Abstract

Along with the development of the digital era, the use of e-Learning has become inevitable. Almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia, are implementing e-learning in the world of education. However, to be able to implement e-learning successfully, there are several determining factors for success that must be met. The determining factors for the success of implementing e-learning cannot be separated from how management is carried out by an institution in implementing learning using e-learning. The success of e-learning implementation is also influenced by the level of user satisfaction. The successful implementation of e-learning can also influence students' interest in learning. The aim of this research is to determine the factors determining the success of e-learning implementation and their influence on students' interest in learning. The research method used is quantitative research. The conclusion obtained from the results of this research is that there are 2 factors that determine success in implementing e-learning, management of the content development process and management of the e-learning environment. E-learning environment management has a significant influence on four constructs of student learning interest, namely involvement, interest, acceptance and feelings of enjoyment. And management of the content development process has a significant effect on acceptance and feelings of enjoyment. So the research results show that E-Learning Environment management has a significant effect on interest in learning, while Content Development Process management for buying gas only has a significant effect on aspects of acceptance and feelings of pleasure.

Abstract

Sukamiskin Village is one of the villages in the Arcamanik sub-district of Bandung City. Population data is very useful as a basis for policy making to improve the economy, determine security facilities, improve infrastructure, and so on. One of the community institutions that have the task of collecting population data is the Rukun Tetangga (RT) management. The application of the Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) application in analyzing population data in Sukamiskin Village by taking sample data in Sukamiskin village RT.01 RW.06. The population data analyzed includes information such as population size, age distribution, education level, gender, marital status and employment status. This study aims to provide a clear picture or visualization of population data in Sukamiskin village RT.01 RW.06 using the Microsoft Power BI application with the stages of collecting data, entering data, modeling data, and visualizing data. The results of this research are in the form of a dashboard/summary report and detailed report on the population data of the Sukamiskin village RT.01 RW.06. The results of the analysis show that Power BI is able to present data comprehensively and assist in strategic decision making at the village level. The implementation of Power BI is expected to increase the benefits of population data and accelerate the process of

Abstract

Water supply management organizations at the community level, such as KPSPAM Tirta Kahuripan in Mandalaherang, still manage water usage records, customer fee calculations, and payment reports manually using notebooks and simple spreadsheets. This process creates risks of recording errors, data loss, delayed reporting, and difficulties in tracking customer payment histories. This study aims to analyze the existing business process of water fee payment transactions and identify functional and non-functional requirements for developing a computerized payment transaction information system. The research method used is systems analysis and design through field observations, interviews with administrators, business process analysis, and requirement identification. The proposed system was modeled using Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and interface mockups. The results indicate that the manual process causes inefficiencies in data management and report preparation. The proposed system involves two main actors, namely the recording operator and treasurer, with different access rights to manage water meter records, payment transactions, and reports. The requirement analysis document is expected to support the future development of a more structured, accurate, and integrated payment transaction information system for KPSPAM.

Abstract

Digital change has spurred rapid growth in the e-commerce sector in Indonesia, with Lazada becoming one of the most widely used platforms. However, the growing number of users and the complexity of services present challenges related to system efficiency and usability. This study aims to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the Lazada app from a user perspective using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation from 15 active Lazada users. The findings indicate that the app's navigation and interface are quite efficient, but system speed remains problematic during high traffic volumes. Meanwhile, the app's effectiveness is hampered by a lack of accuracy and completeness of product information, although the tracking and review features are considered useful. This imbalance between technical efficiency and information quality impacts user satisfaction and loyalty. This study recommends improving system performance during high load times and standardizing product information to enhance the overall user experience.

Abstract

Public health services through Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) are one of the strategic efforts to improve the health status of mothers, children, toddlers, and the elderly. However, the manual process of administration and participant data recording has the potential to cause service delays, recording errors, and difficulties in data management. This study aims to analyze user needs as the basis for designing an online registration website for Posyandu Anggrek 1 in Sumedang Regency using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. Data were collected through structured interviews with Posyandu officers and service users. The analysis focused on the Understand Context of Use and Specify User Requirements stages. The results identified two main user groups with complementary needs. Officers require digital and centralized participant data recording, storage, searching, and updating facilities. Service users require practical online registration, clear activity schedule information, and a simple registration flow. Both groups also expect an interface that is simple, comfortable, accessible, and secure. These findings provide a user-needs basis for subsequent interface design and are expected to support more efficient Posyandu administration and a better service experience. Further research can proceed to prototype development and usability evaluation.
