Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran barista dalam pengembangan usaha restoran informal di sulawesi selatan (studi pada usaha restoran informal di kota parepare provinsi Sulawesi selatan) berdasarkan Persepsi Konsumen terhadap pelayanan Barista, Peran Barista Dalam Pengembangan Usaha Restoran Informal, dan Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Pelayanan Barista di kota parepare provinsi Sulawesi selatan. Metode dalam Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan daftar pertanyaan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Persepsi konsumen terhadap pelayanan Barista belum maksimal dipahami secara umum termasuk maksud dan tujuannya. Barista kurang paham pentingnya persepsi kunsumen terhadap pelayanan khususnya pelayanan dalam meracik minuman kopi.  Perlu untuk ditindaklanjuti agar konsumen atau tamu dapat lebih memahami keberadaan dan pelayanan Barista, hal ini disebabkan konsumen atau tamu hanya sebagai peminum kopi bukan penikmat kopi dan hanya memilih jenis kopi yang disediakan, Keberadaa Barista dan pelayanannya yang tersedia pada kafé hanya menyediakan kopi berdasarkan kebutuhan konsumen atau tamu serta masih sekitar kurangnya ketersediaan peralatan yang sangat terbatas dan mahal yang harus dikeluarkan untuk tiap peralatan yang dibutuhkan .

Abstract

This research explores the important role of support in designing programs and training as a key element in improving community welfare in the area. The focus is on the strategies undertaken to strengthen the capacity of local communities in managing and sustainably utilizing the resources found in Malenrang Beach, Panaikang Village, East Sinjai Regency. The results of this study provide an in-depth look at the importance of two-way dialogue between service providers and communities, the provision of up-to-date information, and needs-based training in the context of tourism destination development. As a result, this research provides an important contribution in efforts to advance the potential of the creative economy in the Malenrang Beach area, Panaikang Village, East Sinjai Regency.

Abstract

This study explores the benefits and challenges of using Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) in the UMKM sector in Takalar Regency, focusing on 8 out of 23 businesses that have adopted this technology. The research methodology involved in-depth interviews with UMKM owners and managers to identify how MPOS affects their operations. The main findings indicate that MPOS significantly contributes to operational efficiency, particularly in transaction management and accounting. Benefits such as ease of transaction tracking and a variety of payment options enhance customer satisfaction and expedite the checkout process. However, challenges such as the need for basic skills, additional costs, and reliance on stable internet connections remain obstacles. In conclusion, although MPOS offers many advantages, successful adoption requires good technological infrastructure and adequate staff training. Recommendations include enhancing features and support to address existing challenges and encourage broader MPOS adoption in UMKM
