Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a reliable driver of the economy and their existence is highly regarded. MSMEs contribute quite a lot to the Indonesia economy, especially in Kuta Beach which is located in Central Lombok Regency, Lombok Island, they can absorb labor thereby reducing labor problems in Central Lombok Regency, plus there is the largest tourist destination on Lombok Island which is located on Kuta Beach. If we look further into each organ of the MSME body, there are still many problems and shortcomings. They are many problems faced by MSMEs in the continuity of their business, especially from understanding MSME development strategies. This community service aims to find whether out whether MSMEs carry out strategic management well, especially in developing MSMEs to run their businesses and whether MSMEs understand development methods and strategies well. The aim of implementing this Community Service Activity (PKM) is to help socialize branding strategies as an effort to increase sales for MSMEs. This PKM activity was carried out in the Kuta Beach area, Central Lombok. The implementation method for this activity is to provide material related to branding strategies through the use of digital technology. The conclusion obtained from the results of this PKM activity is that the assistance activities for business actors regarding brand identity have been carried out well. Mentoring activities are carried out by introducing, strengthening and increasing the understanding of PKM participants through branding strategies using brand identity.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the feasibility of the jackfruit chips business at UD. Warna Sari in Suranadi Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency financially. This research is applied research. The data collection method used in this research is the case method or often called a case study. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The data collection tools used in this research were questionnaires and cellphones (recorders). The conclusion obtained is that the results of the production of jackfruit chips must be sold by UD. The color of Sari in Suranadi Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency is 0.41 kg so that the business carried out does not experience losses and does not make a profit or is at the break-even point, the sales value of jackfruit chips is IDR 1.64, the total profit earned is IDR 13,597,570,- and the feasibility of the financial aspect of the jackfruit chips business is R/C > 1 of 4.49 for 30 production processes, which means that the jackfruit chips agro-industry business which has been running so far is worthy of development

Abstract

Mergers and Acquisitions is a legal phenomenon that occurs in companies incorporated as legal entities including financial institutions. Mergers and Acquisitions aim to strengthen institutional structures and strengthen cooperative capital in the hope of improving member welfare. The legal aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions on cooperatives emphasize the legality aspect, the reasons for Mergers and Acquisitions, the processes and their legal consequences. It's just that the Acquisition in the future must be calculated and regulated in legislation because not many cooperatives are doing it Acquisition is needed as one business strategy to develop cooperatives to exist in the middle of society.

Abstract

Pada dunia investasi dikenal adanya hubungan kuat antara risk dan return, yaitu jika risiko tinggi maka return (keuntungan) juga akan tinggi begitu pula sebaliknya jika return rendah maka risiko juga rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh beta terhadap return saham pada industri perdagangan, jasa, dan investasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sample survey. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa beta berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham dan hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan teori single index model yang menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi risiko maka semakin tinggi keuntungan.

Abstract

This study investigates the challenges faced by creative economy actors in Senggigi Tourism Village, West Lombok Regency, in maintaining their business sustainability. The background of this research stems from the decline in tourist visits following the 2018 earthquake, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the rise of competing destinations such as the Mandalika Special Economic Zone. These conditions have significantly impacted the continuity of local creative businesses. A descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving actors in the creative economy. The data were then analyzed using thematic analysis and the fishbone diagram to identify the root causes of the problems. The findings show that internal challenges include limited product innovation, uncompetitive pricing, restricted distribution channels, insufficient digital promotion, inconsistent service processes, weak branding, and inadequate managerial and foreign language skills. External challenges include natural disasters, pandemics, competition from modern destinations, shifting tourist preferences, inadequate government support, limited access to financing, and underutilization of technology and networks. This study finds that Senggigi’s creative economy can thrive by embracing its unique culture, innovating products, ensuring fair prices and quality, and connecting more with stakeholders. Strong business management, skilled people, and digital marketing will help meet global challenges. The study’s results show how the 7P marketing mix applies to tourism, and provide clear steps Senggigi Tourism Village can take to stand out in the world.

Mother House ladder, farmer, and trader do not want to make goods results cycle repeat rubbish plastic in his efforts make it as goods useful new and worth plus in a manner economy but because they no knowing what that mark plus economy and processing rubbish plastic as well as what benefit for enhancement income their family gets this seen from enthusiastic they moment activity devotion to Public going on, even at the end activity all participant convey accept love because has taught about processing waste rubbish plastic becomes goods useful new and worth high economical and hope they keep going accompanied as well as permanent stage activity like this.

Abstract

People are becoming familiar with home industries that sell creative ideas to generate income. Entrepreneurship is essentially the nature, characteristics, and character of a person who has the will to creatively realize innovative ideas in the real world. Villages have the potential that can be developed into tourist villages, namely natural potential, human resource potential, and cultural potential. In this millennial era, young people are required to think creatively and innovatively. Creative economic development towards a tourist village for youth at MA Ishlahil Athfal Rumak, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency which begins with starting a business as an entrepreneur will encourage the acceleration of community economic growth in Rumak Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency. The conclusion obtained from this community service activity is that the creative economic development of youth at MA Ishlahil Athfal Rumak, Kediri District in building a tourist village after the implementation of community service activities is the formation of a change in the mindset of young people to pioneer a business which will later provide tourism village development for Rumak Village in Kediri District. Suggestions that can be given for the development of a creative economy for a tourist village are to build types of businesses such as souvenirs, handicrafts, and art.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training in the form of a simulation of the calculation of the cost of goods sold which is the basis for determining the selling price of cattle to farmers at UD. Raja Farm. The conclusion obtained from this community service activity is that this activity takes place within one day which begins with a basic and systematic explanation of the method of determining the selling price with a full costing approach. Suggestions that can be given by the Community Service Team to UD. Raja Farm that the determination of the selling price of cattle must be calculated based on the cost of goods sold because the costs during maintenance can be identified with a full costing approach so that it can determine the appropriate selling price so that cattle farmers can get greater profits.

Abstract

The service carried out is the socialization of simple financial management in improving the business performance of students at the Nurul Hikmah Orphan and Dhuafa Islamic Boarding School in Village, Lingsar District. Therefore, this community service focuses on improving simple financial management. The target of this community service is students in Islamic Boarding Schools in order to improve the business performance of the students. In running a good business, financial reports must be prepared. This is to look at financial performance so that it can provide information on various financial positions, performance and cash flows, so that it can be used as a benchmark in making economic decisions. The aim of this socialization is to understand the importance of financial reports and design simple financial reports for students at the Nurul Hikmah orphan and Dhuafa Islamic boarding school in Langko Village, Lingsar District. The impact of socializing the preparation of financial reports provides an understanding of how to record finances in order to manage finances in business better and more effectively. The results of this socialization had a positive impact on participants so that they could understand and have skills in simple financial recording.

Abstract

One of the rapid developments in the business world in Indonesia is in the beauty sector. This condition is characterized by intense business competition in the beauty sector. The increasing external need of humans is to always want to appear perfect in various circumstances. This is an incentive for the beauty business to continue to grow rapidly because demand for beauty continues to increase. Sash Beauty Studio which is located on Jalan Kaliasem No. 14 Denpasar Timur is business participating salon services give color in competition beauty salon services in Denpasar City with put forward promotion through narrated experience​ by clients/customers. Because service best ever​ he obtained so that enhancement income business service the salon can keep going increase. The marketing strategy that must be maintained based on the results of the SWOT analysis evaluation by Sash Beauty Studio and which has the most influence on the development of its business is the marketing strategy through social media Instagram and Facebook , namely uploading the results of make up and other beauty care activities in its salon as well as word of mouth or online marketing strategies such as mouth to mouth. Sash Beauty Studio is best intertwine work the same partnership with company cosmetics and wedding organizer in Denpasar City.
