy Ratio (BOR), Length Of Stay (LOS), Turn Over Interval (TOI) dan Bed Turn Over (BTO). Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan memperoleh data sekunder perhitungan 4 parameter untuk memantau efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur pada tahun 2019 – 2021 secara beruntutan yaitu angka BOR 67.16%, 53.44%, 50.03%, angka LOS adalah 25, 22, 20 (hari), angka TOI adalah 12, 19, 19 (hari) dan angka BTO adalah 10, 9, 8 (kali). Standar ideal menurut Barber Johnson nilai parameter BOR yang ideal adalah antara 75% – 85%, LOS yang ideal antara 3 – 12 hari, nilai TOI jeda tempat tidur kosong kisaran 1 -3 hari, nilai BTO dalam setahun satu tempat tidur rata – rata dipakai ≥ 30 kali. Dari data tersebut belum sesuai dengan standar ideal atau belum efisien. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu memberikan gambaran mengenai efisiensi pelayanan rawat inap berdasarkan parameter Barber Johnson yaitu Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Lenght Of Stay (LOS), Turn Over Interval (TOI), dan Bed Turn Over (BTO), membuat grafik Barber Johnson dan faktor penyebab ketidakefisiensi pelayanan rawat inap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Nilai Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) yang sesuai dengan standar ideal adalah bangsal Kresna 77% dan Sena 81%. Nilai Length Of Stay (LOS) yang memenuhi standar ideal adalah bangsal Wisanggeni 12 hari. Nilai Turn Over Interval (TOI) sesuai dengan standar ideal tidak ada bangsal yang memenuhi standar ideal. Efisiensi pelayanan rawat inap setiap bangsal berdasarkan gambar grafik Barber Johnson belum ada bangsal yang masuk daerah efisien.Faktor ketidakefisiensian pelayanan rawat inap ada 3 penyebab yang mempunyai skor penilaian Tinggi yaitu bahwa pendapatan rumah sakit berkurang karena jumlah pasien yang rawat inap sedikit, pandemi COVID-19 merupakan salah satu penyebab jumlah pasien jiwa yang di rawat inap berkurang dan terdapat pasien rawat inap dengan lama rawat lebih dari 12 hari Petugas rekam medis khusus petugas sensus mempunyai pelaporan efisiensi penggunaan tempat tidur berdasarkan ruang perawatan rawat inap. Manajemen rumah sakit dan kehumasan mempromosikan kembali pelayanan yang ada dirumah sakit. Meningkatkan kepatuhan clinical pathway agar sistem pengobatan pasien dapat berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur medis Kata kunci – BOR, LOS, TOI, BTO, Efisiensi, Barber Johnson

Abstract

This research conducted to investigate the morphological errors in students’ narrative writings. The aim of this study was to categorize and demonstrate the percentage of each error that students made, according to theory. Descriptive qualitative research methods were the chosen research type. The research subjects were the students of Senior High School of Muharrikun Najaah Klaten of the eleventh grade which had two classes with 55 students. The instrument used was the students’ narrative writings. The Surface Strategy Taxonomy developed by Dulay et al. was used to assess each error that emerged in the students’ writings. The findings showed that the total errors were 447. The most errors were the misformation with 175 errors or 39 %, the second place was the omission with 142 errors or 32 % , the third place was the addition with 102 errors or 23 %, and the last place was the misordering with 28 errors or 6 %. Based on the results, it can be concluded that students still made great difficulties in learning the grammar structure. So that the result of the study is significant and expected to be able to raise the awareness of the students about the importance of mastering English structures.

Abstract

Rekam medis elektronik (RME) telah menjadi solusi yang semakin populer dalam pengelolaan informasi kesehatan di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan. RME memungkinkan penyimpanan, akses, dan pertukaran data pasien secara elektronik, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Pada tingkat Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP), seperti klinik, puskesmas, dan FKTP kecil, penerapan RME juga diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Namun, implementasi RME di FKTP masih menghadapi tantangan tertentu. Salah satunya adalah tingkat penerimaan dan adopsi RME oleh staf medis dan tenaga kesehatan di FKTP. Penggunaan RME memerlukan perubahan dalam cara kerja tradisional dan kebiasaan pengarsipan data pasien, yang mungkin tidak mudah diterima oleh semua pihak terkait. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan analisis yang komprehensif untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan RME di FKTP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem rekam medis elektronik Nusa Medis di FKTP menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan staf medis dan tenaga kesehatan yang terlibat dalam penerapan RME di FKTP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan RME di FKTP menghadapi beberapa hambatan, termasuk keterbatasan keterampilan teknis staf medis, ketidakpastian tentang keamanan data, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan dari beberapa pihak. Namun, faktor-faktor seperti manfaat yang dirasakan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan dukungan organisasi ternyata berpengaruh positif terhadap penerimaan dan penggunaan RME oleh staf medis dan tenaga kesehatan.
