Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is "to determine the effect of marketing strategies in increasing consumer loyalty at the Anton Sell counter, Laiworu district, Muna Regency. To test the proposed hypothesis, Simple Regression analysis is used to determine the form of influence between the independent variables (X), namely the marketing strategy which consists of selecting the intended consumer (X1), identifying consumer desires (X2) and marketing mix (X3) while the dependent variable ( Y) namely consumer loyalty. The population of this study are all consumers who shop at Anton Sell counters in Muna district. The sampling technique used in this study is the accidental sampling model. Accidental sampling is a sampling technique based on spontaneity, meaning that anyone who accidentally meets the researcher and is in accordance with their characteristics (characteristics) can be used as a sample (respondent). The number of samples to be used in the study was 50 people.Based on the results of the partial test or t test, it shows that all independent variables consisting of selecting the target customer, identifying consumer desires and marketing mix variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.Based on the results of the analysis of the F test or the simultaneous test, it shows that the value of Fcount is 15,798 with a significance level of F of 0,000, much smaller than the significance level  = 0.05. Thus, the independent variables, namely selecting the intended consumers, identifying consumer desires and the marketing mix have a significant effect on consumer loyalty at the Anton Sell counter.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah “untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen pada Konter Anton Sell kecamatan Laiworu Kabupaten Muna. Untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan, digunakan analisis Regresi Sederhana untuk mengetahui bentuk pengaruh antara variabel bebas (X) yaitu strategi pemasaran yang terdiri dari memilih konsumen yang dituju (X1), mengidentifikasi keinginan konsumen (X2) dan bauran pemasaran (X3) sedangkan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu loyalitas konsumen.Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja di konter Anton Sell kabupaten Muna. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan model Aksidental sampling. Sampling Aksidental ialah teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan faktor spontanitas, artinya siapa saja yang secara tidak sengaja bertemu dengan peneliti dan sesuai dengan karakteristik (ciri-cirinya), maka orang tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai sampel (responden). Adapun jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 50 orang.Berdasarkan hasil Uji parsial atau uji t menunjukan bahwa semua variabel independen yang terdiri dari memilih konsumen yang dituju, mengidentifikasi keinginan konsumen dan variabel  bauran pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan sinifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.Berdasakan hasil analisis uji F atau uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 15.798 dengan tingkat signifingkasi F sebesar 0,000 jauh lebih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan taraf signifikansi a = 0,05. Dengan demikian, maka variabel independen yakni memilih konsumen yang dituju, mengidentifikasi keinginan Konsumen dan bauran pemasaran berpangaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada konter Anton Sell

Abstract

The capital market is an organized financial system that brings together shareholders and investors who have a certain period of time, either directly or through intermediaries. The capital market sector is one of the financial services sectors that play an important role in national development. At present, there are many criticisms of capital market dispute resolution caused by many factors related to law enforcement, so that efforts to create an orderly and efficient capital market have not been optimally achieved. In writing this research the method used refers to normative juridical, which contains many juridical reviews from several sources and references to the object under study. In writing this article, a juridical approach is used to get conclusions and keywords that are very precise from the object of study in this article. Keywords : Capital Market, Dispute Resolution.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Murabahah contract in Home Ownership Loans (KPR) by Islamic banks in Indonesia against Sharia principles. A qualitative analysis revealed that while the Murabahah contract is widely used, several practices do not fully comply with Sharia principles. These non-compliant practices include schemes resembling riba, selling products not yet owned, and inconsistencies in project management by Islamic banks. The findings indicate that adherence to Sharia principles significantly impacts customer trust and satisfaction, thereby affecting customer loyalty to Islamic banks. The study highlights the necessity for increased supervision and stricter application of Sharia principles in property transactions. The Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) and transparency in reporting are crucial for maintaining integrity and trust in Islamic financial institutions. This research significantly contributes by identifying areas requiring improvement to ensure full compliance with Sharia principles in the property business, providing a solid foundation for developing Sharia-compliant property business practices.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of green economy public policies on investment in the green industry sector. The transition to a green economy, driven by environmental sustainability goals, has led to significant policy changes aimed at promoting eco-friendly practices across various sectors. This research uses a qualitative literature review method to examine existing studies, reports, and academic papers on how public policies related to green economy initiatives influence investments in green industries. Key areas of focus include the role of government incentives, regulatory frameworks, market demand for sustainable products, and the financial risks and opportunities associated with green investments. The findings suggest that effective green economy policies can attract investments by providing financial incentives, reducing risks, and fostering innovation in clean technologies. However, challenges such as inadequate policy implementation, lack of awareness, and financial barriers still hinder the growth of green industry investments. This study contributes to the understanding of how green economy policies can shape investment flows in the green industry sector and provides recommendations for improving policy effectiveness to drive sustainable economic growth.
