Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah organisasi merupakan aset yang sangat berharga, terlebih denganbanyaknya SDM yang harus dikelola.Pengelolaan SDM yang baik tentunya akan berpengaruh padaeksistensidan kualitas dari organisasi tersebut seperti halnya Palang Merah Indonesia Kabupaten Sumedang yangmempunyai begitu banyak relawan. Dalam pengelolaan data relawan ini PMI Sumedang masih mengalamikesulitan dalam hal pengelolaan database relawan yang ada, hal inilah yang menimbulkan sulitnya untuk updatedata serta riwayat penugasan relawan yang akandan yang sudahdiberdayakan. Aplikasi database relawan PalangMerah Indonesia diusulkan sebagai solusi, dengan menggunakan metode waterfall model dalam perancangansistemnya, maka aplikasiini bias menjadi sebuah solusi bagi PMI Kabupaten Sumedang untuk dapatmeningkatkan kinerja organisasi khususnya dalam pengelolaan administrasi pengembangan sumber dayarelawan dan PMR.Kata kunci:Relawan PMI, Aplikasi, Database, Waterfall model

Abstract

Information systems strategic planning must support the business strategy planning of an organization. This is done so that the organization's business goals are achieved. Therefore, this research aims to create a business strategy map at the Gantar Plastik Store based on vision, mission, strategic targets, key performance indicators (KPI), environmental analysis within and outside the organization using the Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) method and making a map. strategy using the Balance Score Card (BSC) method. Based on the analysis and results of the SWOT method calculations that have been carried out, a proposal is obtained, namely an aggressive strategy, because the resulting values for IFE = 0.39 and EFE = 0.56. So, based on the results of the calculations and visualization of the diagram, the Gantar Plastik Shop is proposed to take aggressive strategic steps, meaning that the shop must expand because the strengths and opportunities are large while the threats and weaknesses are small. The next method used is the Balance Score Card method, this method has 4 perspectives, namely Learning and Growth, Internal Process, Customer and Financial. So that the proposed strategy map is given precisely, according to the target, with detailed targets and specific improvement proposals.

Abstract

Sukamiskin Village is one of the villages in the Arcamanik sub-district of Bandung City. Population data is very useful as a basis for policy making to improve the economy, determine security facilities, improve infrastructure, and so on. One of the community institutions that have the task of collecting population data is the Rukun Tetangga (RT) management. The application of the Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) application in analyzing population data in Sukamiskin Village by taking sample data in Sukamiskin village RT.01 RW.06. The population data analyzed includes information such as population size, age distribution, education level, gender, marital status and employment status. This study aims to provide a clear picture or visualization of population data in Sukamiskin village RT.01 RW.06 using the Microsoft Power BI application with the stages of collecting data, entering data, modeling data, and visualizing data. The results of this research are in the form of a dashboard/summary report and detailed report on the population data of the Sukamiskin village RT.01 RW.06. The results of the analysis show that Power BI is able to present data comprehensively and assist in strategic decision making at the village level.
