Abstract

Bank Sampah Cantik Resik Kelurahan Jati Kramat adalah organisasi swadaya masyarakat yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan pengelolaan sampah.Permasalahan internal pada proses pengelolaan data bank sampah, petugas akan mencatat setiap kali adai pengambilan sampah dan mencatat informasi tabungan sehingga sering terjadinya kerangkapan pencatatan data sampah nasabah hal ini menyebabkan kekeliruan dalam catatan nasabah. Sistem informasi Bank Sampah terbagi menjadi tiga hak akses login: admin, nasabah, dan ketua admin..Login Nasabah dapat mengakses menu untuk melihat jadwal penyetoran sampah, memilih booking jadwal penyetoran sampah yang akan datang dan menu transaksi untuk melihat riwayat transaksi penyetoran sampah, serta melihat informasi total invoice dari hasil penyetoran sampah. Akses login Admin dapat mengakses menu mengelola data nasabah, mengelola data sampah, memproses jadwal baru penyetoran sampah, melihat list booking jadwal nasabah, mengelolah transaksi sampah, memproses pembayaran invoice serta melihat riwayat data keselurahan invoice penyetoran sampah, admin juga dapat mencetak laporan. Akses login Ketua Admin dapat mengakses menu Transaksi untuk melihat dan mengelola data laporan Invoice keselurahan penyetoran sampah. Penggunaan sistem informasi bank sampah pada BS cantik resik dapat meningkatkan layanan nasabah dan mempercepat proses pengolahan data sampah nasabah, dan meningkatkan kinerja operasional bank sampah BS cantik resik. Abstract

Abstrak Perencanaan produksi merupakan faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dan profitabilitas suatu perusahaan dalam memenuhi permintaan pasar. Untuk produksi yang optimal, perusahaan perlu merencanakan shift dan perencanaan produksi yang optimal. Hal ini termasuk membuat jadwal produksi yang optimal dan memastikan kualitas produksi yang optimal. Sistem penjadwalan produksi pada PT. Bogasari Flour Mills masih melakukan penjadwalan dengan menggunakan lembaran excel yang berisi rencana target produksi lalu dibagikan kepada tim operator Mill. Pembuatan jadwal dengan cara ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan sering ditemukan ketidaksesuaian. Pada saat proses produksinya, sering ditemukan masalah pada mesin penggiling yang membuat produksi harus stop sementara untuk dilakukan maintenance. Sehingga hasil produksi tidak sesuai dengan jadwal rencana produksi. Perubahan dilakukan hanya dengan menambahkan keterangan pada lembaran excel. Pada saat terjadinya perubahan jadwal produksi tidak dapat dilakukan secara cepat, mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam menjaga konsistensi dan ketepatan jadwal produksi. Alternatif solusinya adalah dengan membangun sistem informasi yang menghubungkan perencanaan produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi PPIC dan Operator Mill dalam operasional sehari-hari. Sistem ini terdiri dari sistem penjadwalan produksi yang meliputi jadwal produksi, operator, dan laporan produksi harian. Sistem menggunakan diagram use case untuk mengidentifikasi interaksi antara proses dan informasi dari masing-masing aktor. Metode Early Due Date (EDD) digunakan dalam aplikasi untuk meminimalkan biaya tenaga kerja dengan menghitung tanggal jatuh tempo. Kata kunci: Miller; Penjadwalan; Produksi. Abstract Production planning is a key factor that influences the success and profitability of a company in meeting market demand. For optimal production, companies need to plan shifts and optimal production planning. This includes creating an optimal production schedule and ensuring optimal production quality. Production scheduling system at PT. Bogasari Flour Mills is still scheduling using an excel sheet containing the production target plan which is then distributed to the mill operator team. Making schedules in this way takes a long time and discrepancies are often found. During the production process, problems are often found with the grinding machine which means production has to be stopped temporarily for maintenance. So, the production results do not match the production plan schedule. Changes are made by simply adding information to the excel sheet. When changes to the production schedule occur, they cannot be made quickly, resulting in difficulties in maintaining consistency and accuracy in the production schedule. An alternative solution is to build an information system that connects production planning to increase the efficiency of PPIC and Mill Operators in daily operations. This system consists of a production scheduling system which includes production schedules, operators, and daily production reports. The system uses use case diagrams to identify interactions between processes and information from each actor. The Early Due Date (EDD) method is used in the application to minimize labor costs by calculating the due date. Keywords: Miller, Production, Schedulling.

Abstract

Career centers play a vital role in bridging the gap between higher education and the workforce by helping students and alumni access job opportunities and develop relevant skills. At Universitas Darma Persada, the career center faced challenges in disseminating job vacancy information efficiently due to time constraints and limited distribution methods, primarily via Instagram. This study aims to design and develop a web-based job vacancy information system to improve accessibility and communication between job seekers and employers.The uniqueness of this research lies in the development of a role-based job portal system that integrates multiple user roles, namely job seekers (students and alumni), career staff, and employers, into a single digital platform. The objective is to accelerate job vacancy publication, facilitate job applications, and streamline employer access to candidate data.This study adopts the Waterfall methodology, including stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The final system was developed using Visual Studio Code, PHP, MySQL, and other web development tools.The results show that the system successfully reduces delays in job vacancy announcements, expands reach beyond Instagram, and provides a more structured and interactive recruitment process. Employers can post jobs and review CVs, while job seekers can apply directly and track their application status. The system has proven effective in enhancing the career center’s role in graduate employability support.

Abstract

The billboard rental process at PT Tecma Mitratama Advertindo currently encounters issues, particularly in calculating rental prices for periods outside the predefined options of one, three, six, and twelve months. When customers request rental durations beyond these standard periods, prices must be calculated manually using a calculator, resulting in delays in issuing rental offer letters. This study aims to develop a billboard rental information system integrated with the marketing division's workflow. The system is expected to streamline the rental process and enable real-time monitoring of billboard rental status. The system development process includes requirements analysis, system design, and web-based interface implementation. The results indicate that the developed system can reduce reliance on manual processes and enhance the efficiency of the marketing division’s operations.
