Abstract

The development of a toddler is influencing by giving stimulate. According to Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia in 2013, 16% toddler in Indonesia run into developmental disorder. Mother’s active role is very influencing children development. Its needed effort to increase mother ability who have a toddler so they can fulfill balance stimulate according to the toddler stage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of flyer stimulation for mother skills in stimulating toodler development. This study was using a queasy experiment method with pre and post-test with a controlling group. The subject was a mother who has the toddler in the working area of Gang Kelor Primary Health Center Bogor. The intervention that was given by using development stimulatory flyer for intervention group, and using Mother and Child Health (MCH) book for control group. The sample was 30 respondents for each group which fulfill inclusion criteria. This study starts from June to Oktober 2017. Variable was measured by observation list. Data was analyzed by the Wilcoxon test. The result shows that there was significant difference in the mother’s knowledge in the pre-test and post-test for giving stimulating using flyer (Mean difference= 27.70) and stimulating using MCH book (Mean difference= 7.47). Flyer development stimulation was more effective to increase a mother’s skill to stimulate toddler development at age 1-3 years than using MCH book (p-value <0.005) The flyers was effective in improving mother skills in stimulating toodler.

Abstract

Jandri Community is a group formed around 2004 consisting of women without husbands (divorced or independent widows because they are not married but have family responsibilities, biological children or foster children), aiming to establish friendship among members to exchange ideas for mutual support, other goals are physically and economically independent. This group consists of 30 people from backgrounds who have experienced sexual exploitation (prostituted, trafficked by others and those closest to them). This study aims to determine the application of the Stringer Look Think Act Model to the independence of women victims of Trafficking in Bogor. The study design uses the Action research design with sequential explanatory mixed methods. Data collection and analysis of quantitative data in the first stage, then followed by qualitative data collection in the second stage to strengthen the results of quantitative research. The results showed that the application of the look model could be used to determine the characteristics of respondents. The application of the thought model can be used to analyze the needs of respondents. The application of the act model can be used to implement a model that is deemed appropriate to the needs of the respondents. It is recommended that institutions dealing with the handling of women victims of trafficking use the Stringer Look Think Act model approach to approach women trafficking victims&nbsp; to explore problems and prevent the transmission of sexually transmitted infections and HIV / AIDS using voluntary counselling and testing

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan pada bayi baru lahir jika tidak segera ditangani akan berakibat kematian. Trauma lahir merupakan masalah utama dalam pelayanan obstetric. Asfiksia                 Neonatal merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan pada saat lahir. Resikonya mengalami komplikasi pada organ tubuh. Caput succedaneum merupakan jejas persalinan yang terlihat pada daerah kepala setelah bayi lahir. Komplikasi yang dapat terjadi seperti infeksi, ikterus, dan anemia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu laporan kasus dan pendokumentasian dalam bentuk SOAP (Subjektif, Objektif, Analisa, Penatalaksanaan). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui anamnesa, pemeriksaan fisik, observasi, studi dokumenttasi, dan studi literatur. Data subjektif diperoleh Ny. E, hari pertama haid terakhir 16-05-2022, tafsiran persalinan 23-02-2023, air ketuban jernih, lahir dengan riwayat persalinan ibu mengalami inersia uteri. Data objektif diperoleh bayi lahir menangis lemah, warna kulit badan kemerahan ekstremitas biru, tonus otot lemah, terdapat benjolan pada kepala teraba cairan dan lembut. Analisa yang didapatkan Bayi Ny. E Neonatus Cukup Bulan dengan Asfiksia dan Caput Succedaneum. Penatalaksanaan yang diberikan dengan melakukan langkah awal resusitasi, dilanjutkan dengan asuhan pasca resusitasi, pemantauan dan perawatan caput succedaneum. Setelah melakukan asuhan pada Bayi Ny. E selama 13 hari dapat disimpulkan bayi menyusu ASI saja frekuensi 7-9x/menit, buang air besar ±6x/hari, buang air kecil 4- 6x/hari, keadaan umum baik, kulit berwarna kemerahan, laju jantung 133x/menit, laju nafas 47x/menit, refleks fisiologi baik, tonus otot aktif, , berat badan 3700 gram, panjang badan 49 cm, dan area kepala tidak terdapat benjolan

Abstract

Knowledge of reproductive health is very important to limit sexual behavior that is increasingly free in adolescence, especially during early adolescence. A study in Cameroon showed that women with disabilities have limited understanding of reproductive health and have low reproductive health education.Health education delivered can use a variety of media including modules in the form of print, audio and video. Rosaria's research stated that there was a significant difference in the intervention group that received socialization on the HIV/AIDS prevention module and had better knowledge and attitudes than the control group. The preliminary study at SLB S found that most of the students at the special school did not know about the importance of knowing about adolescent reproductive health because they had never received education about reproductive health. So the authors were interested in conducting a study on the effectiveness of virtual reproductive health education for blind children in the AKB era in Bogor cityThis study aims to determine the success of the Effectiveness of Reproductive Health Virtual Education for Blind Children in the AKB Era in Bogor City. The research design used in this study was a quantitative method using a quasi-experimental form of nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest design taking place in the city of Bogor. Quantitative data analysis included univariate and multivariate analysis using parametric test Unpaired T test with alternative nonparametric Mann-Whitney test.The results of the study show that the use of virtual modules is effective in increasing knowledge and attitudes for children with visual impairments with a p-value 000.5. Suggestion. The use of virtual educational modules can be used as interesting and simple educational media in providing health education to adolescents, especially children with visual impairments.

Abstract

The menstrual disorder that teenagers often experienced was dysmenorrhoea, so it must receive appropriate treatment because it is related to one of the causes of teenage girls' absence from school. The prevalence of primary type dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is 6 times higher than secondary type dysmenorrhea. In reproductive health care, midwives detect signs and symptoms and provide education to clients. The method used in writing this report is a case report. Data collection techniques from interviews, physical examination, observation, documentation studies, and literature studies. The report documentation use SOAP. The results of the research obtained subjective data from Mrs. T came on the second day of menstruation with complaints of pain in the lower abdomen, pain in the waist and hips every time during menstruate on days 1-3. Objective data showed a tenderness in the lower abdomen. The analysis was Mrs. T 14 years old with primary dysmenorrhoea. The intervention provided include measuring the pain scale using the NRS instrument with NRS score 3, education, dysmenorrhoea exercises, giving Fe, as well as management principle of pain reduction. The conclusion from the intervention given was that there was a decrease in the scale of pain during menstruation. However, there is a gap because there are no fixed procedures for treating dysmenorrhoea. The advice given to Mrs. T was to carry out the services provided to reduce pain during menstruation, suggestions for health services and midwives to improve the quality of providing education regarding reproductive health in accordance with established procedures.
