Abstract

The denser the activity o f modern lifesquad, made in every case the limitations o f everyday life. As an example when the transactions at the Bank, this can be facilitated by the presenc o f ATM. Meanwhile, many users do not know ATM locations, especially when users from the other town so it is considered sufficient applied for search ATM locations. The method used in this study for mapping utilizing google map. In this application user can search for ATM locations easily as determined by the position o f the user is located. With GPS devices available on the smartphone can find locations user smartphone and ATM locations. ATM search applications can be used when the smartphone is connected to internet.

Abstract

PT Madu Baru Yogyakarta s a company that produces sugar. Many factors must be considered in determining the mount o f production generated annually. For that, in determining the  mount of production per year required and analysis of decision support systems analysis will be done applying Method of Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto end Method Inference System Mamdani using the min as function o f its implications, the from each rule give nextplicitly (scrip) by the smallest degree of membership (Defuzzifikasi), the final result by applying a weighted average for Fuzzy Inference System defuzzyfikasi begins the composition rules between Max and the Method apllied taking the center point (z*) fuzzy area. With the comparison method of Fuzzy Inference System and Method of Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani, obtained the most appropriate methods and approaches in determining the estimated amount o f sugar production, in order to obtain an output that is the amount o f sugar per year.With statistical tests, it can be concluded that the method is relatively close to the calculation method of the factory is Tsukamoto, because the method o f Tsukamoto had a lower mean than the mean on the 7,960.42 Mamdani methods is 21710.14.

Abstract

Class is one managerial activities are very important in an institution of higher learning. This is due to these activities involve interaction between faculty and students of academic institutions as well as the external environment. Lecturing activities manually in this case only face to face between lecturers and students already felt not very effective because there is always a factor that resulted bored lazy student to be actively involved. By using a virtual office system in this case using a computer and network media in the communication of the course such as using social networking media, classroom techniques and methods google drive or drive one expected the boundary between students and lecturers can be minimized so that effective communication can be achieved with good. Effective communication can improve management in lectures, in this case associated with low management, middle management and top management.

Abstract

Penggunaan komputer dalam kegiatan sehari-hari bukan lagi menjadi hal asing, begitupun dalam kegiatan manajerial sekolah dan interaksi sosial. Komputer menjadi barang penting dalam setiap aktifitas dokumentasi. Dengan adanya sistem komputer diharapkan segala masalah yang berhubungan dengan dokumentasi akademik dapat teratasi secara baik dan efektif. Dunia virtual menjadi kebutuhan bagi masyarakat abad sekarang, dikarenakan melalui dunia virtual ini segala kendala yang berhubungan dengan jarak dan waktu dapat diatasi semaksimal mungkin. Penelitian ini menganalisis sejauhmana manfaat penggunaan one drive dalam kegiatan manajerial sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja di institusi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan, wawancara, studi pustaka dan quesioner. Pada intinya penelitian ini untuk mencari perbedaan kinerja sebelum menggunakan one drive dan sesudah menggunakannya, dimana analisis ini menggunakan metode uji beda, sehingga bisa dibuat kesimpulan aspek efektifitas dan efisiensi pemanfaatan sistem one drive ini

Abstract

Pengajuan proposalTugas Akhir Mahasiswa Manajemen Informatika merupakan kegiatan pertama yang dilakukan setiap awal semester mahasiswa semester akhir. Pengajuan proposal ini bertujuan untuk mendata tema penelitian yang dilakukan mahasiswa disesuaikan dengan database di Jurusan Manajemen Informatika untuk mengetahui apakah tema tersebut sudah ada atau belum, dalam artian untuk menghindari plagiat yang dilakukan mahasiswa. Prosedur pengajuan proposal tugas akhir ini merupakan alat bantu bagi Jurusan Manajemen Informatika untuk mendata tema-tema yang akan diambil oleh mahasiswa dalam penyusunan laporan tugas akhir. Prosedur ini akan menentukan kriteria- kriteria yang harus dipenuhi mahasiswa dalam menyusun laporan tugas akhir diantaranya tema tugas akhir disesuaikan dengan peminatan mahasiswa, tema tugas akhir belum pernah diajukan sebelumnya oleh mahasiswa lain, dan tema tugas akhir disesuaikan dengan masalah yang sedang berkembang di masyarakat.Prosedur ini dapat membantu Ketua Jurusan dalam mengambil keputusan menerima atau menolak proposal tugas akhir mahasiswa sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas laporan tugas akhir mahasiswa Manajemen Informatika

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Data kependudukan sangat diperlukan sebagai dasar perencanaan pada berbagai aktvitas pelayanan publik. Salah satu Lembaga kemasyarakatan yang memiliki tugas dalam pengumpulan data kependudukan adalah pengurus Rukun Tetangga (RT). Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, pengurus RT sering kali mengalami berbagai kendala salah satu nya adalah penggunaan metode manual dalam mengumpulkan dan mengolah data yang berakibat pada sering terjadinya kesalahan input data dan ketidakakuratan data yang diperoleh. Hal tersebut, dihadapi pula oleh pengurus RT di wilayah Rukun Warga (RW) 06 kelurahan Sukamiskin, Kecamatan Arcamanik, Kota Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kendala tersebut, dapat diatasi salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan sistem informasi sesuai dengan UU NO. 23 TAHUN 2006. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah merancang dan membangun sistem informasi kependudukan (SIDUK) sebagai salah satu upaya mengatasi beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh pengurus RT di wilayah Rukun Warga (RW) 06 kelurahan Sukamiskin, Kecamatan Arcamanik, Kota Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui metode difusi iptek yang terbagi menjadi dua tahap yaitu perancangan dan pembangunan SIDUK menggunakan metode prototype. Selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi serta pendampingan penggunaan SIDUK yang dibangun tersebut. SIDUK yang dibangun terbukti mampu mempermudah pengurus RT dalam mengumpulkan dan mengolah data kependudukan termasuk input data dan pembuatan laporan data kependudukan. Kata Kunci: data kependudukan, difusi iptek, rukun tetangga, SIDUK, sistem informasi [English]: Demographic data is needed for various public service activities. One of the social institutions which has the task of collecting demographic data is the Rukun Tetangga (RT) administrator. In carrying out their duties, RT administrators often experience various obstacles, one of which is that the collection and data tabulation are still done manually, as a result various errors of data input occur frequently, and inaccuracies in the data obtained. This is also faced by RT administrators in the Rukun Warga (RW) 06 area of ??Sukamiskin sub-district, Arcamanik District, Bandung City, West Java Province. One of these obstacles can be resolved by applying an information system under UU NO. 23 of 2006. Therefore, the goal of the community service being carried out is to design and build a demographic information system (SIDUK) to overcome some of the obstacles faced by RT administrators in the Rukun Warga (RW) 06 area of ??Sukamiskin sub-district, Arcamanik District, Kota Bandung, West Java Province. The community service program was carried out through the science and technology diffusion method, which was divided into two stages, namely designing and developing the SIDUK using the prototype. Following this, socialization and assistance in using SIDUK were conducted. The SIDUK has made it easier for RT administrators to collect and process population data, including input and reports. Abstract

Sukamiskin Village is one of the villages in the Arcamanik sub-district of Bandung City. Population data is very useful as a basis for policy making to improve the economy, determine security facilities, improve infrastructure, and so on. One of the community institutions that have the task of collecting population data is the Rukun Tetangga (RT) management. The application of the Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) application in analyzing population data in Sukamiskin Village by taking sample data in Sukamiskin village RT.01 RW.06. The population data analyzed includes information such as population size, age distribution, education level, gender, marital status and employment status. This study aims to provide a clear picture or visualization of population data in Sukamiskin village RT.01 RW.06 using the Microsoft Power BI application with the stages of collecting data, entering data, modeling data, and visualizing data. The results of this research are in the form of a dashboard/summary report and detailed report on the population data of the Sukamiskin village RT.01 RW.06. The results of the analysis show that Power BI is able to present data comprehensively and assist in strategic decision making at the village level.
